Claims (10)
- 複数のディスプレイ画素を含むディスプレイパネルと、
前記ディスプレイパネルの上面に接着された透明基板と、
前記ディスプレイパネルの下面に接着されたイメージセンサとを備え、
前記ディスプレイパネルの画素アレイにおいて少なくとも一部の領域に配置された前記ディスプレイ画素の各々は、光透過領域を含み、
前記イメージセンサは、複数のフォトセンサを含み、
1つ以上の前記フォトセンサは、前記光透過領域内に露出され、
前記イメージセンサの解像度は、前記ディスプレイパネルの解像度以上である、指紋センサ一体型電界発光表示装置。 - 前記透明基板の一端の下に配置された光源と、
前記光源と前記透明基板との間に配置され、前記光源からの光を前記透明基板内で光が全反射する角度で屈折させる入光素子と、
前記ディスプレイパネルの画面上で、前記ディスプレイパネルと前記透明基板との間に配置され、前記透明基板内を進行する光の一部が前記透明基板の下面を介して前記ディスプレイパネルの方向に進行するように、前記透明基板内を進行する光の一部を屈折させる出光素子と、
前記出光素子と前記ディスプレイパネルとの間に配置され、前記出光素子より低い屈折率を有する低屈折層とをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の指紋センサ一体型電界発光表示装置。 - 前記ディスプレイ画素のうちの少なくともいくつかは、センサモードで発光し、前記ディスプレイ画素からの光は、前記透明基板上の指紋から反射され、前記光透過領域を介して前記イメージセンサの方向に進行する、請求項1に記載の指紋センサ一体型電界発光表示装置。
- 前記ディスプレイパネルの下面に接着された1つ以上の光源と、
前記光源と前記透明基板との間に配置され、前記光源からの光を前記透明基板内で光が全反射する角度で屈折させる入光素子とをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の指紋センサ一体型電界発光表示装置。 - 前記ディスプレイパネルと前記イメージセンサの間に配置され、前記イメージセンサの方向に進行する光を集束させる光集束素子をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の指紋センサ一体型電界発光表示装置。
- 複数のディスプレイ画素を含むディスプレイパネルと、
前記ディスプレイパネルの上面に接着された透明基板と、
前記ディスプレイパネルの下面に接着されたイメージセンサとを備え、
前記ディスプレイ画素のうちの少なくともいくつかがセンサモードでフォトセンサとして駆動されるか、またはフォトセンサが前記ディスプレイパネルに埋め込まれ、
前記ディスプレイパネルの画素アレイにおいて少なくとも一部の領域に配置された前記ディスプレイ画素の各々は、光透過領域を含み、
前記イメージセンサは、複数のフォトセンサを含み、
1つ以上の前記フォトセンサは、前記光透過領域内に露出され、
前記イメージセンサの解像度は、前記ディスプレイパネルの解像度以上である、指紋センサ一体型電界発光表示装置。 - センサモードにおいて、前記ディスプレイパネルの画面において少なくとも一部の領域に配置された前記ディスプレイ画素の有機発光ダイオードは、前記有機発光ダイオードに印加される逆方向バイアスによりフォトセンサとして動作し、
ディスプレイモードにおいて、前記ディスプレイパネルの画面における少なくとも一部の領域に配置された前記ディスプレイ画素の有機発光ダイオードは、前記有機発光ダイオードに印加される順方向バイアスにより入力映像の画素データを表示する、請求項6に記載の指紋センサ一体型電界発光表示装置。 - 前記逆方向バイアスが印加される前記ディスプレイ画素を介して指紋のパターンがセンシングされ、
前記イメージセンサを介して指静脈パターンがセンシングされる、請求項7に記載の指紋センサ一体型電界発光表示装置。 - 前記逆方向バイアスが印加される前記ディスプレイ画素を介して指静脈パターンがセンシングされ、
前記イメージセンサを介して指紋パターンがセンシングされる、請求項7に記載の指紋センサ一体型電界発光表示装置。 - 前記ディスプレイパネルと前記イメージセンサの間に配置され、前記イメージセンサの方向に進行する光を集束させる光集束素子をさらに備える、請求項6に記載の指紋センサ一体型電界発光表示装置。
