Claims (15)
- エネルギービーム(5)によって固化することができる造形材料(3)の層を連続して層ごとに選択的に照射及び固化することによって3次元の物体(2)を付加製造(積層造形)する装置(1)において、前記エネルギービーム(5)の焦点位置(7)及び/又は基準焦点位置からのずれに関係する少なくとも1つのパラメータを決定するように適合された決定デバイス(6)を備え、前記決定が、基準角度に対する前記エネルギービーム(5)の少なくとも一部の角度ずれに基づいて行われることを特徴とする装置。
- 前記決定デバイス(6)は、前記エネルギービーム(5)の焦点位置(7)及び/又は基準焦点位置からのずれを角度及び/又は基準角度からの角度ずれに変換するように適合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記エネルギービーム(5)から下位部分(13)を分割し、前記下位部分(13)を前記決定デバイス(6)、特に検出器(14)の方へ案内するように適合されたビームスプリッタ(12)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
