- 等方性下敷を製造する方法であって、前記方法は、
a)結合化合物を混成することであって、前記結合化合物は、可塑剤と等方性金属化合物とを含む、ことと、
b)前記結合成分を半固体状態まで加熱することと、
c)前記結合化合物を均一に分散することと、
d)前記結合化合物を加熱し、前記結合化合物を固体状態に固めることと
を含む、方法。 - a.スクリム層を引き引き伸ばすことと、
b.前記結合化合物を前記スクリム層の上に押し出すことと、
c.前記結合化合物を前記スクリム層の上に均一に分散することと、
d.防湿材層を前記結合化合物およびスクリム層上に押し付けることと

防湿材材料のロールと、
前記防湿材材料が巻きを解かれるとき、前記防湿材材料に張力をかけるように適合されている張力付加ローラの組と、
加熱された結合化合物を貯蔵するように適合されているホッパであって、前記結合化合物は、等方性金属成分を有する、ホッパと、
前記結合化合物を前記スクリム材料上に分配するように適合されているノズルと、
前記結合化合物を均一に分布させるように適合されているスクイージと、
前記スクリム材料および結合化合物を加熱し、前記結合化合物を固めるように適合されている炉と、
前記防湿材材料を前記結合化合物およびスクリム材料に押し付けるように適合されているローラの組と、
前記結合材料内の前記金属化合物を磁化するように適合されている磁化器と
を備えている、システム。 - 磁気下敷と共に使用されるように適合されている等方性床用被覆材を製造するためのシステムであって、前記システムは、
スクリム材料のロールと、
前記スクリム材料が巻きを解かれるとき、前記スクリム材料に張力をかけるように適合されている張力付加ローラの組と、
床用被覆材材料のロールと、
前記床用被覆材材料が巻きを解かれるとき、前記床用被覆材材料に張力をかけるように適合されている張力付加ローラの組と、

を備えている、システム。 - カレンダ加工された等方性下敷を製造するためのシステムであって、前記システムは、
ポリマー混合物および金属化合物混合物と、
前記ポリマー混合物と金属化合物混合物とを混合し、下敷材混合物を形成するように適合されているブレンダと、
前記下敷材混合物を加熱するように適合されているフラクサと、
前記下敷材混合物を所望の厚さの下敷材シートに形成するように適合されている形成ローラの組と、
表面仕上げを前記下敷材シート上に形成するように適合されている最終のローラの組と
を備えている、システム。 - 前記下敷材シートを等方的に磁化するように適合されているパルス磁化器をさらに備えている、請求項19に記載のシステム。
- 前記仕上げ加工された下敷材シート上に押し付けられるように適合されている接着剤シートロールをさらに備えている、請求項19に記載のシステム。
- 等方性磁気下敷と共に使用されるように適合されている床用被覆材を製造するためのシステムであって、前記システムは、
スクリム材料のロールと、
前記スクリム材料が巻きを解かれるとき、前記スクリム材料に張力をかけるように適合されている張力付加ローラの組と、
床用被覆材材料のロールと、
前記床用被覆材材料が巻きを解かれるとき、前記床用被覆材材料に張力をかけるように適合されている張力付加ローラの組と、
加熱された結合化合物を貯蔵するように適合されているホッパであって、前記結合化合物は、等方性金属成分を有する、ホッパと、
前記結合化合物を前記スクリム材料上に分配するように適合されているノズルと、

を備えている、システム。 - 磁気下敷と共に使用されるように適合されている等方性床用被覆材を製造するためのシステムであって、前記システムは、
モジュール式床用被覆材ユニットの組と、
等方性磁気感応性下敷と、
前記磁気感応性下敷を前記モジュール式床用被覆材ユニットの組における各モジュール式床用被覆材ユニットに取り付ける手段と
を備えている、システム。 - 前記モジュール式床用被覆材ユニットは、ビニルコンポジットタイル(VCT)、高品質ビニルタイル(LVT)または高品質ビニル厚板(LVP)タイル、セラミックタイル、石タイル、堅木厚板、合板厚板、加工堅木厚板、および磁器タイルから成る群から選択された床用被覆材タイプを含む、請求項23に記載のシステム。
- 等方性床用被覆材を設置する方法であって、前記方法は、
a)下敷を下張り床上に配置することであって、前記下敷は、製造プロセスにおいて磁化されている、ことと、
b)床用被覆材層を前記磁化された下敷上に配置することであって、前記床用被覆材層は、磁気感応性化合物を含む、ことと
を含む、方法。 - 壁を仕上げ加工するためのシステムであって、前記システムは、
内側誘引物質層および装飾外側層を備えているモジュール式壁被覆ユニットの組と、
等方性磁気シート材を備えている磁気下敷材と、
壁ボード、絶縁層、および被覆層を備えている支持層と
を備えている、システム。 - フレームをさらに備えている、請求項26に記載のシステム。
- 前記支持層が、前記フレーム上に配置されることをさらに含む、請求項26に記載のシステム。
- 前記装飾層が、タイル、漆喰、木材、スレート、御影石、塗装壁、壁紙、ヴェネツイア漆喰、羽目板、トリム木材、商標、ロゴ、または絵画の外観に似ているように適合されていることをさらに含む、請求項26に記載のシステム。

