Abstract
Description
本出願は、その内容全体が参照により本明細書に援用される2015年5月29日に出願された米国特許出願第14/726113号の優先権を主張するものである。
本開示は、芳香族コンプレックスにおける炭化水素の分離に関し、より詳細には、キシレン異性体を製造する芳香族処理コンプレックス内でのトランスアルキル化のためのフィードとして用いられる芳香族化合物の分離に関する。
以下は、具体的な実施形態と合わせて記載されるものであるが、この記述が、説明することを意図するものであり、上記の記述及び添付の特許請求の範囲を限定することを意図するものではないことは理解される。
Claims (10)
- 第一のエチルベンゼン対全C8芳香族比であるキシレン及びC9+芳香族化合物を含む第一の流れを、一方の側を別の側から分離している垂直バッフルを含む分割型分留塔の一方の側へ送ること、
前記第一の比よりも高い第二のエチルベンゼン対全C8芳香族比であるキシレン及びC9+芳香族化合物を含む第二の流れを、前記分割型分留塔の他方の側へ送ること、
前記分割型分留塔の前記一方の側からC8芳香族を含む第一の塔頂流を分離すること、
前記分割型分留塔の前記他方の側からC8芳香族を含む第二の塔頂流を分離すること、及び
前記分割型分留塔から共通の塔底流を分離すること、
を含む、1つ以上のキシレンを製造するための方法。 - 前記塔底流を、トランスアルキル化ゾーンへフィードとして送ることをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第二の塔頂流の少なくとも一部分を、混合キシレン生成物として回収することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第一の流れの少なくとも一部分が、トランスアルキル化ゾーン排出流の少なくとも一部分を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第二の流れの少なくとも一部分が、リフォーメート流の少なくとも一部分を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第一の流れの少なくとも一部分が、異性化ゾーン排出流の少なくとも一部分を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記異性化ゾーン排出流の一部分が、第二のキシレン分留塔に送られ、前記第一の流れの少なくとも一部分が、前記第二のキシレン分留塔からの塔底流の少なくとも一部分を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 分割型分留塔であって、反応器外殻、及び前記分割型分留塔の上側部分から下向きに前記分留塔の高さよりも少ない高さ分まで伸びて、前記塔を第一の側と第二の側とに分割するバッフルを有する、分割型分留塔、
トランスアルキル化ゾーンの出口部と流体連結されている前記分留塔の前記第一の側への入口部、
改質ゾーンの出口部と流体連結されている前記分留塔の前記第二の側への入口部、
C8芳香族濃縮流を引き抜くための前記分留塔の前記第一の側と連結されている第一の塔頂流出口部、
C8芳香族濃縮流を引き抜くための前記分留塔の前記第二の側と連結されている第二の塔頂流出口部、及び
塔底流を引き抜くための前記分留塔の塔底流出口部、
を含む、1つ以上のキシレンを製造するための装置。 - 1つ以上の炭化水素化合物を改質して芳香族化合物を増加させるための改質触媒を含む改質ゾーンをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- C7及びC9芳香族化合物をトランスアルキル化するためのトランスアルキル化触媒を含むトランスアルキル化ゾーンをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
