Claims (15)
- 中心軸(C)を有するインペラ(3)に少なくとも部分的に面するように構成された後面(2)であって、前記後面(2)が、ディフューザ(4)を少なくとも部分的に規定する第1の部分(2a)を有し、前記後面(2)が、前記インペラ(3)に面する第2の部分(2b)を有する、前記後面(2)を有する、遠心コンプレッサ用のダイアフラム(1)であって、前記ダイアフラム(1)が、前記第2の部分(2b)に位置する出口(7)と、前記出口(7)における静圧よりも静圧が高いポイントにおいて、前記後面(2)に位置する入口(6)と、を有するダクト(5)を有する、前記ダイアフラム(1)。
- 前記入口(6)が、前記第1の部分(2a)に位置している、請求項1に記載のダイアフラム(1)。
- 前記入口(6)が、前記第2の部分(2b)に位置している、請求項1に記載のダイアフラム(1)。
- 前記ダクト(5)が、前記入口(6)から展開する第1の部分(5a)と、前記出口(7)から展開する第2の部分(5b)と、前記第1の部分(5a)と前記第2の部分(5b)とを結合する中間部分(5c)とを備え、前記中間部分(5c)が、少なくとも部分的に径方向(A)に沿って展開している、請求項1から3の1つまたは複数に記載のダイアフラム(1)。
- 前記ダクト(5)の前記第2の部分(5b)が、前記ダクトの前記出口(7)における流れが、前記出口(7)に面する前記インペラ(3)の表面上の流れの接線方向の速度とは逆向きの、前記接線方向の速度を有しているように、配置されている、請求項4に記載のダイアフラム(1)。
- 前記ダクト(5)の第2の部分(5b)が、前記インペラ(3)の前記中心軸(C)に対して傾いている、出口の出る方向(B)に実質的に沿って展開している、請求項4から5の1つまたは複数に記載のダイアフラム(1)。
- 前記中心軸(C)に関して、一様な角度で離間している、複数のダクト(5)を備えている、請求項1から6の1つまたは複数に記載のダイアフラム(1)。
- 請求項1から7の1つまたは複数に記載のダイアフラム(1)と、入口(3d)及び出口(3e)を有するインペラ(3)であって、前記インペラ(3)が、少なくとも部分的に前記ダイアフラム(1)に面している、前記インペラ(3)と、を備えている、ダイアフラム−インペラアセンブリ(17)であって、前記アセンブリ(17)が、前記後面(2)の前記第2の部分(2b)上にシール(8)も備え、前記シール(8)が、前記インペラ(3)の前記入口(3d)の近位に配置されている、前記ダイアフラム−インペラアセンブリ(17)。
- 前記ダクト(5)の前記第1の部分(5a)及び第2の部分(5b)の少なくとも1つが、前記シール(8)に組み込まれている、請求項8に記載のダイアフラム−インペラアセンブリ(17)。
- 前記ダクト(5)が、前記シール(8)に組み込まれている、請求項8に記載のダイアフラム−インペラアセンブリ(17)。
- 前記後面(2)の前記第2の部分(2b)上にさらなるシール(11)を備え、前記さらなるシール(11)が、前記インペラ(3)の前記出口(3e)の近くに配置されている、請求項8に記載のダイアフラム−インペラアセンブリ(17)。
- 前記ダクト(5)の前記出口(7)が、前記シール(8)と前記さらなるシール(11)との間に配置されている、請求項11に記載のダイアフラム−インペラアセンブリ(17)。
- 請求項8から12の1つまたは複数に記載のダイアフラム−インペラアセンブリ(17)を複数備えている、遠心コンプレッサ。
- 遠心コンプレッサのインペラ(3)の周りの渦巻き状の流れの低減方法であって、前記方法が、作動流体の一部分を、第1の位置(14)から、前記インペラ(3)の付近の第2の位置(15)に伝達するステップを含み、前記第1の位置(14)が、前記第2の位置(15)よりも高い静圧を有している、前記低減方法。
- 前記コンプレッサが、請求項8から12の1つまたは複数に記載のダイアフラム−インペラアセンブリ(17)を備え、前記ダクト(5)の前記入口(6)が前記第1の位置(14)を規定し、前記ダクト(5)の前記出口(7)が前記第2の位置(15)を規定する、請求項14に記載の方法。
