Claims (10)
- エアウィンドウのサッシュ、ガラス、エアウィンドウのハンドル、回動軸、位置規制機構、窓枠およびシール部材を含み、前記エアウィンドウのハンドルは、エアウィンドウのサッシュの上部に設けられ、エアウィンドウを手動で開閉するために用いられ、エアウィンドウのサッシュの左右両側に回動軸が同軸線に固定され、回動軸の中心軸がエアウィンドウのサッシュの上下の幾何学中心線よりも上方に位置することで、回動軸の下方のエアウィンドウの面積は上方のエアウィンドウの面積よりも大きくなり、ハンドルのウェイト、加えられたウェイト、またはガラスとサッシュとの密度差により、エアウィンドウの重心を回動軸の上部に位置させ、エアウィンドウを使用する時に、重心が回動軸からずれるため、重力モーメントの作用で、エアウィンドウが回動して開き、位置規制機構は窓枠内に位置し、エアウィンドウの回動軸に外嵌され、位置規制機構によってエアウィンドウの開きの最大角度を規制し、窓枠は壁体またはフォームに固定され、前記シール部材はエアウィンドウの縁部に設けられ、エアウィンドウが閉じている時のシール性を確保することを特徴とする、風量が調節可能な無動力エアウィンドウ。
- 前記位置規制機構は、位置規制リング、位置規制ナット、調節ナットおよび位置規制ロッドを含み、位置規制ロッドが調節ナットに固定され、位置規制ナットが調節ナットの移動先端に位置し、2つのナットがいずれも位置規制リングに外嵌され、ネジを介して位置規制リングに接続され、螺合の方式で位置規制リングの回動角度を制御する方式と、バネ、位置規制リング、位置規制ロッドおよび窓枠に固定される位置規制杭を含み、位置規制ロッドが位置規制リングに固定され、窓枠に複数の位置規制杭が設けられ、位置規制リングとエアウィンドウとの間の回動軸にバネが嵌着され、位置規制リングの回動角度を調節しない場合、位置規制ロッドが2つの位置規制杭の間に位置することを確保する方式という2種類を有し、前記2種類の方式はいずれも位置規制リングを介して回動軸に外嵌されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の風量が調節可能な無動力エアウィンドウ。
- エアウィンドウの一側の回動軸の外側に位置規制機構が設けられ、他側の回動軸の外側に固定リングが設けられ、固定リングが窓枠に固定され、固定リングおよび位置規制機構の位置規制リング内に、それぞれねじりバネが設けられ、ねじりバネの一端が固定リングまたは位置規制リングの内部に固定され、他端が自由端であり、ねじりバネのバネアームと回動軸の軸方向断面との接触によって制振することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の風量が調節可能な無動力エアウィンドウ。
- 前記エアウィンドウのサッシュの室外の下枠が翼型であり、窓が開いている場合、該箇所で比較的大きい風圧を受け、重力モーメントと逆になるより大きい風圧モーメントが発生することを確保することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の風量が調節可能な無動力エアウィンドウ。
- 前記エアウィンドウのサッシュの室外の下枠が翼型であり、窓が開いている場合、該箇所で比較的大きい風圧を受け、重力モーメントと逆になるより大きい風圧モーメントが発生することを確保することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の風量が調節可能な無動力エアウィンドウ。
- 前記回動軸、位置規制リングおよび固定リングは軸受で接続され、回動軸、位置規制リングおよび固定リングの間の摩擦力を調節して回動のダンパーを施し、エアウィンドウが室外の気象風速に従って回動する頻度を調整することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の風量が調節可能な無動力エアウィンドウ。
- 前記回動軸、位置規制リングおよび固定リングは軸受で接続され、回動軸、位置規制リングおよび固定リングの間の摩擦力を調節して回動のダンパーを施し、エアウィンドウが室外の気象風速に従って回動する頻度を調整することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の風量が調節可能な無動力エアウィンドウ。
- 前記回動軸の上部の室外側および下部の室内側に網戸が取り付けられるとともに、エアウィンドウのサッシュにおける回動軸の軸線に、網戸と係合して使用される弾性ウエザストリップまたはシールネットが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1または2または5または6または7に記載の風量が調節可能な無動力エアウィンドウ。
- 前記回動軸の上部の室外側および下部の室内側に網戸が取り付けられるとともに、エアウィンドウのサッシュにおける回動軸の軸線に、網戸と係合して使用される弾性ウエザストリップまたはシールネットが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の風量が調節可能な無動力エアウィンドウ。
- 前記回動軸の上部の室外側および下部の室内側に網戸が取り付けられるとともに、エアウィンドウのサッシュにおける回動軸の軸線に、網戸と係合して使用される弾性ウエザストリップまたはシールネットが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の風量が調節可能な無動力エアウィンドウ。
