Claims (10)
- モル%で、遷移金属元素 0.01〜10%を含有し、水分量が500ppm以下であることを特徴とするカルコゲナイドガラス。
- Ge、Ga、Sb、Bi、Sn、In、Ag、Siから選択される少なくとも一種と、S、Se、Teから選択される少なくとも一種とを含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカルコゲナイドガラス。
- モル%で、Ge+Ga+Sb+Bi+Sn+In+Ag+Si 0超〜70%、S+Se+Te 0超〜80%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のカルコゲナイドガラス。
- 遷移金属元素が、Ti、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、及び、希土類元素から選択される少なくとも一種であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のカルコゲナイドガラス。
- 希土類元素が、La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Pm、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、Luから選択される少なくとも一種であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のカルコゲナイドガラス。
- As、Cd、Tl及びPbを実質的に含有しないことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のカルコゲナイドガラス。
- 請求項1〜6に記載のカルコゲナイドガラスからなることを特徴とする発光体。
- ファイバ状であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の発光体。
- 請求項7または8に記載の発光体からなることを特徴とするレーザー媒体。
- 原料を、(原料の融点−100℃)〜(原料の融点−20℃)にて熱処理することを特徴とするカルコゲナイドガラスの製造方法。