- 前記壁ボードが、鉱物綿を含むことをさらに含む、請求項26に記載のシステム。
- 前記被覆層が、防炎外側層を含むことをさらに含む、請求項26に記載のシステム。
- 前記絶縁層が、難燃性ガラス繊維を含むことをさらに含む、請求項26に記載のシステム。
- 前記支持層が、仕上げ加工を要求しないことをさらに含む、請求項26に記載のシステム。
- 壁を仕上げ加工する方法であって、前記方法は、
壁ボード、絶縁層、および被覆層を備えている支持層を支持フレームに取り付けることと、
等方性磁気シート材を備えている磁気下敷材を前記支持層の被覆層に固定することと、
内側磁気感応性層および装飾外側層を備えているモジュール式壁被覆ユニットの組のうちの各々を前記磁気下敷材に取り外し可能かつ磁気的に取り付けることと
を含む、方法。 - 前記装飾層は、タイル、漆喰、木材、スレート、御影石、塗装壁、壁紙、ヴェネツイア漆喰、羽目板、トリム木材、商標、ロゴ、または絵画の外観に似ているように適合されていることをさらに含む、請求項38に記載の方法。

前記複数のモジュール式ユニットにおける前記モジュール式ユニットの各々は、装飾外側層と、前記磁気下敷に取り外し可能かつ磁気的に固定されるように適合されている磁気感応性内側層とを備えている、システム。 - 前記磁気下敷は、床に固定されるように適合されている、請求項47に記載のシステム。
- 前記磁気下敷は、壁に固定されるように適合されている、請求項47に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のモジュール式ユニットは、床用被覆材ユニットを備えている、請求項48に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のモジュール式ユニットは、壁被覆ユニットを備えている、請求項49に記載のシステム。
- 前記等方磁気下敷は、カレンダ加工プロセスにおいて生産される、請求項47に記載のシステム。
- 交換可能室内装飾システムであって、前記システムは、
等方磁気層を有する壁の組であって、前記等方磁気層は、前記壁の組の外向きに面した表面上に配置されている、壁の組と、
等方磁気層を有する床であって、前記等方磁気層は、前記床の上部に配置されている、床と、
前記壁の組の等方磁気層上に磁気的かつ取り外し可能に配置されるように適合されている複数のモジュール式磁気感応性壁パネルと、
前記床の等方磁気層上に磁気的かつ取り外し可能に配置されるように適合されている複数のモジュール式磁気感応性床用被覆材ユニットと
を備えている、システム。 - 前記壁の組の等方磁気層上に磁気的かつ取り外し可能に配置されるように適合されている磁気感応性トリム部品の組をさらに備えている、請求項53に記載のシステム。
- 前記壁の組の等方磁気層上に磁気的かつ取り外し可能に配置されるように適合されている付属部品の組をさらに備えている、請求項53に記載のシステム。
- 前記壁の組の等方磁気層および前記床の等方磁気層は、カレンダ加工された磁気シートを備えている、請求項53に記載のシステム。
- 前記壁の組の等方磁気層および前記床の等方磁気層は、パルス磁化プロセスによって磁化される、請求項53に記載のシステム。
- 磁気床下敷を製造する方法であって、前記方法は、
e)結合化合物を混成することであって、前記結合化合物は、可塑剤および金属化合物を含む、ことと、
f)スクリム層を引き引き伸ばすことと、
g)前記結合成分を半固体状態まで加熱することと、
h)前記結合化合物を前記スクリム層の上に押し出すことと、
i)前記結合化合物を前記スクリム層の上に均一に分散することと、
j)前記結合化合物およびスクリム層を加熱し、前記結合化合物を固体状態に固めることと、
k)防湿材層を前記結合化合物およびスクリム層上に押し付け、下敷を形成することと、
l)前記下敷を磁化することと
を含む、方法。 - 金属化合物が、鉄粉、鉄砂粒、鋼鉄砂粒、鋼鉄粉、異方性粉末、等方性粉末、またはストロンチウムフェライト粉末のうちの1つを含むことをさらに含む、請求項58に記載の方法。
- 前記結合化合物が、PVC、ポリプロピレン、ゴム、繊維ガラス、または黒鉛を含むことをさらに含む、請求項58に記載の方法。
- 前記スクリム層が、繊維ガラススクリムテープを含むことをさらに含む、請求項58に記載の方法。
- 前記分散することが、エッジディバイダの組によって誘導されるスクイージによって行われることをさらに含む、請求項58に記載の方法。
- 前記防湿材が、シリコーン防湿材を含むことをさらに含む、請求項58に記載の方法。
- 前記スクリム層が、ローラの組によって引き伸ばされることをさらに含む、請求項58に記載の方法。
- 前記防湿材が、ローラの組によって張力をかけられることをさらに含む、請求項58に記載の方法。
- 前記防湿材が、サンドイッチローラの組によって前記結合化合物およびスクリム層に押し付けられることをさらに含む、請求項58に記載の方法。
- 前記下敷が、磁気ローラの組によって磁化されることをさらに含む、請求項58に記載の方法。
- 前記磁気ローラは、ネオジム鉄ホウ素(NdFeBまたはNIB)、サマリウムコバルト(SmCo)、アルニコ、セラミックもしくはフェライト、または超磁石タイプ磁石を含むことをさらに含む、請求項58に記載の方法。
- 前記結合化合物およびスクリム層を加熱することが、炉によって行われることをさらに含む、請求項58に記載の方法。
