Abstract
Description
本発明は、薬剤送達装置用の投与量設定機構に関し、特に、予め規定された最大許容量を有する投与量設定機構に関する。また、本発明は、このような投与量設定機構を含む薬剤送達装置に関する。
市場には、薬剤を送達するための装置が多数存在している。このような装置において、薬剤は、例えば、シリンジ、カートリッジなどの容器に配置されており、容器内に設けられた可動ストッパを押すことによって、注射針またはノズルなどの送達部材を通って排出される。
本発明の目的は、従来装置の欠点を解消する薬剤送達装置を提供することである。
他の局面、特徴および利点は、上記の概要から、ならびに図面および特許請求の範囲を含む以下の説明から明らかになるであろう。
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る薬剤送達装置を示す斜視図である。薬剤送達装置は、近位端および遠位端を有し、近位部または近位端11と遠位部または遠位端12とを有するハウジング10を備える。組み立てられた薬剤送達装置において、ハウジング10は、薬剤送達装置の外表面または外観の一部を形成する。本明細書に記載されたハウジングの技術的特徴が任意のスリーブ状または管状の部材に含まれ得るため、以下、ハウジング10を管状部材10と称する。
Claims (14)
- 薬剤送達装置用の投与量設定機構であって、
前記投与量設定機構は、
所定の長さを有する長手トラック18を有する管状部材10と、
前記管状部材10と同軸であり、前記管状部材10に対して軸方向に移動可能且つ回転可能な投与量ドラム40と、
軸方向に移動可能であるが前記管状部材10に対して回転不能にロックされ、且つ軸方向に沿って従動連結で前記投与量ドラム40に連結されるストッパ部材90とを備え、
前記ストッパ部材90は、前記長手トラック18と係合するトラックフォロア98を備え、前記管状部材10に対する前記投与量ドラム40の回転運動によって、前記投与量ドラム40と前記ストッパ部材90とは、前記管状部材10に対して、前記所定の長さに対応する最大な軸方向変位を行う、薬剤送達装置用の投与量設定機構。 - 投与量ドラム40は、第1ネジ連結で管状部材10に連結される、請求項1に記載の薬剤送達装置用の投与量設定機構。
- 前記トラックフォロア98は、前記長手トラック18と係合する径方向突起であるため、前記投与量ドラム40の回転運動によって、前記ストッパ部材90は、前記管状部材10に対して回転不能にロックされると共に、軸方向に沿って移動する、請求項2に記載の薬剤送達装置用の投与量設定機構。
- 前記所定の長さは、前記長手トラックに対する前記トラックフォロアの初期位置と前記長手トラック18の遠位端壁18aとの間の距離によって、規定される、請求項1に記載の薬剤送達装置用の投与量設定機構。
- 前記ストッパ部材90は、軸方向に沿って従動連結で前記初期位置と前記端壁18aとの間に連結され、前記トラックフォロア98が前記遠位端壁18aに当接すると、前記投与量ドラム40が軸方向に沿ってさらに変位しない、請求項4に記載の薬剤送達装置用の投与量設定機構。
- 投与量ドラムフォロア100と投与量規制スリーブ110とをさらに備え、
前記投与量ドラムフォロア100は、前記投与量ドラム40に軸方向に移動可能且つ回転可能に連結され、
前記投与量規制スリーブ110は、軸方向に移動可能であるが、投与量ドラムフォロア100に対して回転不能にロックされる、請求項1に記載の薬剤送達装置用の投与量設定機構。 - 前記投与量ドラムフォロア100は、前記投与量ドラム40の傾斜隆起42と相互作用するように構成された径方向に弾性のある遠位保持要素102を備え、前記投与量ドラムフォロア100は、近位支持リング105をさらに備え、前記ストッパ部材90は、前記投与量ドラムフォロア100の支持リング105によって、前記径方向に弾性のある保持要素102と前記傾斜隆起42との間の相互作用により前記投与量ドラムの近位面に対して遠位方向に付勢される、請求項6に記載の薬剤送達装置用の投与量設定機構。
- 前記投与量ドラムの前記近位面は、第1起伏面45であり、前記ストッパ部材90の遠位周面は、第2起伏面95であり、前記ストッパ部材90に対する前記投与量ドラム40の回転は、触覚的および可聴的なフィードバック信号を生成させる、請求項7に記載の薬剤送達装置用の投与量設定機構。
- 近位方向に沿って前記投与量ドラムフォロア100に加えられた力は、前記支持リング105によりストッパ部材90に加えられた遠位付勢を解除させる、請求項8に記載の薬剤送達装置用の投与量設定機構。
- 前記ストッパ部材90は、前記投与量ドラムフォロア100の細長い半管状スリーブ106の径方向外側に配置され、
前記半管状スリーブ106は、前記近位支持リング105を前記投与量ドラムフォロア100の遠位フォーク状スリーブ107に連結する、請求項7に記載の薬剤送達装置用の投与量設定機構。 - 前記フォーク状スリーブ107は、前記保持要素102を含む遠位延在するアーム101を備え、
前記遠位延在するアームは、径方向に弾性を有する、請求項10に記載の薬剤送達装置用の投与量設定機構。 - 前記保持要素102は、傾斜する近位面および遠位面を有するように構成される、請求項7または11に記載の薬剤送達装置用の投与量設定機構。
- ネジ付きプランジャロッド20と、規制リング26とをさらに備え、
前記投与量規制スリーブ110は、第2ネジ連結で前記ネジ付きプランジャロッド20に連結され、
前記規制リング26は、前記ネジ付きプランジャロッド20に固定連結される、請求項6に記載の薬剤送達装置用の投与量設定機構。 - 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の投与量設定機構を備える薬剤送達装置。
