潜在反応性接着フィルムは、或る溶融温度、T(溶融)を有しており、イソシアナートと反応し得る官能基を含む熱可塑性成分と、粒子状で、とりわけ微粒化された粒子状で熱可塑性成分中に分散して存在し、かつブロックされているか、マイクロカプセル化されているか、または粒子表面の領域で実質的に不活性化されているイソシアナート含有成分とを含んでいる。この微粒化された粒子状とは、粒子サイズ分布がd50<50μmであることを意味し、粒子サイズ分布は<15μmが好ましい。潜在反応性接着フィルムは、水性ポリウレタン分散体、好ましくはBayer AG社のDispercoll U(登録商標)から得られるいわゆる1K潜在反応性ポリウレタンをベースとすることが好ましく、その際のイソシアナート含有成分は、粒子表面の領域で実質的に不活性化されているイソシアナート含有成分である。
本発明による複合体では、とりわけ2つの基板(基板Aおよび基板B)が、上記規定の潜在反応性接着フィルムによって相互に貼り付けられている。本発明が特に適しているのは、少なくとも基板Aが、場合によっては基板Bも、潜在反応性接着フィルムを施す表面で、無機(親水性)性質を有し、かつとりわけプライマーを施されている場合である。
電子機器およびモバイル機器における窓およびディスプレイの用途には、基板Aとしてガラスをますます使用するようになっている。これらのガラスは、例えばミネラルガラス、石英ガラス、またはサファイアガラスから作製することができる。いろいろな改質により、ガラスの光学的特性および物理的特性に狙い通りに影響を及ぼすことができる。装飾的な理由から、例えば曇りガラスまたは着色ガラスが用いられる。例えば噴霧塗布または気相成長プロセスによって施し得る表面コーティングまたは塗装によっても、光学的外観に狙い通りに影響を及ぼすことができる。これに加え、反射防止層、防キズコーティング、およびその他の機能性表面コーティングが一般に用いられている。ガラスは、最も単純な形状では平坦に板ガラスとして存在し、しかし3次元の窓または部品へと鋳造することもできる。
基板Bには、基板Aに関して説明したのと同じ規定を当てはめることができる。ただし、潜在反応性接着フィルムによって貼り付けるべき基板Bの表面は、無機(親水性)でない性質でもよく、つまり有機性質であってよく、例えばプラスチックから成っている。基板Bの材料がプラスチックである場合、消費財電子機器部品またはその他のモバイル機器のためのプラスチック部品は、射出成形で加工可能なプラスチックをベースとするのが好ましい。したがってこれらの群は、例えばABS、PC、ABS/PCブレンド、PMMA、ポリアミド、ガラス繊維強化ポリアミド、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリフッ化ビニレン、セルロースアセタート、シクロオレフィンコポリマー、液晶ポリマー(LCP)、ポリラクチド、ポリエーテルケトン、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリメタクリルメチルイミド、ポリメチルペンテン、ポリフェニルエーテル、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリフタルアミド、ポリウレタン、ポリ酢酸ビニル、スチレン−アクリロニトリルコポリマー、ポリアクリラートまたはポリメタクリラート、ポリオキシメチレン、アクリラート−スチレン−アクリロニトリルコポリマー、ポリエチレン、ポリスチレン、ポリプロピレン、またはポリエステル(例えばPBT、PET)を含んでいる。この列挙はすべてを網羅しているのではない。部品は、消費財電子機器製品のための部品またはハウジングの製造に必要な、各々の任意の形状にすることができる。最も単純な形状では、部品は平坦である。しかしさらに3次元の部品もごく普通である。部品は、例えばハウジング、覗き窓、または補剛要素のような非常に様々な機能をもつことができる。使用するプラスチックは、ポリカルボナート、ポリアミド、PMMA、またはABSであることが非常に好ましい。
本発明の意味においては、湿気/熱の影響下での複合体強度を明らかに安定化させるプライマーが用いられる。本発明による複合体は、とりわけ、本明細書中で記載しているような潜在反応性接着フィルムが施される表面で無機(親水性)の表面を有する少なくとも1つの基板を含んでいる。この表面には、および/またはこの表面と接触すべきもしくは接触された接着フィルムの表面には、プライマーが施されている。本発明による潜在反応性接着フィルムにより2つの基板を貼り付けるための本発明による方法では、基板の少なくとも一方が、貼り付けるべき面で無機(親水性)の表面を有する場合、潜在反応性接着フィルムによる貼付を行う前に、少なくとも一方の貼り付けるべき無機(親水性)の表面に、および/またはこの表面と接触すべきもしくは接触された接着フィルム表面に、プライマーを施し、場合によっては乾燥させる。プライマーが、少なくとも1種のシランを含有することが非常に好ましい。
