Claims (5)
- 圧電単結晶体から構成されたコイルバネによる振動発電素子であって、
前記コイルバネを構成する前記圧電単結晶体の、前記コイルバネの軸芯を通る平面に平行な面の断面における前記圧電単結晶体の結晶状態は、前記コイルバネの発電領域において同一とされている
ことを特徴とする振動発電素子。 - 請求項1記載の振動発電素子において、
前記圧電単結晶体の分極軸と前記コイルバネの伸縮方向とは同一とされていることを特徴とする振動発電素子。 - 請求項1または2記載の振動発電素子において、
前記圧電単結晶体の分極軸の−面に形成された第1電極と、
前記圧電単結晶体の分極軸の+面に形成された第2電極と
を備えることを特徴とする振動発電素子。 - 請求項3項記載の振動発電素子において、
前記第1電極および前記第2電極は、前記軸芯の方向に前記圧電単結晶体を挟んで設けられていることを特徴とする振動発電素子。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の振動発電素子において、
前記圧電単結晶体は、LiTaO3から構成されていることを特徴とする振動発電素子。
