Description

The present invention relates to a wet sheet.

Wet sheets having a disinfecting effect used for removing stains on hands, cleaning, etc. are roughly classified into those containing alcohol and those not containing alcohol in a chemical solution to be impregnated. In those which did not, propylene glycol and paraben were used to improve the eradication activity value. However, when propylene glycol and paraben are used, the liquid medicine sometimes feels sticky when attached to the skin of the user.
Therefore, there is known a wet sheet which does not contain alcohol in a chemical solution and does not use propylene glycol and paraben and has a disinfecting effect (for example, see Patent Document 1).

{全体構成}
[Configuration of Embodiment]
{overall structure}
The wet sheet of the present embodiment is obtained by impregnating a sheet with a chemical solution.

{シート体}
{Sheet body}
The sheet used in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it can be impregnated with a chemical solution described later, but is a non-woven fabric having no handle and a tensile strength (a test piece having a long side of 100 mm and a short side of 50 mm). In the direction of the long side, and the value measured by the maximum point load when this was broken (using TENSILON RTG-1210 manufactured by A & D Co., Ltd.) It is preferably 45 N or more in the MD direction) and 10 N or more in the direction (CD direction) perpendicular to the traveling direction of the paper on the paper machine.

Further, it is desirable that the raw material fibers constituting the sheet body are those using rayon, PET (polyethylene terephthalate) or the like.

Further, the basis weight of the sheet is preferably 20 to 80 gsm. The basis weight refers to the basis weight measured according to JIS P 8124: 2011.

{薬液}
{Chemical solution}
The following are used as chemicals.
The chemical liquid impregnation rate is preferably 50% by mass or more and 400% by mass or less. The chemical impregnation rate refers to a value obtained by measuring the mass of the sheet before impregnation with the chemical and the mass of the chemical to be impregnated, and calculating the ratio of the mass of the chemical to be impregnated to the mass of the sheet before impregnation with the chemical.

A chemical having a contact angle of 43 ° or less is used. It is more preferable to use one having a contact angle of 36 ° or less.
The contact angle was measured by a droplet method using a solid-liquid interface analysis system (Drop Master 300 of Kyowa Interface Science Co., Ltd.). Specifically, using the syringe attached to the above-mentioned system, the droplet is brought into contact with the surface of the aluminum base and allowed to deposit, and then the image acquired by the personal computer is automatically analyzed to determine the contact angle. Calculated.

In addition, in order to achieve a sufficient sterilization effect during cleaning, the sterilization power needs to be 99% or more.
Here, the term “99% or more of the bactericidal power” means that the bactericidal activity value is 2.0 or more against both Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. The measurement of the disinfecting activity was carried out in accordance with "Testing method of disinfecting wet wipes" (revised on November 16, 2015), edited by the Japan Sanitary Material Federation.
Specifically, bacteria are inoculated on a test carrier (stainless steel plate) together with an appropriate stain, and after drying, the bacteria are placed in a wiping device. A test sample (a wet wipe or a cotton cloth coated with a control solution) is wrapped around the test carrier with a weight, and the sample is allowed to stand for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, the test carrier is transferred to an inactivating agent to inactivate the property of the test sample that inhibits or kills bacterial growth, and then the number of viable bacteria on the test carrier is measured.
The eradication activity value of the test sample is represented by the difference between the common logarithmic value of the number of viable bacteria remaining on each test carrier after wiping with the control sample and the test sample.

<< Effects of the Embodiment >>
When a wet sheet having a sufficient sanitizing effect is manufactured using a chemical solution containing no alcohol, the conventional one cannot sufficiently reduce the stickiness felt by the user.
On the other hand, according to the present embodiment, when the contact angle of the drug solution is in the above range, the drug solution attached to the user's hand skin or the like becomes easy to spread, and even if it does not contain alcohol, it evaporates. It will be easier.
Therefore, even when a chemical solution containing no alcohol is used, it is possible to reduce the stickiness felt by the user while having a sufficient sterilizing effect.

Next, the results of the evaluation of the sterilization power, the measurement of the contact angle, the evaluation of stickiness, and the like for the wet sheets according to Examples and Comparative Examples of the present invention will be described.
