Abstract
Description
SG−3ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂 57.5%
エチレングリコールアジペート可塑剤 25%
エチレン−メタクリレート−カルボニルポリマー 4%
ニトリルブタジエンゴム粉末 1.5%
液体バリウム/亜鉛安定化剤 2%
炭酸カルシウム 10%
上記原料は混合され、次いで高速混合機で混合され、高温にてオープンミルで粉砕され、押出機により押し出され、3本ロールまたは4本ロールカレンダーにより高温で圧延されてポリ塩化ビニルフィルムを製造する。
実施例1
n−ブチルアクリレート、アクリル酸イソオクチル、メチルアクリレート、およびアクリル酸と共重合可能な光開始剤のアクリレート共重合体を上述の方法により上記耐高温性ポリ塩化ビニルフィルムに塗布してポリ塩化ビニル粘着テープを製造した。塗布温度は140℃であった。
n−ブチルアクリレートおよびアクリル酸と共重合可能な光開始剤のアクリレート共重合体を上述の方法により上記耐高温性ポリ塩化ビニルフィルムに塗布してポリ塩化ビニル粘着テープを製造した。塗布温度は140℃であった。
上述した耐高温性ポリ塩化ビニルフィルムに、20%のn−ブチルアクリレートおよびアクリル酸と共重合可能な光開始剤オリゴマーと、80%のアクリレートポリマーとを含む混合物を上述の方法により塗布してポリ塩化ビニル粘着テープを製造した。塗布温度は130℃であった。
n−ブチルアクリレート、アクリル酸イソオクチル、メチルアクリレート、およびアクリル酸と共重合可能な光開始剤のアクリレート共重合体を、DOP可塑剤を含有するポリ塩化ビニルフィルムに直接塗布する場合、上記フィルムは損傷し得る。従って、上記比較例において、転写塗布が採用され、即ち、まずアクリレート共重合体を離型紙に塗布した後、DOP可塑剤を含有するポリ塩化ビニルフィルムに転写した。塗布温度は140℃であった。
現在、当該分野で用いられている自動車用ワイヤーハーネス用のポリ塩化ビニル粘着テープは、Huaxia粘着テープFC110(Hebei Huaxia Enterprise Co.,Ltd.製の自動車用ワイヤーハーネス用の耐高温性PVC粘着テープ)である。用いられる接着剤は、溶剤型ゴム系のものであり、用いられるポリ塩化ビニルフィルムは、耐高温性ポリ塩化ビニルフィルムである。
現在、当該分野で用いられている自動車用ワイヤーハーネス用のポリ塩化ビニル粘着テープは、Huaxia粘着テープUD110(Hebei Huaxia Enterprise Co.,Ltd.製の自動車用ワイヤーハーネス用のPVC粘着テープ)である。用いられる接着剤は、溶剤型ゴム系のものであり、用いられたポリ塩化ビニルフィルムは、DOP可塑剤を含有するポリ塩化ビニルフィルムである。
Claims (11)
- 130〜150℃の温度でホットメルトとしてUV架橋可能なホットメルト感圧性接着剤を耐高温性ポリ塩化ビニルフィルム上に塗布するステップと、その後、一連のUVランプを用いてUV照射により架橋するステップとを含む耐高温性ポリ塩化ビニル粘着テープを製造する方法において、
上記耐高温性ポリ塩化ビニルフィルムは、液体ポリマー可塑剤と、固体ポリマー可塑剤と、熱安定化剤とを含む耐高温性ポリ塩化ビニル粘着テープの製造方法。 - 上記耐高温性ポリ塩化ビニルフィルムは、塗布工程の間、冷却により保護される、請求項1に記載の耐高温性ポリ塩化ビニル粘着テープの製造方法。
- 上記UV架橋可能なホットメルト感圧性接着剤は、一つ以上の重合性光開始剤とアクリレートモノマーとの共重合体、または一つ以上の重合性光開始剤を含有するオリゴマーとアクリレートポリマーとの混合物を含む、請求項1に記載の耐高温性ポリ塩化ビニル粘着テープの製造方法。
- 上記UV架橋可能なホットメルト感圧性接着剤は、熱安定化剤と、光安定化剤と、粘着付与樹脂と、可塑剤とをさらに含む、請求項3に記載の耐高温性ポリ塩化ビニル粘着テープの製造方法。
- 上記液体ポリマー可塑剤は、液体ポリエチレングリコールアジペートおよび液体ポリプロピレングリコールアジペートからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一つである、請求項1に記載の耐高温性ポリ塩化ビニル粘着テープの製造方法。
- 上記固体ポリマー可塑剤は、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体、エチレン−アクリル酸メチル共重合体、エチレン−アクリル酸エチル共重合体、エチレン−アクリル酸ブチル共重合体、ニトリルブタジエンゴム粉末、および塩素化ポリエチレンからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一つである、請求項1に記載の耐高温性ポリ塩化ビニル粘着テープの製造方法。
- 上記熱安定化剤は、無鉛の液体または固体バリウム/亜鉛安定化剤、カドミウム/バリウム/亜鉛安定化剤、カルシウム/亜鉛安定化剤および有機錫安定化剤からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一つである、請求項1に記載の耐高温性ポリ塩化ビニル粘着テープの製造方法。
- 上記重合性光開始剤は、メタクリロイルオキシ基またはアクリロイルオキシ基を含有するアセトフェノンまたはベンゾフェノン誘導体である、請求項3に記載の耐高温性ポリ塩化ビニル粘着テープの製造方法。
- ホットメルト塗布における上記UV架橋可能なホットメルト感圧性接着剤の塗布量は10〜35g/cm2である、請求項1に記載の耐高温性ポリ塩化ビニル粘着テープの製造方法。
- 上記UVランプは、少なくとも10mJ/cm2のUV照射エネルギーを有する高圧水銀ランプ、中低圧水銀ランプまたはLEDランプである、請求項1に記載の耐高温性ポリ塩化ビニル粘着テープの製造方法。
- 上記塗布は、スロットダイコート、バーコートまたは押出しラミネートを用いて行われる、請求項1に記載の耐高温性ポリ塩化ビニル粘着テープの製造方法。