本発明による方法は、既に上で示した。
・少なくとも一方の基板が、貼り付けるべき面で無機(親水性)性質を有しており、
・潜在反応性接着フィルムによって貼り付けるべき無機(親水性)の基板表面の各々に、プライマーを施し、
・プライマーを場合によっては乾燥させ、
・潜在反応性接着フィルムは、(乾燥したフィルムとしての)溶融温度T(溶融)が35℃≦T(溶融)≦90℃であり、かつイソシアナートと反応し得る官能基を含む熱可塑性成分と、粒子状で、とりわけ微粒化された粒子状で熱可塑性成分中に分散して存在し、かつブロックされているか、マイクロカプセル化されているか、または粒子表面の領域で実質的に不活性化されており、この粒子の始動温度T(始動)が40℃≦T(始動)≦120℃であるイソシアナート含有成分とを含んでいる少なくとも1つの潜在反応性接着フィルム層を含んでおり、
・潜在反応性接着フィルムを、最初に両方の基板の一方に取り付け、続いてもう一方の基板と接触させるか、または両方の基板と同時に接触させ、
その後、少なくとも始動温度の高さの温度に加熱することにより、貼付反応を引き起こす。
・少なくとも一方の基板が、貼り付けるべき面で無機(親水性)性質を有しており、
・潜在反応性接着フィルムは、(乾燥したフィルムとしての)溶融温度T(溶融)が35℃≦T(溶融)≦90℃であり、かつイソシアナートと反応し得る官能基を含む熱可塑性成分と、粒子状で、とりわけ微粒化された粒子状で熱可塑性成分中に分散して存在し、かつブロックされているか、マイクロカプセル化されているか、または粒子表面の領域で実質的に不活性化されており、この粒子の始動温度T(始動)が40℃≦T(始動)≦120℃であるイソシアナート含有成分とを含んでいる少なくとも1つの潜在反応性接着フィルム層を含んでおり、
・潜在反応性接着フィルムのうち少なくとも、無機(親水性)性質の表面を有する基板と接触させるべき面または両方の面に、プライマーを施し、
・プライマーを場合によっては乾燥させ、
・かつプライマーが施された潜在反応性接着フィルムを、最初に両方の基板の一方に取り付け、続いてもう一方の基板と接触させるか、または両方の基板と同時に接触させ、
その後、少なくとも始動温度の高さの温度に加熱することにより、貼付反応を引き起こす方法に関する。
a)成形部材に第1の部品を固定するステップ、

ステップc)とステップd)との間に、選択的に再冷却をさらに実施することができ、かつステップb)の前に、当該の表面で無機(親水性)性質を有する1つもしくはすべての貼り付けるべき部品表面および/または潜在反応性接着フィルムの一方もしくは両方の表面に、プライマーを施し、したがってとりわけ少なくとも、接触面の一方を形成している表面が無機(親水性)性質を有しているすべての接触面に、プライマーが設けられている。
(i)湿気/熱の貯蔵前のプッシュアウト強度(試験A):≧3N/mm2、好ましくは≧4N/mm2、非常に好ましくは≧5N/mm2
(ii)湿気/熱の処理をされていない基準(=100%)と比べた湿気/熱の貯蔵後のプッシュアウト強度(試験C):≧50%、好ましくは≧70%、非常に好ましくは≧90%
(iii)耐衝撃性、球体落下(試験B):≧175cm、好ましくは≧200cm、非常に好ましくは≧225cm
試験(A)プッシュアウト
プッシュアウト試験は、両面接着性の接着製品の、接着層法線方向での貼付強度を示すことができる。このために、直径21mmの円形の基板S1を、丸く裁断または型抜きされた同様に21mmの直径を有する試験すべき接着フィルムにより、フレーム(基板S2)に貼り付ける。フレーム(基板S2)は、基板S1と実質的に同心で、直径9mmの円形の穴を有している。フレーム(基板S2)のサイズは基板S1のサイズを超えており、したがってフレーム(基板S2)のはみ出している領域により、この複合体を載置台上に配置することができる。
この試験は、潜在反応性接着フィルムによって貼り付けた試料サンプルの、接着フィルムの衝撃吸収能力に由来し得る耐衝突性または耐打撃性(「Shock Resistance」)を示すことができる。
プッシュアウト試験(C)は、試験Aからの設定に基づいて行われる。ただし測定すべき複合体を、測定前に、第1の形態の試験法では60℃および相対湿度90%、第2の形態の試験法では85℃および相対湿度85%の空調庫内で72時間貯蔵する。貯蔵の後から測定の前に、複合体を23℃および相対湿度50%でさらに1日コンディショニングし直す。暖かく湿ったところで貯蔵した複合体のプッシュアウト値は、製造後に暖かく湿った影響に曝されるのではなく専ら23℃および相対湿度50%で貯蔵して試験Aに基づいて測定する同種の複合体のプッシュアウト値に関連づけられている。
