Abstract
【解決手段】半径流インペラ(10)を備えたロータを有し、ハウジング(11)と前記ハウジング(11)に実装されたインサート片(12)を備えたステータを有するターボ機械であって、前記インサート片(12)は、少なくとも所定の断面において、機械の作動流体用の流れダクト、すなわち軸方向に延在している第1の流路(17)と弧状で前記第1の流路(17)に対して弧状に径方向外側に延在している前記流れダクトの第2の流路(18)とを区画しており、前記インサート片(12)は、インサート片フランジ(15)の領域において前記ハウジング(11)のハウジングフランジ(16)に、連結要素(14)を介して、前記ハウジング(11)が実装された状態で前記インペラ(10)を分解し、組み立てることができるように締結されており、衝撃変形体(20)が、ハウジング(11)に実装され、インペラ(10)が破裂した場合に確実にインサート片(12)の動きを妨げる。

Claims (8)
- 半径流インペラ(10)を備えたロータと、ハウジング(11)及び前記ハウジング(11)に取り付けられているインサート片(12)を備えたステータと、を有しているターボ機械であって、
前記インサート片(12)が、少なくとも所定の断面において、作動流体のための流れダクトを、すなわち軸方向に延在している第1の流路(17)と弧状で前記第1の流路(17)に関する径方向外側に延在している前記流れダクトの第2の流路(18)とを区画しており、
前記インサート片(12)が、前記ハウジング(11)が取り付けられた状態において前記インペラ(10)の分解及び組み立てが可能となるように、連結要素(14)を介して、インサート片フランジ(15)の領域において前記ハウジング(11)のハウジングフランジ(16)に固定されている、前記ターボ機械において、
衝撃変形体(20)が、ハウジング(11)に取り付けられており、インペラ(10)が破裂した場合にインサート片(12)の運動を確実に阻止することを特徴とするターボ機械。 - 前記衝撃変形体(20)が、前記インサート片フランジ(15)の突出領域において前記インサート片(12)を覆っていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のターボ機械。
- 第1の部分を有する前記衝撃変形体(20)が、前記ハウジング(11)の溝(22)に挿入され、前記第1の部分において連結要素(21)を介してハウジング(11)に連結されており、
第2の部分を有する前記衝撃変形体(20)が、前記ハウジング(11)の前記溝(22)から突出しており、前記第2の部分によって前記インサート片フランジ(15)の突出領域において前記インサート片(12)を覆っていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のターボ機械。 - 前記衝撃変形体(20)が、一体形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械。
- 前記衝撃変形体(20)が、いくつかの部品からなり、複数の部分を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械。
- 前記衝撃変形体(20)が、一体式鋼板または組立式鋼板として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械。
- ギャップ(23)が、前記衝撃変形体(20)とインサート片(12)との間に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械。
- 前記ギャップ(23)が、前記半径流インペラ(10)が破裂した場合に、前記インサート片(12)が、前記インサート片(12)を前記ハウジング(11)に固定するための前記連結要素(14)の不具合が起きた後に、はじめて前記衝撃変形体(20)に当接する寸法とされることを特徴とする請求項7のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械。
