Claims (15)
- 動作中、第1のスペクトル分布の第1の光を発する少なくとも1つの光源と、
発光材料から構成される導光体であって、前記導光体は、互いに対してゼロではない角度で延在する光入射面及び光出口面、並びに前記光出口面に対して平行かつ反対側に延在する第1の他の面を含み、前記導光体は、前記光入射面において前記第1のスペクトル分布の前記第1の光を受け取り、前記第1のスペクトル分布の前記第1の光の少なくとも一部を第2のスペクトル分布の第2の光に変換し、前記第2のスペクトル分布の前記第2の光を前記光出口面に誘導し、前記第2のスペクトル分布の前記第2の光を前記光出口面から出射する、導光体と、
前記第1の他の面と隣接する蛍光体要素と、前記第1の他の面の反対側で前記蛍光体要素と隣接する反射要素とを含み、前記蛍光体要素は、前記導光体から入射する光を第3のスペクトル分布の第3の光に変換し、
前記導光体は、さらに、前記第1の他の面において前記第3のスペクトル分布の前記第3の光を受け取り、前記第3のスペクトル分布の前記第3の光を前記光出口面に誘導し、前記第3のスペクトル分布の前記第3の光を前記光出口面から出射する、発光素子。 - 前記光出口面に配置された光学素子をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の発光素子。
- 前記蛍光体要素は、0.1mm〜1cmの厚さを有する、請求項1又は2に記載の発光素子。
- 前記蛍光体要素は前記第1の他の面上に、前記反射要素は前記蛍光体要素上にそれぞれ配置される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の発光素子。
- 前記発光素子は、前記第1の反射要素と前記第1の他の面との間に配置された少なくとも2つの蛍光体要素を含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の発光素子。
- 前記蛍光体要素及び前記導光体は、ギャップによって隔てられる、請求項1乃至3及び5のいずれか一項に記載の発光素子。
- 前記蛍光体要素と反対側に前記第1の反射要素に隣接して第1のヒートシンク要素が設けられる、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の発光素子。
- 前記第1のヒートシンク要素は、受動的冷却ヒートシンク要素、液冷ヒートシンク要素、1つ又は複数のフィンを有するヒートシンク要素、及び前記発光素子の外壁を形成するヒートシンク要素のうちの1つ又は複数である、請求項7に記載の発光素子。
- 前記第1のヒートシンク要素は、前記第1の反射要素と直接接触するか、前記第1の反射要素に接着されるか、又は前記第1のヒートシンク要素と前記第1の反射要素との間にギャップが設けられる、請求項7又は8に記載の発光素子。
- 前記光学素子の上に第2のヒートシンク要素が設けられる、請求項2乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の発光素子。
- 前記第2のヒートシンク要素は、受動的冷却ヒートシンク要素、液冷ヒートシンク要素、1つ又は複数のフィンを有するヒートシンク要素、及び光反射層又はコーティングを有するヒートシンク要素のうちの1つ又は複数である、請求項10に記載の発光素子。
- 前記第3のスペクトル分布は、590nm〜850nmの波長範囲内である、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の発光素子。
- 前記第2のスペクトル分布は、495nm〜590nmの波長範囲内である、請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の発光素子。
- 前記第1のスペクトル分布は、350nm〜550nmの波長範囲内である、請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の発光素子。
- デジタル投影、自動車照明、ステージライト、店舗用照明、家庭用照明、アクセント照明、スポットライト、劇場照明、光ファイバ照明、表示システム、警告灯システム、医療用照明アプリケーション、装飾照明アプリケーションのうちの1つ又は複数の用途に使用される、請求項1乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の発光素子を含むランプ、照明器具、又は照明システム。
