Description

The present invention relates to a fastener comprising a bolt and a nut.

For example, when connecting pillar members and shelf members in assembled furniture such as racks, joint holes are provided in both members, the joint holes are aligned, the two members are stacked, and bolts are connected from one side of the stacked members The nut is inserted into the hole and screwed onto the tip of the bolt on the other side of the stacked members. Then, the bolts or nuts are turned and screwed together, and both the members are sandwiched between the bolts and nuts and fastened to join both the members.

When the bolt is inserted into the coupling hole of the member to be fastened in this way from one side and the nut is screwed onto the bolt protruding to the other side of the member to be fastened, the worker is fastened. If it is possible to put the hand on the back side of the member, the operator must insert the bolt into the coupling hole of the fastened member from the front and screw the nut onto the bolt from the back side where the hand is put. Is easy. However, when there is no space for inserting a hand on the back side of the member to be fastened, or when the hand does not reach the back side of the member to be fastened, it is difficult to fasten by such work.

Therefore, in this case, it is necessary to be able to perform the fastening work from one side of the member to be fastened. For example, various types of bolts having a deformable head at one end are conventionally provided. In this thing, after inserting the head of the bolt into the coupling hole from one side of the member to be fastened, the head is deformed, and this head is locked to the periphery of the coupling hole on the back side of the member to be fastened. Next, the member to be fastened can be fastened between the head of the bolt and the nut by screwing and tightening the nut to the bolt on one side of the member to be fastened.

Patent Document 1 shows an example of a fastener that can perform a fastening operation from one side of a member to be fastened as described above, and a deformable head provided at one end of a bolt, It is made of a shape memory alloy that rises and deforms when heated.

However, as described above, in the case where a deformable head is provided at one end of the bolt, in order to make the shape of the head deformable, it can be formed using a special material such as a shape memory alloy, There is a problem that it is necessary to form a complicated structure so as to deform the shape, and the cost increases. Also, when tightening and tightening between the head and nut, the head is in a deformed state, so there is a problem that the strength of the head is weak and it is difficult to fasten with a strong force, and the head is further deformed There is also a problem that an operation for making it necessary is necessary and the fastening work becomes complicated.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and can be fastened with high strength without increasing the cost, and can be fastened easily and reliably. Is intended to provide.

The fastener according to the present invention is formed by including a bolt 1 and a nut 2 for fastening a member to be fastened 4 in which a coupling hole 3 having a longer dimension in the longitudinal direction than a dimension in the width direction is formed. It is used.

The bolt 1 has a head portion 5 whose longitudinal dimension is longer than the dimension in the width direction, and protrudes from one side of the head portion 5 at the center in the longitudinal direction. The nut 2 is formed with a protruding step portion 7 formed as a locking end surface 6 and a bolt portion 8 protruding from the protruding step portion 7 and having an outer diameter smaller than the width of the coupling hole 3. Is fastened to the opening edge in the width direction of the coupling hole 3 of the member to be fastened 4 when screwed into the bolt portion 8 of the bolt 1. When the longitudinal direction is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the coupling hole 3 of the fastened member 4, the longitudinal dimension is coupled so that the fastening hole 4 is inserted into the coupling hole 3 from one side to the other side. The length of the head 5 is shorter than the longitudinal dimension of the hole 3 and the dimension in the width direction is shorter than the width dimension of the coupling hole 3. When the direction is a direction intersecting the longitudinal direction of the coupling hole 3 of the fastened member 4, the longitudinal direction is such that both ends in the longitudinal direction of the head 5 are locked to the opening edges in the width direction of the coupling hole 3. Is longer than the width dimension of the coupling hole 3, and the protruding step portion 7 of the bolt 1 has a direction in which the longitudinal direction of the head 5 intersects the longitudinal direction of the coupling hole 3 of the fastened member 4. The dimension between the latching end faces 6 is formed to be slightly shorter than the dimension of the coupling hole 3 in the width direction so that the latching end face 6 is latched to the inner surface in the width direction of the coupling hole 3. It is what.

