Claims (37)
- 創傷内へ挿入させるための安定化構造体と、
前記安定化構造体の頂部に取り付けられた発泡体の頂部層であって、前記安定化構造体の形状に一致する発泡体の頂部層と、
前記安定化構造体の下に位置付けられた、又は位置付けることができる発泡体の底部層であって、前記安定化構造体に対して外側に向かって延在するように構成されるリップを備える発泡体の底部層と、
を備える創傷閉鎖デバイスであって、
前記発泡体の底部層が親水性の発泡体を含む、創傷閉鎖デバイス。 - 前記発泡体の底部層がポリビニルアルコール(PVA)を含む、請求項1に記載の創傷閉鎖デバイス。
- 前記発泡体の底部層が、前記安定化構造体の底部に取り付けられる、請求項1又は2に記載の創傷閉鎖デバイス。
- 前記安定化構造体の底部に取り付けられた発泡体の中間層であって、前記安定化構造体の形状に一致する発泡体の中間層を更に備える、請求項1から3のうちの何れか一項に記載の創傷閉鎖デバイス。
- 前記発泡体の底部層が、前記発泡体の中間層に取り付けられる、請求項4に記載の創傷閉鎖デバイス。
- 前記安定化構造体が目のような形の形状を有する、請求項1から5のうちの何れか一項に記載の創傷閉鎖デバイス。
- 前記安定化構造体が、前記安定化構造体の長さ及び幅に平行する水平面内において、前記水平面に対して垂直な鉛直面内と比べて、より潰れるように構成されている、請求項1から6のうちの何れか一項に記載の創傷閉鎖デバイス。
- 前記創傷閉鎖デバイスが器官保護層を更に備える、請求項1から7のうちの何れか一項に記載の創傷閉鎖デバイス。
- 前記器官保護層がポリウレタンを含む、請求項8に記載の創傷閉鎖デバイス。
- 前記発泡体の底部層が2つ器官保護層の間に挟まれている、請求項8又は9に記載の創傷閉鎖デバイス。
- 前記発泡体の底部層が、前記器官保護層の中に完全に包まれている、請求項10に記載の創傷閉鎖デバイス。
- 前記発泡体の底部層が切り込みを備え、前記切り込みが前記発泡体の脆弱部分を画定する、請求項1から11のうちの何れか一項に記載の創傷閉鎖デバイス。
- 前記安定化構造体が、着脱可能な外殻、及び内側セグメントを備える、請求項1から12のうちの何れか一項に記載の創傷閉鎖デバイス。
- 前記外殻が、前記内側セグメントとインターロックする、請求項13に記載の創傷閉鎖デバイス。
- 前記外殻が拡張セルを備え、前記内側セグメントが凹部を備え、前記外殻の前記拡張セルが、前記内側セグメントの前記凹部の中に嵌合するように構成されている、請求項13又は14に記載の創傷閉鎖デバイス。
- 前記外殻が取付要素を備える、請求項13から15のうちの何れか一項に記載の創傷閉鎖デバイス。
- 前記内側セグメントが、前記外殻の前記取付要素を受けるように構成された受け要素を備える、請求項16に記載の創傷閉鎖デバイス。
- 前記外殻が複数のセクションを備え、前記複数のセクションが別々に取り外されるように構成されている、請求項13から17のうちの何れか一項に記載の創傷閉鎖デバイス。
- 陰圧源を更に備える、請求項1から18のうちの何れか一項に記載の創傷閉鎖デバイス。

- 前記安定化構造体の頂部に取り付けられた発泡体の頂部層であって、前記安定化構造体の形状に一致する発泡体の頂部層を更に備える、請求項22又は23に記載の創傷閉鎖デバイス。
- 前記発泡体の底部層が、前記安定化構造体の底部に取り付けられる、請求項22から24のうちの何れか一項に記載の創傷閉鎖デバイス。
- 前記安定化構造体が目のような形の形状を有する、請求項22から25のうちの何れか一項に記載の創傷閉鎖デバイス。
- 前記安定化構造体が、前記安定化構造体の長さ及び幅に平行する水平面内において、前記水平面に対して垂直な鉛直面内と比べて、より潰れるように構成されている、請求項22から26のうちの何れか一項に記載の創傷閉鎖デバイス。

発泡体の頂部層を前記安定化構造体の頂部に取り付けるステップと、
親水性の発泡体の底部層を前記安定化構造体の底部に取り付けるステップであって、前記発泡体の底部層が、外側に向かって周囲組織の中へ延在するリップを備える、ステップと、
前記安定化構造体を創傷の中へ挿入するステップであって、前記安定化構造体が前記創傷から外れる方向に持ち上がるのを防止するために、挿入後に前記リップが組織と係合する、ステップと、
を含む、創傷を治療する方法。 - 創傷の周囲の皮膚に対して封止されるドレープで前記安定化構造体を被覆するステップと、
陰圧源によって、前記ドレープを通して前記創傷に陰圧を付与するステップであって、前記陰圧の付与によって、前記安定化構造体に水平方向の潰れが生じる、ステップと、
を更に含む、請求項31に記載の方法。 - 前記安定化構造体を挿入するステップの前に、前記創傷を覆う組織保護層を挿入するステップを更に含む、請求項31又は32に記載の方法。
- 前記安定化構造体を小型化するために外殻を前記安定化構造体から取り外すステップであって、前記安定化構造体が少なくとも1つの着脱可能な外殻を備える、ステップを更に含む、請求項31から33のうちの何れか一項に記載の方法。
