Claims (20)
- インプラント(1)、挿入ワイヤ(14)及び放出チューブ(13)を備えた、ヒト又は動物の体の血管又は中空器官内に前記インプラント(1)を導入するための装置であって、前記インプラント(1)が、マイクロカテーテル(8)の縮径部を有する形状に適合し、かつ、埋め込み部位において、前記マイクロカテーテル(8)の外部拘束が無くなると膨張して、前記血管又は中空器官の直径に適合するように変形可能であり、保持要素(2)が前記挿入ワイヤ(14)上に配置されている、装置において、
前記保持要素(2)が、その周辺に、前記保持要素(2)の周囲に沿って伸び、曲線形状の軌跡を形成する、前記保持要素(2)内に組み込まれた少なくとも1つ、好ましくは複数の溝(3)を有し、
前記インプラント(1)が、近位端に、近位方向に延びる、少なくとも1つ、好ましくは複数の、前記溝(3)内に嵌合した保持ワイヤ(5)を有し、
前記保持ワイヤ(5)が、摩擦係止によって前記溝(3)に保持され、かつ、前記インプラント(1)の放出が、前記放出チューブ(13)を近位方向に引き戻すことによって生じるように、前記放出チューブ(13)が、前記保持要素(2)と前記溝(3)内に嵌合した前記保持ワイヤ(5)とに嵌合する形態でそれらの上に被せられている
ことを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記保持要素(2)の周囲の前記溝(3)が、波形の軌跡を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記保持要素(2)の周囲の前記溝(3)が、近位方向から遠位方向へと伸び、曲線形状の軌跡を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記保持要素(2)の前記溝(3)の数が≧4であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記保持要素(2)の前記溝(3)の数が≧8であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記保持要素(2)の前記溝(3)の数が8〜32であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記溝(3)の断面が、前記保持ワイヤ(5)の断面よりわずかに大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記インプラント(1)が、複数の編組ワイヤ(6)でできた編組物であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記保持ワイヤ(5)が、前記インプラント(1)を形成する編組ワイヤ(6)の近位部であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記編組ワイヤ(6)の幾つかが、前記近位方向に延長されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記放出チューブ(13)が、前記近位方向の後退する前に、前記インプラント(1)の前記近位端を覆うことを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記保持ワイヤ(5)が、該保持ワイヤ(5)と前記溝(3)との間の摩擦力が増加する態様で変形することを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- インプラント(1)及び放出チューブ(13)を備えた、ヒト又は動物の体の血管又は中空器官内に前記インプラント(1)を導入するための装置であって、前記インプラント(1)が、マイクロカテーテル(8)の縮径部を有する形状に適合し、かつ、埋め込み部位において、前記マイクロカテーテル(8)の外部拘束が無くなると膨張して、前記血管又は中空器官の直径に適合するように変形可能であり、前記放出チューブ(13)が、その中を通って挿入ワイヤ(14)が長さ方向に移動可能な態様で導かれうる、前記装置の長手方向に伸びるルーメンを有している、装置において、
前記放出チューブ(13)が前記インプラント(1)の前記近位端内に突出し、
前記インプラント(1)の内側と前記放出チューブ(13)の外側との間に弾性接触面が存在し、それによって、前記インプラント(1)と前記放出チューブ(13)との間に摩擦係止が生じて、遠位又は近位への前記放出チューブ(13)の長さ方向の移動によって、前記マイクロカテーテル(8)内に前記インプラント(1)の長さ方向の可動性をもたらす
ことを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記インプラント(1)の内側と前記放出チューブ(13)の外側との間の前記弾性接触面が、弾性中間層(11)によって作られることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記中間層(11)が、前記放出チューブ(13)の周りに輪状に伸びることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記中間層(11)が、前記放出チューブ(13)と同じ材料、とりわけポリイミドからなることを特徴とする、請求項14又は15に記載の装置。
- 前記中間層(11)が、エラストマーからなることを特徴とする、請求項14又は15に記載の装置。
- 前記エラストマーが、ゴム、天然ゴム、又はシリコーンであることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 放出ワイヤ(17)が、前記放出チューブ(13)が前記インプラント(1)の前記近位端内に突出している領域の前記インプラント(1)の周りに巻かれており、前記放出ワイヤ(17)が、インプラント(1)と放出チューブ(13)との間の前記摩擦力の強化を生じるように、前記インプラント(1)の内側と前記放出チューブ(13)の外側との間に弾性接触面が存在しており、前記放出ワイヤ(17)が、少なくとも1つの放出部位において電食性であるか、又は熱的に分離可能である
ことを特徴とする、請求項13から18のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記放出チューブ(13)の外径が、前記近位端と遠位端との間で変動することを特徴とする、請求項1から19のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