According to the above invention, with the head 5 parallel to the longitudinal direction of the coupling hole 3 of the member 4 to be fastened, the bolt 1 is inserted into the coupling hole 3 from one side to the other side with the head 5 first. Then, when the bolt 1 is turned at a predetermined angle so that the head 5 intersects the longitudinal direction of the coupling hole 3, both ends of the head 5 are arranged in the width direction of the coupling hole 3 on the other side of the fastened member 4. In this state, the nut 2 is screwed onto the bolt portion 8 and tightened, and the opening of the coupling hole 3 in the width direction is opened on one side of the fastened member 4. By engaging with the edge, the fastened member 4 can be sandwiched and fastened between the head 5 of the bolt 1 and the nut 2. In the present invention, since it is possible to perform such fastening without changing the shape of the head 5 of the bolt 1, the head 5 is made of a special material or formed in a complicated structure. Therefore, the fastener can be manufactured at low cost. Further, when fastening the fastened member 4 between the head 5 of the bolt 1 and the nut 2, the head 5 is not structured to be deformed, so it is stronger than the original strength of the head 5 similar to the bolt head. The head 5 can be fastened by force, and the head 5 can be opened at the opening edge of the coupling hole 3 only by turning the bolt 1 at a predetermined angle without requiring an operation for deforming the head 5. The fastening operation can be easily performed.

Further, according to the invention, when the bolt 1 is turned at a predetermined angle so that the head 5 intersects with the longitudinal direction of the coupling hole 3, the convex step 7 of the bolt 1 is fitted into the coupling hole 3 of the fastened member 4. The engagement end surface 6 of the convex step portion 7 is engaged with the inner surface of the coupling hole 3 in the width direction, and the bolt 1 is fixed so as not to rotate. The nut 2 is fixed to the bolt portion 8 of the bolt 1. It is possible to prevent the bolt 1 from spinning around together with the nut 2 when screwing and tightening, thereby facilitating the fastening operation. Further, when the engaging end surface 6 of the convex step portion 7 is engaged with the coupling hole 3, an angle (for example, a right angle) at which the head 5 intersects the longitudinal direction of the coupling hole 3 is positioned. The fastening of the head 5 to the opening edge of 3 is not insufficient, and the fastening operation can be performed reliably.

Further, in the present invention, the convex step 7 of the bolt 1 is formed in a rectangular shape, and toward the head 5 side at the corner between the locking end surface 6 of the convex step 7 and its adjacent end surface. A guide inclined surface 9 that is inclined downward is formed.

According to the above invention, the bolt 1 is turned at a predetermined angle so that the convex step 7 of the bolt 1 is fitted into the coupling hole 3 of the member 4 to be fastened, and the convex step 7 is formed on the inner surface of the coupling hole 3 in the width direction. When locking the locking end face 6, when the convex step 7 is not sufficiently turned to the angle at which the convex step 7 fits into the coupling hole 3, the corner of the convex step 7 opens in the width direction of the coupling hole 3. The guide inclined surface 9 formed at the corner of the convex step 7 abuts on the opening edge of the coupling hole 3 and is guided by the inclination of the guide inclined surface 9. The bolt 1 smoothly turns to the angle at which the convex portion 7 fits into the coupling hole 3, and the fastening operation can be easily performed.

In the present invention, the front end surface of the bolt portion 8 of the bolt 1 is provided with an auxiliary operation portion 10 formed in a shape elongated in the diameter direction of the bolt portion 8.

According to the above-described invention, the auxiliary operation unit 10 can be used to perform the operation of turning the bolt 1 and the position of the auxiliary operation unit 10 on the back side of the fastened member 4 depending on the longitudinal direction of the auxiliary operation unit 10. The direction of the head 5 in the longitudinal direction can be known, and the fastening operation can be performed reliably.

