Abstract
Description
この時、第1乃至第3遮断部はフェライトで構成されることができる。
また、固定部の下端は非金属材質で構成されることができる。
チューブ容器枠は肩部下面から内部にキャップを固定するための少なくても一つの固定溝を含むことができる。
この時、チューブ容器枠は上部から下部で横切るように内部に少なくとも一つの空気吸入口を含むことができる。
ここで、キャップは上部と下部の大きさが等しくて、前記首部は上部と下部の大きさが等しくて、前記肩部は下部が上部より大きくなることができる。
また、上部が前記肩部の下部に連結されるボディー部をさらに含んで、前記固定突起は前記ボディー部内部に位置することができる。
ここで、混合する過程はアルミニウムを添加する過程を含むことができるし、前記アルミニウムは25〜35重量%を添加することができる。
また、アルミニウムは前記ボディー部に前記アルミニウムが含まれているかの如何によって添加如何が決まることができる。
また、混合する過程は前記メタロセンポリエチレン20〜45重量%と前記ポリプロピレン54〜79重量%を混合する過程を含むことができる。
また、加熱する過程は複数の加熱部で加熱する過程を含むことができる。
また、複数の加熱部は前記混合物が初めて加熱される加熱部から前記混合物が最終的に加熱される加熱部に行くほど温度が増加することができる。
また、本発明はキャップ部またはボディー部のうちで何れか一つがアルミニウムを含んでいて、キャップ部とボディー部の接合を効率的に遂行することができる。
図1は、本発明の一実施例によるチューブ容器製造装置10を示す斜視図である。
動作口100は連結口110を通じて高周波供給部120と連結されて、高周波供給部120が移動するようにする。
図2は本発明の一実施例によるチューブ容器製造装置10の構成を示す分解断面図である。
図3は、本発明の一実施例によるチューブ容器形成のためのチューブ容器製造装置10の動作を説明するための断面図である。
図4は、本発明の一実施例による接合動作を遂行するチューブ容器製造装置10の動作を説明するための断面図である。

肩部560は下部が上部より大きくて、上部は首部520の下部と連結されて、下部は首部520の下部とキャップ500の下部より大きい。
図7は、本発明の一実施例によるチューブ容器の上部の構成を示す断面図であり、図8は本発明の一実施例によるチューブ容器の背面図である。
図9は、本発明の一実施例によるチューブ容器の排出部640にシーリング(sealing)部材が結合することを説明するための図面である。
図10a及び図10bは本発明の一実施例によるチューブ容器の製造方法を説明するための流れ図である。
キャップ部を生成する過程(1050)は、加熱されて溶融された樹脂をキャップ部50生成のためのフレームに入れて高圧で処理する過程を含む。
一方、本発明の詳細な説明では具体的な実施例に関して説明したが、本発明の範囲から脱しない限度内でさまざまな変形が可能であることは勿論である。

Claims (19)
- キャップ一体型チューブ容器製造装置において、
高周波を発生させるコイル外部に位置して前記コイルで発生する高周波を遮断する第1遮断部と、
前記第1遮断部上部に位置して前記コイルで発生する高周波を遮断する第2遮断部と、
前記コイル内部に位置して前記コイルで発生する高周波を遮断して、内部に前記チューブ容器に装着される前記キャップが位置する空間が形成された第3遮断部と、を含むチューブ容器製造装置。 - 前記第1乃至第3遮断部はフェライトで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のチューブ容器製造装置。
- 前記第2遮断部を貫通して、前記第3遮断部に位置する前記キャップの上面に下面が接触して前記キャップを固定するための固定部210をさらに含む請求項1に記載のチューブ容器製造装置。
- 前記固定部の下端は非金属材質で構成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のチューブ容器製造装置。
- 上部と下部の半径が等しい首部と、
下部の半径が上部の半径より長くて、上部が前記首部の下部と連結される肩部と、
上部が前記肩部の下部と連結されるボディー部を含むチューブ容器枠をさらに含んで、
前記チューブ容器枠は前記肩部下面から内部に前記キャップを固定するための少なくても一つの固定溝を含む請求項1に記載のチューブ容器製造装置。 - 前記チューブ容器枠は上部から下部に横切るように内部に少なくとも一つの空気吸入口を含む請求項5に記載のチューブ容器製造装置。
- キャップ一体型チューブ容器において、
キャップと、
上部が前記キャップの下部に連結されるヒンジと、
上部が前記ヒンジの下部に連結される首部と、
上部が前記首部の下部に連結される肩部と、
前記肩部側面から下向きに突き出された少なくとも一つの固定突起を含むチューブ容器。 - 前記キャップは上部と下部の大きさが等しくて、
前記首部は上部と下部の大きさが等しくて、
前記肩部は下部が上部より大きいことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のチューブ容器。 - 上部が前記肩部の下部に連結されるボディー部をさらに含んで、前記固定突起は前記ボディー部内部に位置することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のチューブ容器。
- 下部が前記首部の上部に連結されて、上部の外側が突き出されていて上面の外側と内側との間にシーリング部材の外側が位置するように前記シーリング部材が結合する排出部をさらに含む請求項7に記載のチューブ容器。
- キャップ一体型チューブ容器製造方法において、
メタロセン触媒またはチーグラー・ナッタ触媒のうちで何れか一つを利用して重合したポリエチレンとポリプロピレンを混合する過程と、
前記混合物を加熱する過程と、
前記加熱によって溶融された前記混合物を利用してキャップ部を生成する過程と、
前記キャップ部とボディー部を接合する過程を含むチューブ容器製造方法。 - 前記混合する過程はアルミニウムを添加する過程を含む請求項11に記載のチューブ容器製造方法。
- 前記アルミニウムは25〜35重量%を添加することを特徴とする請求項12に記載のチューブ容器製造方法。
- 前記アルミニウムは前記ボディー部に前記アルミニウムが含まれているかの如何によって添加如何が決まることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のチューブ容器製造方法。
- 前記混合する過程は前記メタロセンポリエチレン20〜45重量%と前記ポリプロピレン54〜79重量%を混合する過程を含む請求項11に記載のチューブ容器製造方法。
- 前記加熱する過程は複数の加熱部で加熱する過程を含む請求項11に記載のチューブ容器製造方法。
- 前記複数の加熱部は前記混合物が初めて加熱される加熱部から前記混合物が最終的に加熱される加熱部に行くほど温度が増加することを特徴とする請求項11に記載のチューブ容器製造方法。
- 前記加熱する過程は55〜60rpmの射出速度で射出する過程を含む請求項11に記載のチューブ容器製造方法。
- 前記接合する過程は高周波電気エネルギーを利用して前記キャップ部または前記ボディー部のうちで少なくとも一つに含まれているアルミニウムを加熱して接合する過程を含む請求項11に記載のチューブ容器製造方法。
