Description

The present invention relates to an automatic warehouse constituted by a transport cart and a storage shelf, and a cart-type transport device.

Automatic warehouses can be broadly divided into a transport system using a stacker crane and a transport system that combines a transport cart and lifting lift.

In the former stacker crane type automated warehouse, the storage path and the storage shelves arranged on both sides are one lane, the storage shelves are composed of multiple levels, and one lane is transported horizontally and vertically by one stacker crane. It is characterized in that it can be stored and taken out from a storage shelf (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

In addition, the system that combines the transport carriage and the lifting lift is characterized in that the transportation carriage is arranged for each level of one lane and is connected to the lifting lift at the end (see, for example, Patent Document 2).

By the way, in a stacker crane type automatic warehouse like patent document 1, although many storage shelves can be taken, since one stacker crane moves horizontally and perpendicularly and conveys a conveyance thing, it is equivalent to that. There was a problem that it took time to enter and exit.

Further, in the method of combining the transport carriage and the lifting lift as in Patent Document 2, in the case of an automatic warehouse with a long length direction, since the length of one lane becomes longer, the travel time of the transport carriage becomes longer, and entry / exit is performed. There is a problem that the time involved in

Furthermore, in the automatic warehouse, at the entrance / exit area arranged at one end in the length direction, the distance from the entrance / exit area to the storage location of the transported goods is long, and it takes a long time to transport the storage place from the storage area to the outside of the warehouse. There was a problem that it took.

Also, in automated warehouses where transported goods are loaded and stored on transport media such as pallets and containers, transport pallets and other transport media that have been emptied after delivery are transported and stored. A process of taking out and transporting the medium is necessary, and the entry / exit time is increased, or a dedicated system is provided, which increases the cost.

This invention is an automatic warehouse that solves the problem that, in an automatic warehouse, the lane on which the transport carriage travels becomes longer as the number of articles to be transported becomes enormous, the travel time of the transport carriage increases, and time is required for loading and unloading. Provide a warehouse.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention arranges storage shelves side by side on both sides or one side of a luggage compartment conveyance path configured by arranging a single row or a plurality of rows in parallel, and the storage shelf group is arranged in a luggage compartment conveyance path. In an automatic warehouse, which is divided into a plurality of compartments in the direction of, and placed on a single-story floor or upper and lower multi-story floors, and each of the compartments is provided with a luggage compartment transport carriage movable along the luggage compartment transport path. In addition, an entry / exit conveyance path is arranged in a direction orthogonal to the luggage compartment conveyance path between the respective compartments and at an end facing the outside as necessary, and each entry / exit conveyance path is provided with an external portion as necessary. The transfer device for loading / unloading the transported goods between them is adjacent, and the loading / unloading transport cart is movably arranged along the loading / unloading transport path. And the loading / unloading transportation carts stop adjacent in the orthogonal direction, An automatic warehouse is characterized in that to allow horizontal conveyance by transfer between the goods compartment conveyance carriage and entry and leaving the platform car.

The invention of claim 2 is the automatic warehouse according to claim 1, wherein when the transported goods are horizontally transported across the divided sections, the transported goods mounted by relaying the loading / unloading transport cart disposed between the sections are arranged. It is an automatic warehouse characterized in that it is transported horizontally by a relay type by being transferred between a luggage compartment transport cart and an entry / exit transport cart.

In the automatic warehouse according to claim 1, in the automatic warehouse according to claim 1, at least one of the incoming / outgoing transport paths is left, the other incoming / outgoing transport paths are removed, and the transported goods are horizontally transported across the divided sections. It is an automatic warehouse characterized in that it is transported horizontally by a relay type by relaying a loading / unloading transport cart or directly transferring between cargo storage carts.

A fourth aspect of the present invention is the automatic warehouse according to any one of the first to third aspects of the present invention, which is an automatic warehouse of a type in which a conveyed product is transported in a state of being mounted on a transport medium, and is a luggage storage carriage. It is characterized by having a structure in which a plurality of transport media can be mounted on either or both of the transporting carts and the loading / unloading transport carts, and the transport media loaded with the transported materials and the empty transport media are exchanged when transferring the transported materials between the carts. It is an automatic warehouse.