According to the present invention, there is no need to change the shape of the head 5 of the bolt 1, and the fastened member 4 can be clamped between the nut 2 and the head 5. Fasteners can be produced at low cost without the need to use a complicated material or to form a complicated structure. Further, since the head 5 is not structured to be deformed, the head 5 can be fastened with a stronger force than the original strength of the head 5, and the head 5 can be simply moved by rotating the bolt 1 at a predetermined angle. The fastening operation can be easily performed by engaging with the opening edge of the coupling hole 3. In addition, since the protruding step portion 7 of the bolt 1 is fitted into the coupling hole 3 of the member 4 to be fastened and the locking end surface 6 is locked to the inner surface in the width direction of the coupling hole 3, When the nut 2 is screwed and tightened, the bolt 1 can be prevented from spinning around together with the nut 2, and the fastening operation is facilitated. Is locked, the angle at which the head 5 intersects the longitudinal direction of the coupling hole 3 is positioned, and the fastening operation can be performed without insufficiently locking the head 5 to the opening edge of the coupling hole 3. It can be done reliably.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.

The fastener according to the present invention is used to fasten the fastened member 4, and as the fastened member 4, any member such as a column member and a shelf member in assembly furniture can be used. The bolted / nut coupling hole 3 is formed in the fastened member 4. In the present invention, the coupling hole 3 needs to have a shape in which the dimension in the longitudinal direction is longer than the dimension in the width direction. It is. The coupling hole 3 may be formed in a rectangular long hole as shown in FIG. 1 or may be a long hole of various shapes such as an oval shape, and further in a slit-like form in which both or one of the longitudinal directions is open. There may be.

The fastener according to the present invention is composed of a bolt 1 and a nut 2 as in the embodiment of FIG. 1, and the bolt 1 includes a bolt portion 8 and a head portion 5. In the bolt 1, the head 5 is generally formed in a disc shape, but in the bolt 1 of the present invention, the head 5 is formed in an elongated rectangular plate shape. The dimension of the head 5 is set such that the dimension in the longitudinal direction is shorter than the dimension in the longitudinal direction of the coupling hole 3 of the member to be fastened 4 and longer than the dimension in the width direction of the coupling hole 3. Is set shorter than the dimension of the coupling hole 3 in the width direction. The shape of the head 5 is not limited to a rectangle, and may be any shape such as an oval shape that has different dimensions in the longitudinal direction and the width direction.

A convex step 7 is formed on one side of the head 5 at the center in the longitudinal direction of the head 5. In the embodiment of FIG. 1, the convex step 7 is formed in a rectangular shape so as to protrude integrally from the surface of the head 5, and both side surfaces 7 a of the convex step 7 are each in the width direction of the head 5. In order not to protrude from the side surface 5a, the width dimension of the protruding step 7 is formed to be substantially the same as or slightly shorter than the width dimension of the head 5. Further, both side surfaces of the convex portion 7 in the longitudinal direction of the head portion 5 are formed as locking end surfaces 6 that are substantially perpendicular to the surface of the head portion 5. The projecting step portion 7 is formed such that the dimension in the longitudinal direction of the head portion 5, that is, the dimension between the locking end faces 6, 6 is larger than the width dimension between the side surfaces 7a, 7a. The dimension between the end faces 6 and 6 is formed to be approximately the same as or slightly shorter than the dimension in the width direction of the coupling hole 3 of the fastened member 4. The dimension between the locking end faces 6 and 6 is preferably as close as possible to the dimension in the width direction of the coupling hole 3 of the fastened member 4.

Further, a guide inclined surface 9 is formed at a corner portion of the convex step portion 7 by notching from the locking end surface 6 to the adjacent side surface 7a. The guide inclined surface 9 is formed so as to incline downward from the surface of the convex step portion 7 to the surface of the head portion 5 toward the outside. In the embodiment of FIG. 1, the guide inclined surface 9 is formed as a convex curved surface, but may be formed as a concave curved surface or a flat surface. The guide inclined surface 9 may be provided at all four corners of the convex step portion 7, but it is not particularly necessary, and may be provided at least at two corners on the diagonal line. Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the guide inclined surface 9 is preferably formed in a wider range on the side surface 7a side than the locking end surface 6, and the side surface 7a is preferably inclined in a wide range.