潜在反応性接着フィルムの製造:潜在反応性接着フィルムは、Dispercoll U XP 2702 100部、Dispercoll BL XP 2514 13部、およびBorchigel 0625 1.5部(それぞれ上記参照)から製造した。配合成分を、水分散体としてビーカー内でアンカースターラーにより60 1/minで15分間、室温で混合した。脱ミネラル水の添加により固体含有率を46重量%に調整した。

- 2つの基板、すなわち、第1の基板Aと第2の基板Bを、少なくとも1つの潜在反応性接着フィルム層を有する潜在反応性接着フィルムによって相互に貼り付けるための方法であって、潜在反応性接着フィルム層が、溶融温度T(溶融)が35℃≦T(溶融)≦90℃であり、かつイソシアナートと反応し得る官能基を含む熱可塑性成分と、粒子状で熱可塑性成分中に分散して存在し、かつブロックされているか、マイクロカプセル化されているか、または粒子表面の領域で実質的に不活性化されており、粒子の始動温度T(始動)が40℃≦T(始動)≦120℃であり、かつT(始動)≧T(溶融)であるイソシアナート含有成分とを含んでおり、
第1の基板Aの表面が、潜在反応性接着フィルムの第1の表面と接触し、
第2の基板Bの表面が、潜在反応性接着フィルムの第2の表面と接触し、
潜在反応性接着フィルムを少なくとも始動温度T(始動)に相当するかまたはより高い温度に加熱することで貼付が引き起こされる方法において、
少なくとも、第1の基板Aのうち潜在反応性接着フィルムと接触する表面が、第1の基板Aと潜在反応性接着フィルムを接触させる前にプライマーによって処理され、
かつ/または少なくとも、潜在反応性接着フィルムのうち第1の基板Aと接触する第1の表面が、第1の基板Aと潜在反応性接着フィルムを接触させる前にプライマーによって処理されることを特徴とする方法。 - 少なくとも、第1の基板Aのうち潜在反応性接着フィルムの第1の表面と接触する表面が、面全体または一部の面で、無機材料によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1の基板Bのうち潜在反応性接着フィルムの第2の表面と接触する表面も、面全体または一部の面で、無機材料によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 第2の基板Bのうち潜在反応性接着フィルムと接触する表面が、第2の基板Bと潜在反応性接着フィルムを接触させる前にプライマーによって処理されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 潜在反応性接着フィルムのうち第2の基板Bと接触する第2の表面が、第2の基板Bと潜在反応性接着フィルムを接触させる前にプライマーによって処理されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 第1の基板Aと潜在反応性接着フィルムおよび/または第2の基板Bと潜在反応性接着フィルムを貼り付けるためのプライマーとして、シランを含有するプライマーが使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 潜在反応性接着フィルムが、1つまたは複数の潜在反応性接着フィルム層から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 熱可塑性成分の溶融温度が、40℃≦T(溶融)≦60℃の範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 粒子の始動温度が、50℃≦T(始動)≦120℃の範囲内、好ましくは60℃≦T(始動)≦90℃の範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 第1の基板Aの表面が、ガラス、金属、またはセラミックによって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 第1の基板Aの表面が、アルミニウムまたはアルマイト加工されたアルミニウムである請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 第2の基板Bの表面が、ガラス、金属、またはセラミックによって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項10または11に記載の方法。
- 第2の基板Bが、プラスチック、とりわけポリメチルメタクリラート、ポリカルボナート、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレンコポリマー(ABS)、ポリアミド、またはポリカルボナートであることを特徴とする請求項10または11に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載の方法によって取得可能な2つの相互に貼り付いた基板から成る複合体。
