比較例14〜16では(A)成分を500重量ppmになるように且つ2−(ジメチルアミノ)−2−メチル−1−プロパノ−ル、トリエタノ−ルアミン、N−メチルエタノ−ルアミンが200mMになるように添加した。
比較例17では(A)成分を500重量ppmになるように添加し、(B)成分は添加しなかった。