The bolt portion 8 is formed by providing a male screw on the outer periphery, and is provided so as to protrude from the surface of the convex step portion 7 in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the head portion 5. The bolt portion 8 can be formed separately from the convex step portion 7, but is preferably formed integrally with the head portion 5 and the convex step portion 7. The bolt part 8 is provided in the center part in the longitudinal direction of the head part 5 and the convex step part 7, and is formed to have a diameter equal to or smaller than the width dimension of the head part 5 and the convex step part 7. is there.

An auxiliary operation unit 10 is provided on the front end surface of the bolt unit 8. In the embodiment of FIG. 1, the auxiliary operation portion 10 is formed integrally with the bolt portion 8 so as to protrude in a plate shape, and is formed to be elongated when viewed from the front end side of the bolt portion 8. This auxiliary operation part 10 is arranged in the diameter direction of the bolt part 8. In providing the auxiliary operation unit 10 in the diameter direction of the bolt unit 8, it is desirable to set the longitudinal direction of the head 5 and the longitudinal direction of the auxiliary operation unit 10 to coincide with each other. In the embodiment of FIG. 1, the auxiliary operation portion 10 is formed so as to protrude from the tip surface of the bolt portion 8 as a convex portion. However, the auxiliary operation portion 10 is formed as a recess on the tip surface of the bolt portion 8. You may do it.

The nut 2 is formed by providing a female screw that is screwed into the male screw of the bolt portion 8 of the bolt 1 on the inner periphery, and a washer-like flange piece 13 having a circular outer diameter is integrally projected on the outer periphery of one side. It is set up. The outer diameter of the nut 2 is formed with a dimension larger than the width dimension of the coupling hole 3 of the fastened member 4. When the circular flange 13 is provided on the nut 2 as in the embodiment of FIG. 1, the outer diameter of the flange 13 is the outer diameter of the nut 2. When the nut 2 is a hexagonal nut not provided with the flange 13, the dimension between opposite sides of the hexagon is the outer diameter. Although a washer separate from the nut 2 may be used, the washer is used as an auxiliary member for the nut 2. In this case, the outer diameter of the washer becomes the outer diameter of the nut 2. In short, the nut 2 is directly locked to both opening edges in the width direction of the coupling hole 3 of the fastened member 4 or is locked via an auxiliary member such as a washer. Good.

Next, an operation for fastening the fastened member 4 using the fastener formed by the bolt 1 and the nut 2 will be described. As described above, the fastened member 4 is provided with the coupling hole 3 in which the dimension in the longitudinal direction is longer than the dimension in the width direction. Here, a plurality of (two or three or more) members to be fastened 4 are used as the fastened member 4, and a plurality of fastened members 4a and 4b are generally fastened and fastened. First, a plurality of members to be fastened 4a and 4b are overlapped with the coupling holes 3a and 3b provided in the members to be fastened 4a and 4b aligned, and the bolt 1 is fastened with the head 5 at the head. The members 4a and 4b are inserted through the coupling holes 3a and 3b.

This operation of inserting the bolt 1 into the coupling hole 3 is performed from one side of the fastened member 4, that is, from the front side of the operator. At this time, as shown in FIG. 3A, the head 5 is connected to the coupling hole by setting the direction of the bolt 1 so that the longitudinal direction of the head 5 of the bolt 1 is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the coupling hole 3. 3, the bolt 1 can be inserted into the coupling hole 3. At this time, as shown in FIG. 2A, the nut 2 is loosely screwed in advance with the bolt portion 8 of the bolt 1, and the bolt 1 is inserted into the coupling hole 3 with the nut 2 integrated with the bolt 1. It is preferable to perform the operation. When the nut 2 is screwed after the bolt 1 is inserted into the coupling hole 3, it is necessary to screw the nut 2 to the bolt 1 while maintaining the state where the bolt 1 is inserted into the coupling hole 3. Since operation becomes difficult, it is preferable that the nut 2 is loosely screwed into the bolt 1 in advance and integrated.

