0.306質量分率のSi、0.012質量分率のAl、0.031質量分率のMg、0.044質量分率のW、0.387質量分率のO、0.189質量分率のZr、0.02質量分率のPt及び0.011質量分率のYを含有する触媒を、475℃、1バール(ゲージ圧)及び0.12h−1のWHSVでプロパンと接触させた。3時間及び8時間の運転時におけるこの反応の結果が表1に示される。
0.248質量分率のSi、0.213質量分率のAl、0.031質量分率のMg、0.044質量分率のW、0.433質量分率のO、0.02質量分率のPt及び0.011質量分率のKを含有する触媒を、475℃、1バール(ゲージ圧)及び0.12h−1のWHSVでプロパンと接触させた。3時間及び8時間の運転時におけるこの反応の結果が表1に示される。
前述の説明及び特許請求の範囲において開示される特徴は、別々に又はどのような組合せであっても両方で、本発明をその種々の形態で実現するために必須であるかもしれない。
Claims (15)
- 飽和炭化水素化合物を含む炭化水素供給原料をオレフィン生成物に転換するためのプロセスであって、炭化水素供給原料流を、金属M1、金属M2、金属M3及び金属M4を含む酸化物形態での触媒と接触させることを含み、
M1が、Si、Al、Zr及びそれらの混合物から選択され、
M2が、Pt、Cr及びそれらの混合物から選択され、
M3が、W、Mo、Re及びそれらの混合物から選択され、かつ
M4が、Sn、K、Y、Yb及びそれらの混合物から選択され、
M1の質量分率が0.1〜0.8の範囲にあり、
M2の質量分率が0.001〜0.2の範囲にあり、
M3の質量分率が0.001〜0.2の範囲にあり、
M4の質量分率が0.0001〜0.2の範囲にあり、かつ
酸素の質量分率が0.1〜0.8の範囲にある
プロセス。 - 200℃〜700℃の範囲の温度で実施される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 300℃〜600℃の範囲の温度で実施される、請求項1又は2に記載のプロセス。
- M2がPtである、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- M3がWである、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- M1の前記質量分率が0.2〜0.6の範囲にある、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- M2の前記質量分率が0.0015〜0.15の範囲にある、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- M3の前記質量分率が0.005〜0.15の範囲にある、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- M4の前記質量分率が0.00015〜0.03の範囲にある、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 酸素の前記質量分率が0.2〜0.5の範囲にある、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記触媒が、Mg、Ca、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu及びこれらの混合物から選択されるM5をさらに含む、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- M5の質量分率が0.005〜0.1の範囲にある、請求項11に記載のプロセス。
- M5の前記質量分率が0.01〜0.09の範囲にある、請求項11又は12に記載のプロセス。
- 前記炭化水素供給原料流が、2個〜5個の炭素原子を有する少なくとも1つのパラフィンを含む、請求項1から13のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記炭化水素供給原料流が、プロパン、ブタン及びそれらの混合物から選択される少なくとも1つのパラフィンを含む、請求項1から14のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
