Abstract
【解決手段】ポンピング作動によって、内部に貯留された液体状態の薬剤を、一定量ずつ滴状に吐出し、薬剤の吐出時の騒音の発生を防止し、細菌浸透防止機能を有する薬剤ディスペンサーに関し、ライナー内に、流路部材と第2の逆止弁が内蔵され、第2の逆止弁は、前記ライナーの昇降空間に装着され、上部が開放し、下端に行くほど直径が小さくなる半球状筒体からなり、半球状筒体が上下に変形可能な可変部と、流路の供給及び遮断を行うための開閉突部とを備え、流路部材は、ライナーの流路空間の底部分で第2の逆止弁の環状係止鍔にかかるように円板形状からなる支持板と、支持板上に円柱形状に設けられた第1の誘導部と、第1の誘導部上に円柱形状に設けられた第2の誘導部とを備え、第1の誘導部及び第2の誘導部には、第1の誘導路〜第5の誘導路が設ける。

前記吸入部は、容器の上端に結合される結合筒体と、前記結合筒体の下部に結合される筐体と、前記筐体の下部に設置され、前記筐体内に薬剤が流入される流入口を開閉する第1の逆止弁とを含み、
前記第1の逆止弁の内部中央部には、流入口を開放又は閉鎖する弁座が設けられ、前記弁座は、上部の中央部に凹部が設けられた複数の連結リブによって本体に連結され、前記ライナー内には、流路部材と第2の逆止弁が内蔵され、前記ライナーの上部には、120度間隔で形成された3つの分離膜からなる排出孔が設けられ、前記第2の逆止弁は、前記ライナーの昇降空間に装着され、上部が開放し、下端に行くほど直径が小さくなる半球状筒体からなり、前記半球状筒体が上下に変形可能な可変部と、流路の供給及び遮断を行うための開閉突部とを備え、前記流路部材は、前記ライナーの流路空間の底部で前記第2の逆止弁の環状係止鍔にかかるように円板形状からなる支持板と、前記支持板上に円柱形状に設けられた第1の誘導部と、前記第1の誘導部上に円柱形状に設けられた第2の誘導部とを備え、前記第1の誘導部及び第2の誘導部には、第1の誘導路〜第5の誘導路が設けられることを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 細菌浸透防止機能を有する薬剤ディスペンサーであって、
容器の上部に結合され、容器内部に貯留された液体状態の薬剤を吸入する吸入部と、前記吸入部の一側に結合され、薬剤を所定の量だけ吐出するようにポンピング動作するポンピング部と、前記ポンピング部の上端に設置され、先端に薬剤を滴状に吐出する吐出孔が形成される吐出部と、前記吐出部を覆う蓋体部とを含み、
前記吐出部は、前記蓋体部が挿入されるヘッドベースと、前記ヘッドベースの内部に挿入され、バルブステムの上部が嵌合されるライナーとを含み、
前記吸入部は、容器の上端に結合される結合筒体と、前記結合筒体の下部に結合される筐体と、前記筐体の下部に設置され、前記筐体内に薬剤が流入される流入口を開閉する第1の逆止弁とを含み、
前記第1の逆止弁の内部中央部には、流入口を開放又は閉鎖する弁座が設けられ、前記弁座は、上部の中央部に凹部が設けられた複数の連結リブによって本体に連結され、

前記流路部材は、前記ライナーの流路空間の底部で前記第2の逆止弁の環状係止鍔にかかるように円板形状からなる支持板と、前記支持板上に円柱形状に設けられた第1の誘導部と、前記第1の誘導部上に円柱形状に設けられた第2の誘導部とを備え、前記第1の誘導部及び第2の誘導部には、第1の誘導路〜第5の誘導路が設けられることを特徴とする薬剤ディスペンサー。 - 前記第1の誘導路は、前記第1の誘導部の側面と、前記第2の誘導部の下部側面に薬剤の上昇のために設けられ、第2の誘導路は、前記第1の誘導路に連続して、第2の誘導部の外周面に沿って回転する方向に設けられ、第3の誘導路は、前記第2の誘導路に連続して、第2の誘導部の側面から上部に向かって設けられ、第4誘導路は、前記第3の誘導路に連続して、第2の誘導部の外周面に沿って回転する方向に設けられ、第5の誘導路は、前記第4誘導路に連続して、第2の誘導部の側面から上部に向かって設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薬剤ディスペンサー。
- 前記筐体の内周面には、吐出される設定量を超える薬剤が貯留空間に流入された場合、吐出される薬剤の量及び吐出時の圧力状態を調節する第1の調節溝、第2の調節溝、及び第3の調節溝が設けられ、
前記第1の調節溝は、四角形状で前記筐体の内周面の下部に設けられ、前記第2の調節溝は、前記第1の調節溝の上部に逆三角形状に設けられ、前記第3の調節溝は、前記第2の調節溝の上部に一字状に設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の薬剤ディスペンサー。 - 前記筐体の内周面には、環状突起が設けられ、前記第1の逆止弁には、前記環状突起に嵌合するテーパ部が設けられ、
ポンピング動作時、前記第1の逆止弁の本体は、前記筐体に固定され、前記弁座だけが上昇又は下降することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の薬剤ディスペンサー。 - 前記バルブステムの下端中央部には、吸入部が突出して設けられ、前記吸入部の中心に吸入口が設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の薬剤ディスペンサー。
