Abstract
Description
本願は、2016年8月9日に出願された「関節形成術後の関節不安定性を処理するためのデバイスおよび方法」と題する、共同所有で同時係属中の米国仮特許出願第62/372487号に関し、当該出願の利益を要求する国際(PCT)出願である。その内容は、その全体が参照により本明細書に全て組み入れられる。
Claims (19)
- キットであって、
第1の骨に隣接する第2の骨から第1の骨を分離するように構成されたディストラクタ;
複数のトライアル要素;
ディストラクタまたは複数のトライアル要素の1つに選択的に受容されるように構成された少なくとも1つのセンサ
を有して成り、
ディストラクタは、第1の骨と第2の骨との間に位置付けられるように構成された第1部材および第2部材を有し、
第1部材と第2部材との間の距離が調整可能であり、それによって第2の骨から第1の骨が分離され、ディストラクタは第1部分にて少なくとも1つのセンサを受容するように更に構成されており、
複数のトライアル要素の各々は複数の外科用インプラントの対応する1つに対応し、複数のトライアル要素の各々は埋込のための複数の外科用インプラントの対応する1つの適合性を評価するために第2の骨に一時的に結合されるように構成され、複数のトライアル要素の各々は、少なくとも1つのセンサを受容するように更に構成され、
少なくとも1つのセンサは、力の大きさ、力の適用方向、圧力マッピング、および/または力の適用位置の少なくとも1つを記録するように構成されている、キット。 - ディストラクタは、少なくとも1つのセンサのうちの2つを受容するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のキット。
- 複数のトライアル要素の各々は、少なくとも1つのセンサのうちの2つを受容するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のキット。
- 第1の骨は大腿骨であり、第2の骨は脛骨である、請求項1に記載のキット。
- ディストラクタは、大腿骨の内側顆に対応する位置にて少なくとも1つのセンサのうちの第1センサを受容し、大腿骨の外側顆に対応する位置にて少なくとも1つのセンサのうちの第2センサを受容するように構成されている、請求項4に記載のキット。
- 複数のトライアル要素の各々は、大腿骨の内側顆に対応する位置にて少なくとも1つのセンサのうちの第1センサを受容し、大腿骨の外側顆に対応する位置にて少なくとも1つのセンサのうちの第2センサを受容するように構成されている、請求項4に記載のキット。
- 少なくとも1つのセンサの各々は、適用された力と出力電圧との間に直線関係を供するように構成されている可変センサを含む、請求項1に記載のキット。
- 少なくとも1つのセンサの各々は、少なくとも1つのセンサの各々により記録されたデータを演算デバイスに無線で送信するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のキット。
- 演算デバイスは、コンピュータ支援整形外科手術システムである、請求項8に記載のキット。
- ディストラクタは、第1部材と第2部材との間の距離を記録するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のキット。
- 少なくとも1つのセンサの各々はホールセンサを含み、ディストラクタの第2の部分は磁石を含み、ホールセンサおよび磁石は協働して第1部材と第2部材との間の距離を記録するように構成されている、請求項10に記載のキット。
- 第1部材と第2部材との間の距離は5mm〜19mmの範囲で調整可能である、請求項1に記載のキット。
- コンピュータ支援整形外科手術システムを更に有して成る、請求項1に記載のキット。
- ディストラクタは、少なくとも1つのセンサのうちの第1センサを受容するように構成された第1凹部と、少なくとも1つのセンサのうちの第2センサを受容するように構成された第2凹部とを含み、第1凹部および第2凹部の各々は、少なくとも1つのセンサのうちの第1センサおよび第2センサの対応する一方を複数の位置で受容するように構成されており、それによって少なくとも1つのセンサのうちの第1センサと少なくとも1つのセンサのうちの第2センサとの間の距離を調整可能となっている、請求項1に記載のキット。
- 少なくとも1つのセンサの各々は、本来の関節面に似るように輪郭付けされている近位面、およびディストラクタ又は複数のトライアル要素の1つに選択的に受容されるように構成されている遠位面を有する、請求項1に記載のキット。
- 遠位面は、菱形、正方形、矩形、長円形、楕円形、又は細長い自由形状の1つである形状を有する、請求項15に記載のキット。
- 複数のトライアル要素のうちの第1トライアル要素は、複数のトライアル要素のうちの第2トライアル要素のサイズとは異なるサイズを有する、請求項1に記載のキット。
- 第2の骨に取り付けられるように構成されているベースプレートを更に有して成る、請求項1に記載のキット。
- 複数のトライアル要素の各々は、第2の骨に取り付けられているベースプレートに取り外し可能に受容されるように構成されている、請求項18に記載のキット。
