Abstract
Description
なお、操作部は、タッチパネルから構成されてもよい。この場合、表示部は、操作部としてのタッチパネルと一体的に形成されてもよい。
モータ駆動回路207及び搬送モータ206は、媒体を搬送する搬送部を構成する。
図5は、ヘッド駆動回路101の構成例について説明するためのブロック図である。前述の通り、ヘッド駆動回路101は、ドライブIC12内に配置される。
チャネル群102は、圧力室15、電極4及びノズル8などを含む複数のチャネル(ch.1,ch.2,…,ch.N)から構成される。即ち、チャネル群102は、ヘッド駆動回路101からの制御信号に基づいて、アクチュエータ16が拡張収縮する各圧力室15の動作によりインク滴を吐出する。
ACT駆動波形及びDMP駆動波形については、後に詳述する
周波数設定部302は、インクジェットヘッド100の駆動周波数を設定する。駆動周波数は、駆動信号生成部303が生成する駆動パルスの周波数である。ヘッド駆動回路101は、駆動パルスに従って動作する。
図6は、リリース期間における圧力室15bの状態を示す。図6が示すように、ヘッド駆動回路101は、圧力室15bと、圧力室15bに隣接する両隣の圧力室15a及び15cとの各壁面にそれぞれ配設された電極4の電位をいずれもグラウンド電位GNDとする。この状態では、圧力室15aと圧力室15bとで挟まれた隔壁16a及び圧力室15bと圧力室15cとで挟まれた隔壁16bは、いずれも何ら歪みを生じない。
Claims (5)
- 液滴を充填する圧力室を拡張又は収縮するアクチュエータと、
前記アクチュエータに、第1の速度で液滴を吐出させる第1の駆動波形を印加した後に、前記第1の速度よりも遅い第2の速度で液滴を吐出させる第2の駆動波形を印加する制御部と、
を備える液体吐出ヘッド。 - 前記制御部は、複数の液滴で1つのドットを形成する場合、最後に前記第2の駆動波形を印加する、
請求項1に記載の液体吐出ヘッド。 - 前記第1の駆動波形は、第1の拡張パルスを備え、
前記第2の駆動波形は、前記第1の拡張パルスの幅よりも短い幅の第2の拡張パルスを備える、
請求項1又は2に記載の液体吐出ヘッド。 - 前記第1の駆動波形は、前記第1の拡張パルスと第1のリリース期間と第1の収縮パルスとから構成され、
前記第2の駆動波形は、前記第2の拡張パルスと第2のリリース期間と第2の収縮パルスとから構成され、
前記第1の拡張パルスの幅と前記第1のリリース期間との合計は、前記第2の拡張パルスの幅と前記第2のリリース期間との合計と一致する、
請求項3に記載の液体吐出ヘッド。 - 媒体を搬送する搬送部と、
液滴を充填する圧力室を拡張又は収縮するアクチュエータと、
前記アクチュエータに、第1の速度で前記媒体に液滴を吐出させる第1の駆動波形を印加した後に、前記第1の速度よりも遅い第2の速度で前記媒体に液滴を吐出させる第2の駆動波形を印加する制御部と、
を備える液体吐出ヘッドと、
を備えるプリンタ。