As described above, the bolt 1 is inserted into the coupling hole 3 from one side of the fastened member 4 to the other side, that is, from the front side to the back side of the fastened member 4 when viewed from the operator, and then the bolt 1 is passed through the bolt 1. Rotate at a predetermined angle about the axis of the part 8. In the embodiment shown in the figure, as shown in FIG. 3B, it is turned at a right angle of 90 degrees. When the bolt 1 is turned in this way, the longitudinal direction of the head 5 of the bolt 1 is connected to the fastened member 4. It intersects in a state perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the hole 3. The operation of turning the bolt 1 can be performed, for example, by pinching the auxiliary operation portion 10 protruding from the tip of the bolt portion 8 with a fingertip. Further, when the auxiliary operation unit 10 is formed as a recess, a tool such as a screwdriver can be inserted. Here, since the head 5 of the bolt 1 is located on the back side of the fastened member 4, the longitudinal direction of the head 5 cannot be seen from the operator, but depending on the direction of the auxiliary operation unit 10, The direction of the longitudinal direction can be confirmed. That is, the auxiliary operation unit 10 has a shape elongated in the diameter direction of the bolt unit 8 and the direction of the auxiliary operation unit 10 and the longitudinal direction of the head 5 coincide with each other. The direction of the longitudinal direction of 5 can be known. Therefore, for example, as shown in FIG. 3B, if the auxiliary operation unit 10 is in a position orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the coupling hole 3, it is confirmed that the longitudinal direction of the head 5 is orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the coupling hole 3. Is something that can be done.

When the bolt 1 is thus rotated to an angle at which the head 5 intersects the coupling hole 3 at right angles, as shown in FIG. 3 (b), the engaging end surface 6 of the convex step 7 of the bolt 1 is connected to the coupling hole 3. 2B, the protruding step 7 is fitted into the coupling hole 3 from the opening on the other side as shown in FIG. 2B, and the width of the coupling hole 3 in the width direction. Engagement end surfaces 6.6 of the convex step 7 are opposed to and opposed to both inner surfaces.

In this state, the nut 2 which has been loosely screwed into the bolt portion 8 of the bolt 1 as shown in FIG. 2A is turned, and the nut 2 is tightened as shown in FIG. When the nut 2 is turned and tightened in this way, the outer peripheral end of the nut 2 is locked to the opening edge in the width direction of the coupling hole 3 on the front side surface of the fastened member 4 as shown in FIG. At the same time, both ends in the longitudinal direction of the head 5 of the bolt 1 are locked to the opening edges in the width direction of the coupling hole 3 on the back side surface of the fastened member 4 as shown in FIG. In this way, by tightening the nut 2 in a state where the head 5 and the nut 2 of the bolt 1 are locked on both surfaces of the fastened member 4, the fastened member 4 is sandwiched between the bolt 1 and the nut 2 and fastened. Can be combined.

Here, when the nut 2 screwed into the bolt portion 8 of the bolt 1 is turned and tightened as described above, if the bolt 1 is rotated together with the nut 2 and is idle, the nut 2 cannot be tightened. In a state where the head 5 of 1 is orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the coupling hole 3, the convex step 7 is fitted into the coupling hole 3, and the convex step 7 is locked to the inner surface in the width direction of the coupling hole 3. Since the end face 6 is locked, it is possible to prevent the bolt 1 from rotating idle by this locking of the protruding step portion 7 with respect to the coupling hole 3. Therefore, the operation of tightening the nut 2 can be easily performed without causing the bolt 1 to idle.

Further, since the projecting step portion 7 of the bolt 1 has both end portions 6 formed in the longitudinal direction of the head portion 5 as locking end surfaces 6, the projecting step portion 7 is fitted into the coupling hole 3 as described above. When the stop surface 6 is locked, the head 5 is positioned with the longitudinal direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the coupling hole 3. Therefore, the locking position of the head 5 with respect to the coupling hole 3 is shifted so that the head 2 is in an insufficiently locked state so that the crossing angle is insufficient with respect to the longitudinal direction of the coupling hole 3. This can be prevented, and the fastening operation can be performed reliably.

