Abstract
【解決手段】強磁性体を含む下地20にマグネット材を備える化粧材10を貼り付ける。本施工方法によれば、強磁性体を含む下地20と、マグネット材を備える化粧材10との積層体を含む壁構造体が得られる。化粧材10は、壁と一体となって壁の外観に美観を付与する部材である。化粧材10はたとえば化粧層12、マグネット層14および、化粧層12とマグネット層14とを接合する接着層13を備える。

図1および図2は、第1の実施形態に係る施工方法を説明するための図である。図1は本実施形態の方法で施工された壁の断面を示している。図2は、本実施形態の方法で施工された壁の斜視図であり、下地20および化粧材10の一部は省略されている。本実施形態に係る施工方法は、強磁性体を含む下地20にマグネット材14を備える化粧材10を貼り付ける内装または外装の施工方法である。
図4は、第2の実施形態に係る施工方法を説明するための図である。本図は本実施形態の方法で施工された壁の断面を示している。本実施形態に係る施工方法は、強磁性層が、強磁性材料を含む塗料の固化物である点を除いて、第1の実施形態に係る施工方法と同じである。以下に詳しく説明する。

- 強磁性体を含む下地にマグネット材を備える化粧材を貼り付ける内装または外装の施工方法。
- 請求項1に記載の施工方法において、
前記下地は、前記強磁性体を含む強磁性層を含む施工方法。 - 請求項2に記載の施工方法において、
前記強磁性層は、強磁性材料を含む板材である施工方法。 - 請求項2に記載の施工方法において、
前記強磁性層は、強磁性材料を含む塗料の固化物である施工方法。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の施工方法において、
前記化粧材はガラスクロスを含む施工方法。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の施工方法において、
前記強磁性体は鉄である施工方法。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の施工方法において、
前記化粧材は、メラミン系樹脂、熱可塑性エマルジョン樹脂の固形分、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリフッ化ビニル、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリエステル、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリオレフィン樹脂、および(メタ)クリル樹脂により構成される群から選択される一以上の樹脂を含む施工方法。 - 請求項7に記載の施工方法において、
前記化粧材の表面がメラミン樹脂を含む施工方法。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の施工方法において、
前記化粧材は、前記マグネット材としてマグネット層を含む施工方法。 - 請求項9に記載の施工方法において、
前記マグネット層は、前記化粧材の主面に垂直な方向から見て75%以上の領域に設けられている施工方法。 - 強磁性体を含む下地と、マグネット材を備える化粧材との積層体を含む壁構造体。
- 強磁性体を含む下地材と、マグネット材を備える化粧材とを含む内装または外装の施工セット。
