Abstract
Description
本発明に係るブロー成形型の一実施形態として、その概略を図1に示す。
図1に示すブロー成形型1は、有底筒状のプリフォームPを二軸延伸ブロー成形によって、所定の容器形状に成形するためのものであり、開閉可能に構成された一対の分割型からなる側部型2と、側部型2の底部側に組み入れられる底部型3とを備えている。このようなブロー成形型1は、通常、ステンレス鋼、アルミニウム合金などを用い形成される。
これによって、底部中央型31を冷却しつつ、底部周縁型32を加熱することで、底部中央型31と底部周縁型32のそれぞれを所定の温度に調整し、底部型3の温度分布を好適に制御することを可能にしている。
本発明に係る合成樹脂製容器の製造方法は、上記したようなブロー成形型1を用いて実施することができ、その一実施形態について説明する。

なお、材料樹脂としてポリエチレンテレフタレートを使用した場合には、ρc=1.455(g/cm3)、ρa=1.335(g/cm3)として、結晶化度X[%]を算出することができる。

Claims (7)
- 有底筒状のプリフォームを二軸延伸ブロー成形によって、底部中央に位置する底板部と、底部周縁に位置して接地部が形成された周縁部とを有する底部を備える所定の容器形状に成形するブロー成形型であって、
開閉可能に構成された一対の分割型からなる側部型と、
前記側部型の底部側に組み入れられる底部型と
を備え、
前記底部型が、前記底板部を含む底部中央を賦形する底部中央型と、前記周縁部を含む底部周縁を賦形する底部周縁型とを有し、前記底部中央型と前記底部周縁型のそれぞれを所定の温度に調整する温調機構を有することを特徴とするブロー成形型。 - 前記接地部が、放射状に形成された複数の溝部によって分割されている
請求項1に記載のブロー成形型。 - 別体に形成された前記底部中央型と前記底部周縁型とが、断熱部材を介して組み合わされて、低温の温調媒体が循環する温調媒体流路が内部に形成された支持体に接合されるとともに、
前記底部周縁型の周面に発熱体が巻回されて、
前記底部中央型を冷却しつつ、前記底部周縁型を加熱することで、前記底部中央型と前記底部周縁型のそれぞれを所定の温度に調整可能とした請求項1又は2に記載のブロー成形型。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のブロー成形型を用いたポリエステル系樹脂製容器の製造方法であって、
前記ブロー成形型にセットされた前記プリフォームを二軸延伸ブロー成形するに際し、
前記底部中央型を冷却しつつ、前記底部周縁型を加熱することで、前記周縁部を含む底部周縁を選択的にヒートセットすることを特徴とするポリエステル系樹脂製容器の製造方法。 - 前記底部中央型の温度を、材料樹脂として用いたポリエステル系樹脂のガラス転移温度よりも低くする請求項4に記載のポリエステル系樹脂製容器の製造方法。
- 前記底部周縁型の温度を、材料樹脂として用いたポリエステル系樹脂のガラス転移温度以上、160℃以下とする請求項4又は5に記載のポリエステル系樹脂製容器の製造方法。
- 請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載のポリエステル系樹脂製容器の製造方法により製造されたポリエステル系樹脂製容器であって、
前記底板部を含む底部中央の結晶化度が1〜5%の範囲にあり、前記周縁部を含む底部周縁の結晶化度が10〜35%の範囲にあることを特徴とするポリエステル系樹脂製容器。
