Claims (10)
- 溶融材料を貯留する温度調整部(3)であって、材料投入路(17)とともに蓋(16)を備える温度調整部(3)と、
前記温度調整部(3)の下方の加熱部(5)と、
前記加熱部(5)の下方の溶解部(6)であって、該溶解部(6)からの溶融材料が前記温度調整部(3)に送られて出湯口(4)から放出される溶解部(6)と、
バーナー(9)を上部に備える傾斜炉床(15)と、
前記温度調整部(3)の接続路(2)であって、傾斜又は湾曲した底部を特徴とし、前記加熱部(5)の下部にかつ前記傾斜炉床(15)によって溶融材料加熱部(7)に接続される前記溶解部(6)から前記溶融材料(1a)を受け取る接続路(2)と、
前記接続路(2)が形成される隔壁(10)であって、前記溶融材料加熱部(7)内の前記溶融材料(1a)及び前記温度調整部(3)内の前記溶融材料(1b)よりも低く位置する下縁部(13)を有する隔壁(10)と、
を備える、溶解炉。 - 前記出湯口(4)、又は前記溶解部(6)、又は前記溶融材料加熱部(7)、又は前記溶融材料(1a)、(1b)若しくは(1c)に接触する前記溶解炉のあらゆる部分は、前記溶融材料(1a)、(1b)又は(1c)の液面レベルを制御又は検出するとともに、酸化物(21a)が前記温度調整部(3)内に又は前記出湯口(4)を通って流れ出ることを防止するようにセンサー(8)を更に備え、
前記センサー(8)は、前記出湯口(4)に近接して配置される、請求項1に記載の溶解炉。 - 前記温度調整部(3)は、天井蓋(11)及び温度調整バーナー(12)を備え、
前記温度調整バーナー(12)は、フラットフレームバーナーである、請求項1に記載の炉。 - 前記温度調整部(3)は、炉壁の一部又は前記天井蓋(11)における熱交換器(20)と、
前記溶融材料加熱部(7)と前記温度調整部(3)との間で前記下縁部(13)を貫通可能な少なくとも1つの穴と、
のうちの少なくとも1つを更に備える、請求項1又は3に記載の溶解炉。 - 前記温度調整部(3)は、扉を有しない閉システムであり、前記天井蓋(11)又は側壁(18)又は床(19)は、軽量かつ耐火性である、請求項1に記載の溶解炉。
- 前記温度調整部(3)は、前記床(19)又は前記側壁(18)又は前記天井蓋(11)に前記温度調整バーナー(12)を備える、請求項1に記載の溶解炉。
- 前記温度調整バーナー(12)は、
ガス又は電気によって加熱される浸漬加熱チューブと、
金属ベースバーナー又はヒーターと、
ファイバーベースバーナー又はヒーターと、
多孔通気バーナー又はヒーターと、
から選択される、請求項1又は6に記載の溶解炉。 - 不活性ガスが前記温度調整部(3)内に噴射されて、酸化反応を防止する、請求項1又は7に記載の溶解炉。
- 前記温度調整バーナー(12)は、前記酸素濃度を前記可燃性ガス全体の1%〜5%に、最も好ましくは前記可燃性ガス全体の1%未満に制御する、請求項1に記載の溶解炉。
- 前記溶融材料加熱部(7)には、酸化物除去扉(14a)、(14b)が設けられる、請求項1に記載の溶解炉。
