Claims (20)
- 第1のコアと、前記第1のコア上の第1のコイルとを含む第1の誘導部と、
第2のコアと、前記第2のコア上の第2のコイルとを含む第2の誘導部と、
を含む装置であって、
前記第1のコアはレール延在部を含み、前記レール延在部の少なくとも2つが前記第1のコアの両端から延在し、
前記第2のコアは、前記レール延在部のそれぞれに配置されたシュー部分を含み、前記レール延在部の各々と前記シュー部分のそれぞれとの間に間隙が設けられ、
前記第2の誘導部は、前記延在部に沿った経路を前記第1の誘導部に対して移動するように構成され、
前記第1の誘導部は、前記第1の誘導部と前記第2の誘導部との間に非接触誘導カップリングをもたらすように、前記第2のコアが前記延在部に沿って前記第1のコアに対して移動する場合を含め、前記第2の誘導部に電流を誘起するように構成される、装置。 - 前記延在部は、互いに実質的に平行なレールを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記延在部は、実質的に直線状のレールを含む、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記延在部は、曲線状のレールを含む、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記延在部は、前記第1のコイルを有する中央部分に前記曲線状のレールを接続する接続部分を含む、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記曲線状のレール各々は円形をなす、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記延在部は3つ以上の延在部を含む、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記第1の誘導部上に移動可能に配置された少なくとも2つの第2の誘導部を含む、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記第1の誘導部は2つ以上の第1のコイルを含み、前記第1のコアの各々は前記第1のコアの別個の中央部上に配置される、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記第1の誘導部は、互いに直列に配置された2つ以上の第1の誘導部を含む、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記第2の誘導部は、可動アームを有するロボットに接続され、前記延在部上での前記第1の誘導部に対する前記第2の誘導部の移動は、前記経路に沿って前記ロボットを移動させるように構成される、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記第1の誘導部および前記第2の誘導部は、互いに相対移動可能であるロボットの異なる部品に接続され、前記部品の少なくとも1つはロボットアームのリンクである、請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記第1のコアと前記第2のコアのうちの少なくとも一方は、略C字形状の中央部を有する、請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記第1のコアと前記第2のコアのうちの少なくとも一方は、略E字形状の中央部を有する、請求項1から13のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 第1のコアと、前記第1のコア上の第1のコイルとを含む第1の誘導部を設けることと、
第2のコアと、前記第2のコア上の第2のコイルとを含む第2の誘導部を設けることと、
前記第1の誘導部に対して前記第2の誘導部を配置することと、
を含む方法であって、
前記第1のコアはレール延在部を含み、前記レール延在部の少なくとも2つが第1のコアの両端から延在し、
前記第2のコアはシュー部分を含み、
前記シュー部分は前記レール延在部のそれぞれに配置され、前記レール延在部の各々と前記シュー部分のそれぞれとの間に間隙が設けられ、結果として、前記第2の誘導部が、前記延在部に沿った経路を前記第1の誘導部に対して移動するように構成され、
前記第1の誘導部は、前記第1の誘導部と前記第2の誘導部との間に非接触誘導カップリングをもたらすように、前記第2のコアが前記延在部に沿って前記第1のコアに対して移動する場合を含め、前記第2の誘導部に電流を誘起するように構成される、

- 第1の誘導部と第2の誘導部とを含む非接触誘導カップリングをもたらすことと、
前記第2の誘導部が前記第1の誘導部の延在部に沿って移動する間に、前記第1の誘導部に交番磁束を生じさせ、前記交番磁束により前記第2の誘導部に電流を誘起することと、
を含む方法であって、
前記第1の誘導部は、第1のコアと、前記第1のコア上の第1のコイルとを含み、前記第1のコアはレール延在部を含み、前記レール延在部の少なくとも2つが前記第1のコアの両端から延在し、かつ前記第2の誘導部は、第2のコアと、前記第2のコア上の第2のコイルとを含み、前記第2のコアはシュー部分を含み、前記レール延在部の各々と前記シュー部分のそれぞれとの間に間隙が設けられた状態で前記シュー部分が前記レール延在部のそれぞれに配置されるように、かつ前記第2の誘導部が前記延在部に沿った経路を前記第1の誘導部に対して移動するように構成されるように、前記第2の誘導部が前記第1の誘導部に対して配置される、方法。
