Claims (5)
- 天板及び底板と、
前記底板の周囲に設けられた側板と、
前記底板の上面に格子状に設けられ、前記側板とで電池パックを収容するための複数の領域を形成する仕切板と、
前記側板及び前記仕切板を挿入可能なスリット部と前記天板が固定される固定部とを有し、前記側板と前記仕切板との交差位置及び前記仕切板同士の交差位置における前記底板の上面に、前記スリット部に前記側板及び前記仕切板の少なくとも一方が挿入された状態で接合された締結部材と、
を備えた車両用電池ケース構造。 - 前記スリット部に挿入された前記側板及び前記仕切板は、それぞれ前記スリット部に接合されている請求項1に記載の車両用電池ケース構造。
- 前記底板は、
車幅方向に延在する複数のユニット部材が車体前後方向に並べられるとともに互いに対向する一方の端部と他方の端部とが接合されることで構成されている請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車両用電池ケース構造。 - 車幅方向に延在する前記仕切板は、前記ユニット部材と一体に形成されている請求項3に記載の車両用電池ケース構造。
- 前記ユニット部材の下面に、車幅方向に延在する補強部が形成されている請求項3又は請求項4に記載の車両用電池ケース構造。