- 接着フィルムによって相互に貼り付けた2つの基板から成る複合体であって、
接着フィルムが、イソシアナートと反応し得る官能基を含む熱可塑性成分と、粒子状で熱可塑性成分中に分散したイソシアナート含有成分とから成る分散体の反応生成物を含んでいる複合体において、
貼り付ける基板の少なくとも一方と接着フィルムとの間の接触面にプライマーが存在していることを特徴とする複合体。 - プライマーがシランを含有することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の複合体。
- 接着フィルムによって相互に貼り付けた2つの基板から成る複合体であって、
接着フィルムが、イソシアナートと反応し得る官能基を含む熱可塑性成分と、粒子状で熱可塑性成分中に分散したイソシアナート含有成分とから成る分散体の反応生成物を含んでいる複合体において、
複合体を60℃および相対湿度90%の環境で72時間貯蔵し(湿気/熱の貯蔵)、続いて23℃および相対湿度50%で1日貯蔵した後に、プッシュアウト試験で引張試験機によって確定した貼付強度が、製造後に23℃および相対湿度50%で貯蔵しただけの同一の複合体に対して確定した貼付強度の少なくとも50%であることを特徴とする、とりわけ請求項14〜16のいずれか一つに記載の複合体。 - 接着フィルムによって相互に貼り付けた2つの基板から成る複合体であって、
接着フィルムが、イソシアナートと反応し得る官能基を含む熱可塑性成分と、粒子状で熱可塑性成分中に分散したイソシアナート含有成分とから成る分散体の反応生成物を含んでいる複合体において、
複合体を85℃および相対湿度85%の環境で72時間貯蔵し(湿気/熱の貯蔵)、続いて23℃および相対湿度50%で1日貯蔵した後に、プッシュアウト試験で引張試験機によって確定した貼付強度が、製造後に23℃および相対湿度50%で貯蔵しただけの同一の複合体に対して確定した貼付強度の少なくとも50%であることを特徴とする、とりわけ請求項14〜17のいずれか一つに記載の複合体。 - 接着フィルムによって相互に貼り付けた2つの基板から成る複合体であって、
接着フィルムが、イソシアナートと反応し得る官能基を含む熱可塑性成分と、粒子状で熱可塑性成分中に分散したイソシアナート含有成分とから成る分散体の反応生成物を含んでいる複合体において、
複合体が、光学式、電子式、および/または精密機械工学式の機器、とりわけ持ち運び可能な光学式、電子式、または精密機械工学式の機器の構成要素であることを特徴とする、とりわけ請求項14〜18のいずれか一つに記載の複合体。 - 基板の少なくとも一方が透明または半透明であることを特徴とする請求項14〜19のいずれか一つに記載の複合体。
- 透明または半透明の基板が、その下に配置されたコンポーネントを保護するための、および/または光学式、電子式、もしくは精密機械工学式の機器の機能のための物理光学的な効果を引き起こすための、窓またはレンズであることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の複合体。
- とりわけ持ち運び可能な光学式、電子式、または精密機械工学式の機器が、
・写真機、デジタルカメラ、写真術用付属機器(例えば露出計、フラッシュ機器、絞り、写真機ハウジング、対物レンズなど)、フィルムカメラ、ビデオカメラ、デジカム、望遠機器、暗視機器
・コンピューター、ラップトップ、ノート型パソコン、ネットブック、ウルトラブック、タブレットコンピューター、タッチ感応式スクリーンを備えた機器(「タッチスクリーン機器」)、ハンドヘルド、電子式の日程記入用カレンダーおよびシステム手帳(いわゆる「電子手帳」または「パーソナルデジタルアシスタント」、PDA)、タイプライター、モデム、コンピューター付属機器、例えばマウス、ペンタブレット、マイク、スピーカー

を含む群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項19〜21のいずれか一つに記載の複合体。 - イソシアナートと反応し得る官能基を有する熱可塑性成分と、粒子状で熱可塑性成分中に分散して存在し、かつ粒子表面の領域で実質的に不活性化されているイソシアナート含有成分とを含んでいる潜在反応性接着フィルムによる2つの基板の貼付の、湿気/熱の耐性を改善するためのプライマーの使用。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載の方法における請求項23に記載の使用。
- 請求項14〜22のいずれか一つに記載の複合体を製造する際の請求項23または24に記載の使用。
