Claims (10)
- 高分子廃棄物および/または有機廃棄物を処理する方法であって、
弁を有する耐熱性のプロセスコンテナ(1)を、適切に準備処理された廃棄物により充填し、気密に閉鎖し、
前記プロセスコンテナ(23)を廃棄物とともに熱処理のためにプロセス炉(22)に搬入し、熱処理の間、前記弁を介して、廃棄物の脱気を行い、
脱気の直後に、加熱された前記プロセスコンテナを、前記プロセス炉(22)から冷却チャンバ(30)に移し替え、該冷却チャンバ(30)において、残熱を、前記プロセスコンテナ(32)から取り出し、残熱を、熱貯蔵器(35〜37)に蓄積し、
冷却が行われた後で、前記プロセスコンテナを、前記冷却チャンバ(30)から取り出し、前記プロセスコンテナ(49)を空にして内容物を分離装置(51)に供給する
ことを特徴とする、高分子廃棄物および/または有機廃棄物を処理する方法。 - 熱処理の間、前記弁に接続された管路(24)を介して、気体を抜き出し、気体を冷却しかつ液化して、再使用するためにタンク(27,28)に中間貯蔵する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記冷却チャンバ(30)は、熱交換器の態様で構成されていて、複数の管を有し、該管は、サーマルオイル用の少なくとも1つの回路(34)を形成し、サーマルオイルの前記回路に、熱貯蔵器(35〜37)が設けられている、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの前記熱貯蔵器(35〜37)からプロセス熱を取り出す、請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記プロセスコンテナ(1)は、端面側に、引張り手段のための接続部(目環5)を有し、前記プロセスコンテナ(19)を、引張り手段により引っ張って、第1のゲート(21)を通して前記プロセス炉(22)に搬入し、前記プロセスコンテナ(23)の脱気後、引張り手段により、前記プロセス炉(22)の第1のゲート(21)とは反対の側に位置する第2のゲート(29)を通して、対向して位置する、前記冷却チャンバ(30)の第1のゲート(31)を通り、前記冷却チャンバ(30)に引き入れ、前記プロセスコンテナ(32)の冷却後、引張り手段により、前記冷却チャンバ(30)の前記第1のゲート(31)とは反対の側に位置する第2のゲート(33)を通して引っ張る、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記プロセスコンテナは、上側に、巻上機またはクレーンのための少なくとも1つの接続部を有し、前記プロセスコンテナを、巻上機またはクレーンにより持ち上げて、第1のゲートを通して前記プロセス炉に搬入し、前記プロセスコンテナの脱気後、巻上機またはクレーンにより、前記プロセス炉の前記第1のゲートとは反対の側に位置する第2のゲートを通して、対向して位置する、前記冷却チャンバの第1のゲートを通り、前記冷却チャンバに搬入し、前記プロセスコンテナの冷却後、巻上機またはクレーンにより、前記冷却チャンバの前記第1のゲートとは反対の側に位置する第2のゲートを通して移送する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記プロセス炉(23)および/または前記冷却チャンバ(30)を連続的に運転する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 充填開口とは反対の側に配置された接続部(目環50)に、巻上機またはクレーン(48)が、前記プロセスコンテナ(49)を持ち上げて続いて空にするために係合する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 分離装置(51)は、金属分離器(53)と、様々な目開きの複数のシーブ(54,55)とを有し、最も微細な断片をボールミル(58)に供給し、該ボールミル(58)の粉砕物を、シーブ(59)を介してローラミル(60)に供給する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 撹拌装置(11)または少なくとも1つの格子状の挿入体(9)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法を実施するためのプロセスコンテナ。
