Claims (8)
- 金型が閉じられたときに金型キャビティ内の空気を吸引する、第一の弁(21)に接続されたベンチュリーエジェクタ(11)を備え、射出成形金型内の空気の吸引及びその後に成形品を排出するための装置であって、
吸引経路を形成する連絡ダクトと通じる多孔質材料で作られた少なくとも一つのインサート(31)と、
プラスチック材料の凝固後に、前記多孔質材料で作られた少なくとも一つのインサート(31)に向かって空気を吹き出し、前記多孔質材料で作られた少なくとも一つのインサート(31)を洗浄する第二の弁(22)と、
を備えることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記ベンチュリーエジェクタ(11)は、空気圧二重効果ピストン(10)を通して、前記多孔質材料で作られたインサート(31)に接続される、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 空気圧二重効果ピストン(10)を通して接続された前記ベンチュリーエジェクタ(11)は、射出成形サイクルの間、前記経路自体にかかる圧力により前記吸引経路が開放され続ける、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記多孔質材料で作られた少なくとも一つのインサート(31)は、青銅又はステンレス鋼で作られている、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記多孔質材料で作られた少なくとも一つのインサート(31)は、平坦な面及び複数個の突起が設けられた面を備える、
請求項1又は4に記載の装置。 - 射出成形金型内の空気の吸引及びその後に成形品を排出するための方法であって、
多孔質材料で作られた少なくとも一つのインサート(31)及び一つのベンチュリーエジェクタ(11)を介して前記空気の吸引を行うために第一の弁(21)を作動させることと、
射出成形サイクルの間、前記空気の吸引を維持するようにプラスチック材料を射出成形することと、
前記射出成形の終了時に、前記第一の弁(21)によって、前記ベンチュリーエジェクタ(11)からの前記空気の通路を閉じることと、
前記射出成形の後、前記プラスチック材料が凝固するまで前記プラスチック材料を冷却することと、
前記射出成形された成形品の前記排出時において、前記多孔質材料で作られた少なくとも一つのインサート(31)を洗浄するために空気を吹き出す第二の弁(22)を作動させることと、
を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記吸引を行っている間、吸引ダクトは二重効果ピストン(10)を通して開放され続ける、
請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記吸引は、真空率が90%に達するまで実行される、
請求項6又は7に記載の方法。
