Claims (14)
- インバータ回路の故障診断方法であって、
前記インバータ回路を構成する複数の駆動素子それぞれの高電位側端子と低電位側端子間の端子間電圧値を監視する第1の監視工程と、
前記インバータ回路の電源電圧値を監視する第2の監視工程と、
前記端子間電圧値と前記電源電圧値とから前記駆動素子それぞれの故障の有無を判定する判定工程と、
を備えることを特徴とするインバータ回路の故障診断方法。 - 前記判定工程は、前記複数の駆動素子それぞれのON故障とOFF故障を判定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインバータ回路の故障診断方法。
- 前記第1の監視工程を実行した後、前記第2の監視工程を実行することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のインバータ回路の故障診断方法。
- 前記判定工程において前記故障の有無の判定を複数回行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のインバータ回路の故障診断方法。
- モータ駆動用のインバータ回路を有するモータ制御装置であって、
請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のインバータ回路の故障診断方法によって、前記インバータ回路を構成する複数のパワー素子それぞれの故障の有無を判定する判定手段を備えることを特徴とするモータ制御装置。 - 前記複数のパワー素子それぞれの端子間電圧を、前記インバータ回路を制御するモータ駆動用素子で監視することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のモータ制御装置。
- 前記モータは3相モータであり、前記判定手段は前記3相の各相ごとに、前記インバータ回路を構成するパワー素子の故障の有無を判定することを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載のモータ制御装置。
- 前記複数のパワー素子は前記インバータ回路においてモータ駆動用のブリッジ回路を構成することを特徴とする請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載のモータ制御装置。
- 車両等の運転者のハンドル操作をアシストする電動パワーステアリング用モータ制御装置であって、
モータ駆動用のインバータ回路と、
請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のインバータ回路の故障診断方法によって、前記インバータ回路を構成する複数のパワー素子それぞれの故障の有無を判定する判定手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする電動パワーステアリング用モータ制御装置。 - 前記判定手段はモータ駆動時の初期にのみ前記故障の有無を判定することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の電動パワーステアリング用モータ制御装置。
- 前記判定手段はモータ駆動後、継続して前記故障の有無を判定することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の電動パワーステアリング用モータ制御装置。
- 前記故障の発生時期に応じて前記アシストを中止または継続することを特徴とする請求項10または11に記載の電動パワーステアリング用モータ制御装置。
- 前記複数のパワー素子は前記インバータ回路においてモータ駆動用のブリッジ回路を構成することを特徴とする請求項9〜12のいずれか1項に記載の電動パワーステアリング用モータ制御装置。
- 車両等の運転者のハンドル操作を補助する電動パワーステアリング装置であって、
前記ハンドル操作によるトルクを検出するトルクセンサと、
請求項9〜13のいずれか1項に記載の電動パワーステアリング用モータ制御装置と、
前記トルクセンサで検出されたトルクをもとに前記電動パワーステアリング用モータ制御装置により駆動される電動モータと、
を備えたことを特徴とする電動パワーステアリング装置。
