Abstract
Description
本出願は、2014年11月24日出願の本願と同一出願人に譲渡された米国意匠特許出願第29/509,958号に関し、該出願の開示は参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
本発明は、概して外科用締結具に関し、より詳細には、外科用メッシュなどの補綴具を組織に固定するための湾曲した外科用締結具に関する。
(1) 医療用装置を組織に係止するための湾曲した外科用締結具であって、
近位端と遠位端とを有する湾曲部材と、
前記湾曲部材の前記遠位端の組織貫入端部と、を含み、前記湾曲部材は、前記近位端と前記遠位端との間に360度未満の全曲率を有する、湾曲した外科用締結具。
(2) 前記湾曲部材が単一平面内にある、実施態様1に記載の湾曲した外科用締結具。
(3) 前記組織貫入端部が湾曲している、実施態様1に記載の湾曲した外科用締結具。
(4) 前記湾曲部材が複合曲線を含む、実施態様1に記載の湾曲した外科用締結具。
(5) 前記湾曲部材の近位部分が第1の曲率半径を有し、前記湾曲部材の遠位部分が、前記第1の曲率半径と異なる第2の曲率半径を有する、実施態様4に記載の湾曲した外科用締結具。
(7) 前記タングが真っ直ぐである、実施態様6に記載の湾曲した外科用締結具。
(8) 前記湾曲部材の前記遠位端から突出する返し部を更に含む、実施態様1に記載の湾曲した外科用締結具。
(9) 前記返し部が、前記湾曲部材の前記遠位端において、前記組織貫入端部から突出している、実施態様8に記載の湾曲した外科用締結具。
(10) 前記返し部が、前記湾曲部材の前記近位端に向かって突出している、実施態様9に記載の湾曲した外科用締結具。
(12) 前記湾曲部材の前記近位端から突出する第2の返し部を更に含む、実施態様11に記載の湾曲した外科用締結具。
(13) 前記第2の返し部が、前記湾曲部材の前記遠位端に向かって突出している、実施態様12に記載の湾曲した外科用締結具。
(14) 前記湾曲部材の前記中間部分から突出する少なくとも1つの補助返し部を更に含む、実施態様13に記載の湾曲した外科用締結具。
(15) 前記少なくとも1つの補助返し部が、前記湾曲部材の前記中間部分から突出する複数の返し部を含む、実施態様14に記載の湾曲した外科用締結具。
近位端と遠位端とを有する湾曲部材と、
前記湾曲部材の前記遠位端の湾曲した組織貫入端部と、
前記湾曲部材の前記遠位端から突出する返し部と、を含み、前記湾曲部材が、前記近位端と前記遠位端との間に360度未満の全曲率を有し、前記湾曲部材の近位部分が、前記湾曲部材の遠位部分と異なる曲率半径を有する、湾曲した外科用締結具。
(17) 前記湾曲部材は、前記湾曲部材の前記近位端が第1の平面内にあり、前記湾曲部材の前記遠位端が前記第1の平面からオフセットされた第2の平面内にある、複合曲線を画定する、実施態様16に記載の湾曲した外科用締結具。
(18) 前記湾曲部材の前記近位端と接続された真っ直ぐなタングを更に含む、実施態様16に記載の湾曲した外科用締結具。
(19) 前記湾曲部材の前記近位端が、前記湾曲部材の前記遠位端に向かって突出している、前記近位端から突出する第2の返し部を含む、実施態様18に記載の湾曲した外科用締結具。
(20) 医療用装置を組織に係止するための湾曲した外科用締結具であって、
近位端と遠位端とを有する湾曲部材を含み、
前記湾曲部材は、複合曲線を画定し、かつ前記湾曲部材の前記近位端と前記遠位端との間に360度未満の全曲率を有し、
前記湾曲部材の前記遠位端は、遠位尖端部を備えた挿入先端部を有する組織貫入端部を含んでいる、湾曲した外科用締結具。
Claims (20)
- 医療用装置を組織に係止するための湾曲した外科用締結具であって、
近位端と遠位端とを有する湾曲部材と、
前記湾曲部材の前記遠位端の組織貫入端部と、を含み、前記湾曲部材は、前記近位端と前記遠位端との間に360度未満の全曲率を有する、湾曲した外科用締結具。 - 前記湾曲部材が単一平面内にある、請求項1に記載の湾曲した外科用締結具。
- 前記組織貫入端部が湾曲している、請求項1に記載の湾曲した外科用締結具。
- 前記湾曲部材が複合曲線を含む、請求項1に記載の湾曲した外科用締結具。
- 前記湾曲部材の近位部分が第1の曲率半径を有し、前記湾曲部材の遠位部分が、前記第1の曲率半径と異なる第2の曲率半径を有する、請求項4に記載の湾曲した外科用締結具。
- 前記湾曲部材の前記近位端がタングを含む、請求項1に記載の湾曲した外科用締結具。
- 前記タングが真っ直ぐである、請求項6に記載の湾曲した外科用締結具。
- 前記湾曲部材の前記遠位端から突出する返し部を更に含む、請求項1に記載の湾曲した外科用締結具。
- 前記返し部が、前記湾曲部材の前記遠位端において、前記組織貫入端部から突出している、請求項8に記載の湾曲した外科用締結具。
- 前記返し部が、前記湾曲部材の前記近位端に向かって突出している、請求項9に記載の湾曲した外科用締結具。
- 前記湾曲部材の前記近位端が第1の平面内にあり、前記湾曲部材の前記遠位端が第2の平面内にあり、前記湾曲部材が、前記第1の平面と前記第2の平面との間に延在する中間部分を有する、請求項1に記載の湾曲した外科用締結具。
- 前記湾曲部材の前記近位端から突出する第2の返し部を更に含む、請求項11に記載の湾曲した外科用締結具。
- 前記第2の返し部が、前記湾曲部材の前記遠位端に向かって突出している、請求項12に記載の湾曲した外科用締結具。
- 前記湾曲部材の前記中間部分から突出する少なくとも1つの補助返し部を更に含む、請求項13に記載の湾曲した外科用締結具。
- 前記少なくとも1つの補助返し部が、前記湾曲部材の前記中間部分から突出する複数の返し部を含む、請求項14に記載の湾曲した外科用締結具。
- 医療用装置を組織に係止するための湾曲した外科用締結具であって、
近位端と遠位端とを有する湾曲部材と、
前記湾曲部材の前記遠位端の湾曲した組織貫入端部と、
前記湾曲部材の前記遠位端から突出する返し部と、を含み、前記湾曲部材が、前記近位端と前記遠位端との間に360度未満の全曲率を有し、前記湾曲部材の近位部分が、前記湾曲部材の遠位部分と異なる曲率半径を有する、湾曲した外科用締結具。 - 前記湾曲部材は、前記湾曲部材の前記近位端が第1の平面内にあり、前記湾曲部材の前記遠位端が前記第1の平面からオフセットされた第2の平面内にある、複合曲線を画定する、請求項16に記載の湾曲した外科用締結具。
