図8A〜図8Cは、空気入りタイヤの性能試験の結果を示す図表である。以下、上記の空気入りタイヤ1について、従来例の空気入りタイヤと、本発明に係る空気入りタイヤ1とについて行なった性能の評価試験について説明する。性能評価試験は、ショルダー摩耗についての試験を行った。

Claims (6)
- 車両に対する装着方向が規定され、トレッド部のタイヤ径方向内側に複数のベルトプライを備えるベルト層を有する空気入りタイヤであって、
前記ベルト層は、タイヤ周方向に対してタイヤ幅方向に±5°の範囲内で傾斜するコードがタイヤ幅方向に並んで配設される周方向補強層を有し、
前記周方向補強層は、タイヤ幅方向における前記コードの本数である打ち込み本数がタイヤ赤道面を基準とする車両装着方向外側よりも車両装着方向内側の方が多いことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記周方向補強層は、車両装着方向内側の前記コードの打ち込み本数の平均値Ninと車両装着方向外側の前記コードの打ち込み本数の平均値Noutとの関係が、1.015≦(Nin/Nout)≦1.170の範囲内である請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記周方向補強層は、車両装着方向外側の端部からタイヤ幅方向内側に50mmの範囲の前記コードの平均の打ち込み本数に対して前記コードの平均の打ち込み本数が多い領域である補強領域を、車両装着方向内側の端部からタイヤ幅方向内側の所定の範囲に有し、
前記補強領域は、タイヤ幅方向における幅Winが、前記周方向補強層のタイヤ幅方向における幅Wに対して0.05≦(Win/W)≦0.30の範囲内である請求項1または2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記周方向補強層は、タイヤ幅方向における幅Wがトレッド展開幅Tに対して0.7≦(W/T)≦0.8の範囲内である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記周方向補強層は、車両装着方向内側の領域におけるタイヤ幅方向50mmあたりの前記コードの打ち込み本数が20本以上25本以下の範囲内である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記周方向補強層が有する前記コードは、複数の線材を撚り合せたものを複数撚り合せた高伸長特性を有するコードである請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
