Claims (9)
- 各々の固着部材(1)が椎骨の椎弓根に係合するための椎弓根要素(2)を有し、連結要素によって互いに結合される2つの固着部材(1)を備える、椎骨固着システムであって、
前記連結要素が可撓性バンド(6)であり、前記椎弓根要素(2)がねじであり、各固着部材(1)が、張力下の前記可撓性バンドをヘッド(3)に対して調整可能にブロックするための手段(5)に堅固に結合されるロッド(4)に、固定するためのヘッド(3)を有し、
前記固定ヘッドに対応する2つのロッド(4、4’)を有すること、
を特徴とするシステム。 - 前記固着部材(1)の前記固定ヘッド(3)が、前記ブロック手段(5)を備えるリング(7)に堅固に結合されること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記固定ヘッド(3)が、カップの形状であり、前記椎弓根ねじ(2)に対して垂直な前記ロッド(4)よって側方に渡され、その上側部分(13)に圧迫ねじ(15)によって前記ロッドを固定するための雌ねじ(14)を備える本体(8)を備え、
前記リング(7)が、変形によって前記固定ヘッドの前記上側外周部(13)上にクリップ留めされることができる第1のスルーオリフィス(22)と、前記バンド(6)の通過のための第2の側方スルーオリフィス(25)と、前記バンド(6)を前記リング(7)内でブロックするための手段の挿入のための第3のオリフィス(26)と、を備えること、
を特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。 - 前記固定ヘッド(3)が、第1の直径を有する円筒形であるまたは円筒の一部として成形された上側部分を備え、
前記第1のオリフィス(22)が、前記第1の直径に適合する直径を備える円筒形であり、それによって、前記圧迫ねじ(15)が螺入される前に摩擦によって協働するように設計され、それによって、それが締め付け中にブロックされるように設計されること、

を特徴とする、請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記保持部材(32)が音叉の形状の断面を有し、その突出部(33、34)が外部戻り止め歯(36)を備え、
その前記ハンドル(37)が丸められた端を有し、前記第3のオリフィス(26)が前記保持部材(32)のものに適合する戻り止め歯(28)を備える側壁と、それら二者の間に前記バンド(6)を挟み込むための、前記ハンドルの端のものに適合する形状を備える底部と、を有すること、
を特徴とする請求項6に記載のシステム。 - 前記椎弓根ねじ(2)が、前記固定ヘッドの前記下側部分で回転して枢動可能に取り付けられた円形または長円形の端(16)を有し、
前記固定ヘッドが、前記ロッドの前記円筒形の壁と前記ねじ端との間に接合構造体(19)を有すること、
を特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 2つの椎弓根ねじ(2)が、椎骨の対向する椎弓根に螺入され、
ロッド(4、4’)が、各々のねじを前記ロッドに固定するための固定ヘッド(3、3’)を通してスライドされ、
圧迫ねじ(15)が、前記ヘッドの前記上側部分を通して前記ロッド上に螺合される、2つの隣接する椎骨(42、45)を互いに対して堅固に結合するための椎骨固着方法であって、
リング(7)が、各ヘッド(3)の前記上側外周部上にクリップ留めされ、
前記リング(7)が、変形によって前記上側外周部上にクリップ留めされることができる第1のスルーオリフィス(22)と、バンドの通過のための第2の側方スルーオリフィス(25)と、前記バンド(6)を前記固定ヘッド(3)上でブロックするための手段(5)の挿入のための第3のオリフィスと、を備え、
前記可撓性バンド(6)が、前記隣接する椎骨(45)上に、かつ各固定ヘッドの前記ブロック手段(5)内に置かれ、前記バンド(6)が1つのヘッド上でブロックされ、一方が他方の側に引っ張ることによって前記可撓性バンドに張力を付与し始め、その後、前記残りのヘッドに対して前記バンド(6)を最終的にブロックする前に、一方が前記アセンブリ全体に張力を付与すること、
を特徴とする方法。
