3 (A) to 3 (C) are schematic views showing a state in which a conventional wearable electrode is mounted on a human body, FIG. 3 (A) is a front view of the human body, FIG. 3 (B) is a side view of the human body, FIG. 3 (C) is a human body rear view. In the conventional wearable electrode, as shown in FIGS. 3 (A) to 3 (C), the bioelectrodes 101 and 102 are placed at the height of the myocardium of the heart 100 of the wearer 110 (near the center line of the left ventricle. It is often installed at two places on the left and right of the chest near the underline.

However, in the conventional wearable electrode, when the wearer leans forward, the bioelectrodes 101 and 102 are separated from the wearer's body and the bioelectric signal cannot be measured, or the bioelectrodes 101 and 102 are separated from the wearer's body. There is a problem that the wearer feels uncomfortable because the bioelectrodes 101 and 102 are fastened to the body with a stretchable material so as not to be separated.

An object of the present invention is to provide a wearable electrode that can alleviate a wearer's discomfort and can obtain a bioelectric signal even when the wearer takes various postures.

[First Embodiment]
1A to 1C are schematic views showing a state where the wearable electrode according to the first embodiment of the present invention is mounted on a human body, and FIG. 1A is a front view of the human body, FIG. (B) is a human body side view, and FIG. 1 (C) is a human body rear view. As shown in FIGS. 1 (A) to 1 (C), the wearable electrode according to the present embodiment includes clothing 21 and the skin and left side of the left breast portion 210 of the wearer 20 (living body) of the clothing 21. Fixed to the back surface of the garment 21 (the surface in contact with the skin of the wearer 20) so that the skin on the ventral side of the chest or the skin of the left axilla 211 and the skin on the back side 212 of the left side chest can be contacted simultaneously. One or more strip-shaped electrodes 203, the skin of the right breast 213 and the ventral skin of the right side chest or the skin of the right axilla 214 and the back side 215 of the right side chest of the wearer 20. And one or more strip-shaped electrodes 204 fixed to the back surface of the garment 21 so as to be in contact with the skin at the same time. Reference numeral 200 in FIGS. 1A to 1C denotes the heart of the wearer 20.

The axilla part means a so-called armpit area, and the side chest means an area below the axilla part. The name of each part of the human body is disclosed, for example, in the document “Naoto Hashimoto,“ Introduction to Nursing 1 How the Human Body Works and Working ”, pp. 3-8, 2013”.

The electrode 203 and the electrode 204 are connected to the biological signal acquisition device 233 via wirings 231 and 232, respectively. Some of the one or more electrodes 203 and the one or more electrodes 204 are positive electrodes, and the rest are negative electrodes.

The material of the electrodes 203 and 204 is not particularly limited, and a carbon filler mixed resin, an Ag cloth, a conductive polymer-impregnated cloth, a cloth soaked with an electrolytic solution, and the like can be used without limitation. In addition, the size of the electrodes 203 and 204 is not particularly limited as long as the size satisfies the above-described arrangement condition described with reference to FIGS.

For the reference potential often used when receiving the bioelectric signal, a separate reference electrode is provided on the garment 21 so as not to come into contact with the positive electrode and the negative electrode, and this reference electrode is obtained via the wiring. It may be obtained by connecting to the device 233. In this case, one or more electrodes 203 provided separately from each other and one or more electrodes 204 provided separately from each other are partly positive electrodes and the other part are negative electrodes. The electrode 203 or the electrode 204 other than the electrodes functioning as the positive electrode and the negative electrode serves as a reference electrode.
Further, an intermediate potential obtained from signals received by the positive electrode and the negative electrode may be used as a reference potential, or a GND potential of a circuit of the biological signal acquisition device 233 may be used as a reference potential.

