Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 太陽光エネルギーシステム用の集光レンズ組立体であって、
入射光を反射するための第1の軸外1/4放物面反射器と、
前記第1の軸外1/4放物面反射器から反射された光を受光するための第2の軸外1/4放物面反射器と、
前記第2の軸外1/4放物面反射器から反射された光を受光するための複合放物面集光器(CPC)と、
前記第1の軸外1/4放物面反射器及び前記第2の軸外1/4放物面反射器並びに前記CPCを保持するためのハウジングとを備える集光レンズ組立体。 - 前記第1の軸外1/4放物面反射器は、前記第2の軸外1/4放物面反射器より大きい請求項1に記載の集光レンズ組立体。
- 太陽光エネルギーシステム用のマルチユニット集光レンズ組立体であって、
共に実装される複数のユニットの各ユニットが、
入射光を反射するための第1の軸外1/4放物面反射器と、
前記第1の軸外1/4放物面反射器から反射された光を受光するための第2の軸外1/4放物面反射器と、
前記第2の軸外1/4放物面反射器から反射された光を受光するための複合放物面集光器(CPC)と、
前記第1の軸外1/4放物面反射器及び前記第2の軸外1/4放物面反射器並びに前記CPCを保持するためのハウジングとを備え、
各ユニットの前記第1の軸外1/4放物面反射器及び前記第2の軸外1/4放物面反射器が、2つの隣接するユニットの前記第1の軸外1/4放物面反射器及び前記第2の軸外1/4放物面反射器に当接するように4つのユニットが共に実装されるマルチユニット集光レンズ組立体。 - 4つの軸外1/4放物面反射器を画定する第1鏡を備える請求項3に記載のマルチユニット集光レンズ組立体。
- 4つの軸外1/4放物面反射器を画定する第2鏡を備える請求項4に記載のマルチユニット集光レンズ組立体。
- 前記第1鏡を支持するための断熱発泡支持体を備える請求項5に記載のマルチユニット集光レンズ組立体。
- 前記発泡支持体に穴が形成され、前記第1鏡に穴が形成されている請求項6に記載のマルチユニット集光レンズ組立体。
- 4つの複合放物面集光器を保持するために、前記第1鏡の前記穴と位置合わせされたCPC取付ホルダーを備える請求項7に記載のマルチユニット集光レンズ組立体。
- 前記CPC取付ホルダーは、前記第1鏡に取り付けられる請求項8に記載のマルチユニット集光レンズ組立体。
- 前記第1鏡は、前記第2鏡の焦点距離より大きい焦点距離を有する請求項5に記載のマルチユニット集光レンズ組立体。
- 前記第1鏡は、前記第2鏡の焦点距離より大きい焦点距離を有する請求項9に記載のマルチユニット集光レンズ組立体。
- 前記第1の軸外1/4放物面反射器及び前記第2の軸外1/4放物面反射器の焦点距離比率と、前記CPCの焦点距離比率とは、CPCに入ってくるエネルギーの平行性の調整に応じて調節可能であり、それにより、トラッキング精度を調整することができる請求項3に記載のマルチユニット集光レンズ組立体。
- 太陽光エネルギーシステム用のマルチユニット集光レンズ組立体であって、
前記マルチユニット集光レンズ組立体を形成するために、共に実装される複数のユニットを備え、各ユニットが、
360n(nは2以上であり、各ユニットを構成する部分の数を表す)の角度を画定する、入射光を反射するための第1の軸外区分放物面反射鏡と、
前記第1の軸外区分放物面反射鏡から反射された光を受光するための第2の軸外区分放物面反射鏡と、
前記第2の軸外区分放物面反射鏡から反射された光を受光するための複合放物面集光器(CPC)と、
前記第1の軸外区分放物面反射鏡及び前記第2の軸外区分放物面反射鏡並びに前記CPCを保持するためのハウジングとを備え、
各ユニットの前記第1の軸外区分放物面反射鏡及び前記第2の軸外区分放物面反射鏡が、2つの隣接するユニットの前記第1の軸外区分放物面反射鏡及び前記第2の軸外区分放物面反射鏡に当接するように前記ユニットが一体的に実装されるマルチユニット集光レンズ組立体。 - nが4である請求項13に記載のマルチユニット集光レンズ組立体。
- 4つの軸外1/4放物面反射鏡を画定する第1鏡を備える請求項14に記載のマルチユニット集光レンズ組立体。
- 4つの軸外1/4放物面反射鏡を画定する第2鏡を備える請求項15に記載のマルチユニット集光レンズ組立体。
- 前記第1鏡を支持するための断熱発泡支持体を備える請求項16に記載のマルチユニット集光レンズ組立体。
- 前記発泡支持体に穴が形成され、前記第1鏡に穴が形成されている請求項17に記載のマルチユニット集光レンズ組立体。
- 4つの複合放物面集光器を保持するための、前記第1鏡の前記穴と位置合わせされたCPC取付ホルダーを備える請求項18に記載のマルチユニット集光レンズ組立体。
- 前記CPC取付ホルダーは、前記第1鏡に取り付けられる請求項19に記載のマルチユニット集光レンズ組立体。
