Abstract
Description

実施例1
いくつかの熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)を調製し、口腔ケア用のデバイスの直接固体自由形状製作におけるそれらの使用の適切性について評価する。本発明のTPU−Aは、ポリオールに対する鎖延長剤のモル比が約31.3である、ポリエーテルポリオールを含有するTPUである。本発明のTPU−Bは、ポリオールに対する鎖延長剤のモル比が約178である、エチレンオキシドでキャップされたプロピレンオキシドポリオールを含有するTPUである。本発明のTPU−Cは、ポリオールに対する鎖延長剤のモル比が約29.7である、ポリエステルポリオールを含有するTPUである。本発明のTPU−Dは、ポリオールを含有しない、したがって鎖延長剤に対するポリオールの無限のモル比を有する、TPUである。

Claims (20)
- (a)芳香族ジイソシアネートを含むポリイソシアネート成分、(b)鎖延長剤成分、および任意選択で(c)ポリオール成分から誘導された、付加製造された熱可塑性ポリウレタン組成物
を含む、口腔ケア用のデバイスまたは構成要素。 - 前記鎖延長剤成分が、1,6−ヘキサンジオール(HDO)、1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノール(CHDM)、またはその組合せを含む、請求項1に記載の口腔ケア用のデバイスまたは構成要素。
- 前記芳香族ジイソシアネートが、MDIを含む、請求項1に記載の口腔ケア用のデバイスまたは構成要素。
- 前記付加製造が、熱溶解積層または選択的レーザー焼結を含む、請求項1に記載の口腔ケア用のデバイスまたは構成要素。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリウレタンが生体適合性である、請求項1に記載の口腔ケア用のデバイスまたは構成要素。
- ポリオール成分をさらに含む、請求項1のいずれかに記載の口腔ケア用のデバイスまたは構成要素。
- ポリオール成分に対する鎖延長剤のモル比が25.0より大きい、請求項6に記載の口腔ケア用のデバイスまたは構成要素。
- 前記ポリオール成分が少なくとも650の数平均分子量を有する、請求項7に記載の口腔ケア用のデバイスまたは構成要素。
- 前記ポリオール成分が、PTMEG、エチレンオキシドキャップされたプロピレンオキシド、またはその組合せの1つまたは1つより多くを含むポリエーテルポリオールを含む、請求項7に記載の口腔ケア用のデバイスまたは構成要素。
- 前記ポリオール成分が、ポリカプロラクトンを含むポリエステルポリオールを含む、請求項7に記載の口腔ケア用のデバイスまたは構成要素。
- 前記鎖延長剤成分が前記組成物の総重量の25重量%〜35重量%である、請求項1に記載の口腔ケア用のデバイスまたは構成要素。
- 前記ポリイソシアネート成分が、TDI、IPDI、LDI、BDI、PDI、CHDI、TODI、NDI、HXDIまたはその任意の組合せをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の口腔ケア用のデバイスまたは構成要素。
- 前記鎖延長剤成分がHDO/CHDMを含み、前記ポリオール成分がポリ(テトラメチレンエーテルグリコール)を含む、請求項7に記載の口腔ケア用のデバイスまたは構成要素。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリウレタンが、1つまたは1つより多くの着色剤、酸化防止剤(フェノール類、ホスファイト、チオエステルおよび/またはアミンを含む)、放射線不透化剤、安定剤、潤滑剤、抑制剤、加水分解安定剤、光安定剤、ヒンダードアミン系光安定剤、ベンゾトリアゾールUV吸収剤、熱安定剤、変色を防止するための安定剤、染料、顔料、補強剤またはその任意の組合せをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の口腔ケア用のデバイスまたは構成要素。

- 前記口腔ケア用のデバイスまたは構成要素が、患者に個人化されている、請求項15に記載の口腔ケア用のデバイスまたは構成要素。
- (I)物体の固体自由形状製作のためのシステムを動作させるステップを含む、三次元の口腔ケア用のデバイスまたは構成要素を直接製作する方法であって、
前記システムが、(a)芳香族ジイソシアネートを含むポリイソシアネート成分、(b)鎖延長剤成分、および(c)任意選択のポリオール成分から誘導された熱可塑性ポリウレタンを含む構築材料から三次元のまたは口腔ケア用または医療用のデバイスまたは構成要素を形成するように動作する、固体自由形状製作装置を含む、方法。 - (a)芳香族ジイソシアネート成分、(b)鎖延長剤成分、および(c)任意選択のポリエーテルまたはポリエステルポリオール成分から誘導された、選択的に堆積された熱可塑性ポリウレタン組成物
を含む、直接形成された口腔ケア用のデバイスまたは構成要素。 - (a)芳香族ジイソシアネートを含むポリイソシアネート成分、(b)鎖延長剤成分、および任意選択で(c)ポリオール成分から誘導された、付加製造された熱可塑性ポリウレタン組成物
を含む、医療用のデバイスまたは構成要素。 - 前記医療用のデバイスまたは構成要素が、副子、外部支持装具、または矯正デバイスのうちの1つまたは1つより多くを含む、請求項19に記載の医療用のデバイスまたは構成要素。