The garment 21 is not particularly limited as long as the electrodes 203 and 204 can be installed in the above-mentioned region. In addition to the shirt type shown in FIGS. 1 (A) to 1 (C), a stomach wrap type, a belt type, and a corset It can take the form of a mold or the like.
The material of the garment 21 may be any natural fiber material such as cotton or wool used in ordinary clothing, or synthetic fiber material such as polyester or nylon without any limitation. It is not limited to materials.

Examples of a method of fixing the electrodes 203 and 204 to the garment 21 include a method of sewing the electrodes 203 and 204 to the garment 21, a method of bonding the electrodes 203 and 204 to the garment 21, and a method of impregnating the garment 21 with the electrodes 203 and 204. and so on.

As the wirings 231 and 232, known wiring materials can be used without limitation. However, since the wiring materials are installed on the clothes 21 that are deformed by the movement of the wearer, the wiring materials themselves are elastic (for example, conductive (Rubber) and springs that have a stretchable structure / layout are more desirable. Moreover, it is desirable that the wirings 231 and 232 are covered with an insulator so as not to acquire a signal from a human body or the like other than the electrode installation site.

The biosignal acquisition device 233 acquires and processes bioelectric signals (electrocardiogram waveforms in the present embodiment) detected by the electrodes 203 and 204. As the biological signal acquisition device 233, a known device that acquires an electrocardiographic waveform and detects an R wave can be used without any particular limitation. The biological signal acquisition device 233 may have a function of detecting a heartbeat from an electrocardiogram waveform, various display functions, a function of wirelessly transmitting the acquired biological electrical signal and heartbeat information to the outside, and the like. In addition, the biological signal acquisition device 233 may be fixed to either the back surface or the front surface of the clothes 21 (the surface opposite to the surface in contact with the wearer's skin).

Thus, in the present embodiment, by providing the electrodes 203 and 204, even if the wearer takes a posture such as bending forward, at least a part of each of the electrodes 203 and 204 comes into contact with the wearer's body. A bioelectric signal can be acquired. Moreover, in this Embodiment, since the structure which fastens a wearer's body with the electrodes 203 and 204 is not employ | adopted, a wearer's discomfort can be reduced.

[Second Embodiment]
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. 2 (A) to 2 (C) are schematic views showing a state where the wearable electrode according to the second embodiment of the present invention is attached to the human body, and FIG. 2 (A) is a front view of the human body, FIG. FIG. 2B is a side view of the human body, and FIG. 2C is a rear view of the human body. As shown in FIGS. 2 (A) to 2 (C), the wearable electrode according to the present embodiment includes clothing 21 and the skin and left side of left breast part 210 of wearer 20 (living body) of clothing 21. Clothing so that the skin on the ventral side of the chest or the skin of the left axilla 211, the skin on the back side 212 of the left side chest, and the skin on the back side of the left scapula 221 at the lower corner 222 can be contacted simultaneously. 21. One or more strip-shaped electrodes 203a fixed to the back surface of 21 and the skin of the right breast part 213 and the abdominal skin of the right side chest of the wearer 20 or the skin and right side of the right axillary part 214 One or more strip-shaped electrodes 204a fixed to the back surface of the garment 21 so that the skin on the back side 215 of the chest and the skin on the back side at the lower corner 224 of the right scapula 223 can be simultaneously contacted. The electrode 203a is made of the same material as that of the electrode 203 of the first embodiment, but the electrode 203 can be further in contact with the dorsal skin at the lower corner 222 of the left scapula 221. It has a shape with an extended back part. Similarly, the electrode 204a has a shape obtained by extending the dorsal portion of the electrode 204 of the first embodiment to a place where it can come into contact with the dorsal skin at the lower corner 224 of the right scapula 223. .

Since the scapula 221 and 223 are raised on the back of the lower corners 222 and 224 of the wearer's shoulder blades 221 and 223, the wearer can move the body sideways by extending the electrodes 203a and 204a to these portions. Even when bent, the electrodes 203a, 204a are in contact with the wearer's body, so that the wearer's bioelectric signal can be acquired.
