Claims (8)
- 複数の羽根車と、複数の前記羽根車がそれぞれ取り付けられている回転軸と、前記羽根車の径方向外側に設けられているディフューザと、該ディフューザの下流に設けられ、該ディフューザから後段の前記羽根車へ流体を導く戻り流路と、該戻り流路に設けられ、周方向に沿って間隔をあけて配置された複数枚のリターンベーンとを備え、
前記戻り流路は、前記羽根車から径方向外側に送り出された前記流体を径方向内側へ向かって案内するリターンベンドを有し、前記リターンベンドは、該リターンベンドの上流側に位置するリターンベンド第1湾曲部と、該リターンベンド第1湾曲部の下流側に位置するリターンベンド第2湾曲部とから構成され、前記リターンベーンの前縁は、前記リターンベンドの出口の直下流に設置され、前記リターンベンド第2湾曲部の径方向内側の壁面の曲率半径は、前記リターンベンド第1湾曲部の径方向内側の壁面の曲率半径よりも大きく形成され、更に、前記リターンベンドの出口における流路断面積又は流路幅は、前記リターンベンドの入口における流路断面積又は流路幅以下に設定されていることを特徴とする多段遠心流体機械。 - 請求項1に記載の多段遠心流体機械であって、
前記戻り流路の前記リターンベンドにおける前記リターンベンド第1湾曲部と前記リターンベンド第2湾曲部の間に位置するリターンベンドの中間部における流路断面積又は流路幅は、前記リターンベンドの入口における流路断面積又は流路幅以下で、かつ、前記リターンベンドの出口における流路断面積又は流路幅以上に設定されていることを特徴とする多段遠心流体機械。 - 請求項2に記載の多段遠心流体機械であって、
前記リターンベンドの中間部における流路断面積又は流路幅は、前記リターンベンドの入口及び出口における何れの流路断面積又は流路幅以下に設定されていることを特徴とする多段遠心流体機械。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の多段遠心流体機械であって、
前記戻り流路は、前記リターンベンドと前記リターンベーンから構成され、前記リターンベンドによって前記ディフューザを通過した流体を半径方向外向きから内向きへと転向させ、更に、前記リターンベーンによって流体の旋回成分を除去し、流体を整流しながら次段の前記羽根車へと流入させるものであることを特徴とする多段遠心流体機械。 - 請求項4に記載の多段遠心流体機械であって、
前記リターンベンドは、子午面内において、周囲の構造物に囲まれたU字状の曲り流路として形成され、前記ディフューザの入口を、前記ディフューザの出口に相当する略円筒面で定義し、前記ディフューザの出口を、前記リターンベーンの前縁の直上流に位置する子午面曲り流路の終端に相当する略円筒面で定義した前記リターンベンドの入口から出口までの区間として定義することを特徴とする多段遠心流体機械。 - 請求項5に記載の多段遠心流体機械であって、
前記リターンベーンは、前記回転軸まわりの周方向にほぼ等ピッチで配置された複数枚の翼から構成されていることを特徴とする多段遠心流体機械。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の多段遠心流体機械であって、
前記ディフューザは、周方向にほぼ等ピッチで配置された複数枚の翼を有するベーン付きディフューザか、或いは前記翼を有さないベーンレスディフューザのいずれかが用いられることを特徴とする多段遠心流体機械。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の多段遠心流体機械であって、
前記多段遠心流体機械は、一軸多段式の遠心圧縮機か、或いは多段遠心ポンプであることを特徴とする多段遠心流体機械。
