- 前記検出素子が前記コアワイヤの遠位部に隣接して前記少なくとも一つの導電体に電気的に結合される、請求項29に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも一つのコネクタが導電帯を有する、請求項30に記載の方法。
- 前記検出素子が前記コアワイヤの遠位部に結合される筐体に固定される、請求項30に記載の方法。
- 前記検出素子の近位で前記コアワイヤに第1の柔軟素子を結合するステップと、前記検出素子の遠位で前記コアワイヤに第2の柔軟素子を結合するステップとをさらに有する、請求項30に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の柔軟素子がコイル、ポリマー管、及びコイル埋め込みポリマー管のうち少なくとも一つを含む、請求項33に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の柔軟素子がコイル、ポリマー管、及びコイル埋め込みポリマー管のうち少なくとも一つを含む、請求項34に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも一つの導電体が少なくとも三つの埋め込み導電体を有し、前記少なくとも一つのコネクタが少なくとも三つのコネクタを有する、請求項30に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも三つのコネクタの各々が前記少なくとも三つの埋め込み導電体のただ一つに結合される、請求項36に記載の方法。
- 前記コアワイヤの外面の少なくとも一部をカバーする潤滑コーティングをさらに有する、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記コアワイヤがおよそ0.014"の外径を持つ、請求項21に記載の方法。