Further, here, in the state where the bolt 1 is turned at an angle of 90 degrees after the bolt 1 is inserted into the coupling hole 3 of the fastened member 4 as described above, in the state where the angle of turning the bolt 1 is insufficient, The corner portion of the convex step 7 of the bolt 1 is caught by the opening end in the width direction of the coupling hole 3 (see the state of FIG. 5B), and the convex step 7 cannot be fitted into the coupling hole 3. . Therefore, in the present invention, the guide inclined surface 9 that is inclined downward toward the head 5 side is formed at the corner between the engaging end surface 6 of the convex step portion 7 and the adjacent side surface 7a. That is, when the bolt 1 is not sufficiently turned to the angle at which the convex step portion 7 fits into the coupling hole 3, the corner portion of the convex step portion 7 comes into contact with the opening end in the width direction of the coupling hole 3. However, since this corner portion is formed as a guide inclined surface 9, as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, the guide inclined surface 9 abuts on the opening end of the coupling hole 3, and the guide inclined surface 9. The bolt 1 can be rotated so as to be guided and tilted by the inclination, and the bolt 1 can be smoothly rotated to an angle at which the convex step portion 7 fits into the coupling hole 3. In this way, the convex step 7 can be fitted into the coupling hole 3 by turning the bolt 1 without the convex step 7 being caught in the coupling hole 3, and the fastening operation can be easily performed. is there. Here, the guide inclined surface 9 is formed in a wider range on the side surface 7a side than the locking end surface 6 as shown in FIG. Work becomes easier.

As described above, when fastening the fastened member 4 using the fastener of the present invention, the operation of inserting the bolt 1 into the coupling hole 3 of the fastened member 4 can be performed from the front side of the operator, and the bolt The operation of tightening the nut 2 to 1 can also be performed from the front side of the operator. For this reason, even when there is no space for inserting a hand on the back side of the fastened member 4 or when the hand does not reach the back side of the fastened member 4, the work of fastening the fastened member 4 can be easily performed. Is.

Further, the shape of the head 5 of the bolt 1 is not required to be changed as in the fastener of Patent Document 1, and the head 5 is locked to the opening edge of the coupling hole 3 by an operation of turning the bolt 1 at a predetermined angle. The fastening work of the fastened member 4 can be easily performed. Therefore, it is not necessary to form the head 5 using a special material or a complicated structure, and the fastener can be manufactured at a low cost. Moreover, since the head 5 of the bolt 1 is not structured to be deformed, it can be fastened with a stronger force than the original strength of the head 5 similar to the bolt head, and the head 5 is further deformed. The head 5 can be locked to the opening edge of the coupling hole 3 by simply turning the bolt 1 at a predetermined angle without requiring a simple operation, and the fastening operation can be easily performed. is there.

Here, when a plurality of members to be fastened 4a and 4b are used as the member to be fastened 4 as in the embodiment of the figure, the plurality of members to be fastened 4a and 4b are fastened with a fastener in a stacked state. Thus, a plurality of fastened members 4a and 4b can be coupled. In this case, in the embodiment shown in the figure, the coupling holes 3a and 3b having the same size are formed in the fastened members 4a and 4b, but the coupling holes 3a and 3b may have different dimensions. When the dimensions of the coupling holes 3a and 3b of the respective fastened members 4a and 4b are different, the coupling hole 3a of the fastened member 4a located on the back side has a longer dimension than that of the head 5 of the bolt 1 as described above. It is necessary that the width dimension is larger than the width dimension of the head portion 5 and the convex step portion 7 and smaller than the longitudinal dimension of the head portion 5. On the other hand, the coupling hole 3b of the fastened member 4b located on the front side of the operator is not limited to such a dimension, but the width dimension needs to be smaller than the outer diameter of the nut 2.