A fifth aspect of the present invention is a cart-type transport device configured by a horizontal transport system using the luggage compartment transport cart and the loading / unloading transport cart described in the first to fourth aspects.

The present invention divides a storage shelf group having a long traveling direction of a dolly in an automatic warehouse into a plurality of sections, and in each of the divided sections, a luggage compartment transport cart that travels on a luggage compartment transportation path is provided, and between each section And, if necessary, the loading / unloading conveyance path is also arranged at the end of the loading / unloading conveyance path in the direction orthogonal to the loading / unloading conveyance path, and the loading / unloading conveyance carriage is arranged on this loading / unloading conveyance path. Then, the loading / unloading transport cart is stopped adjacently in the orthogonal direction, and the loaded transported material is transferred between the carts, so that the transport to the transfer device installed adjacent to the loading / unloading transport path becomes possible.

The entry / exit conveyance path in the present invention is provided between the divided sections and at both ends (facing the outside) of the entire luggage compartment conveyance path at right angles to the luggage compartment conveyance path. There is no need to provide an exit / conveyance path, and the installation may be omitted at one end or both sides. In that case, an entrance / exit transport path between sections can be substituted.

The transfer device according to the present invention refers to a device that delivers and receives a material to / from a loading / unloading carriage on the loading / unloading conveyance path at a portion where the conveyed material is loaded into or unloaded from the outside. If the floor is composed of multiple floors or has a level difference from the ground, a loading / unloading lift with a lifting / lowering function is suitable, and the loading / unloading lift can transport the goods to the loading / unloading carriage on each floor. When the warehouse is installed on the ground floor with a single floor, it does not require a loading / unloading lift and simply becomes a loading / unloading place. As the transfer device, various other devices such as a conveyor, a lift and a crane can be considered.

As described above, according to the present invention, the longitudinal direction of the luggage compartment conveyance path is divided into sections, and the loading / unloading conveyance path and the loading / unloading lift are arranged in the orthogonal direction at each section end, so that one lane The problem that the distance from the loading / unloading place to the storage place of the transported goods is long and it takes a long time to transport can be solved.

In addition, when it is necessary to enter / exit with a storage lift far away from the storage shelf section in the automatic warehouse, the luggage compartment transport carts in each section are used to store the input / output transport carts arranged in the orthogonal direction between the sections. Each section is transported horizontally by a relay type by transferring the transported goods mounted by relay between the carriages.

For example, in an automatic warehouse composed of 1 to 3 wards, when warehousing from the 1 ward entry / exit lift to the 3 ward storage shelves, the 1 ward entry / exit lift Carrying with the loading / unloading transportation cart in the 1st district → Carrying / unloading transportation cart in the 2nd district → Carrying / departing transportation cart in the 2nd district → Entrance / exit transporting cart in the 3rd district → Relay to the cargo transporting cart in the 3rd district The transported goods are transferred between the carriages and transported to the designated storage rack.

In the case of continuous warehousing, in the conventional method with three sections as one lane, one luggage compartment transport cart runs from the first section to the third section and transports and stores the luggage to the storage shelf in the third section. The next warehousing operation cannot be performed while the baggage compartment transport carriage reciprocates and the loaded cargo is transferred and stored.

In the present invention, the luggage storage carriage in each compartment transfers the loaded luggage to the luggage compartment transportation carriage in the adjacent compartment via the entry / exit delivery carriage at the end of the compartment, so that after the transfer, the next receipt luggage receipt is received. For this reason, it is possible to move and move in, so that the tact time (interval time for continuous loading and unloading) when continuously loading or unloading can be shortened.

In addition, in an automatic warehouse where there is no need to place a transfer device such as a loading / unloading lift in each section, it is possible to use a loading / unloading conveyance path where the transfer apparatus is not adjacent, or to remove the loading / unloading conveyance path between each section. The tact time can be reduced by relaying the transport cart on the incoming / outgoing transport path, or by horizontally transporting the loaded goods between the carts by stopping the adjoining carriages in the luggage compartments of each section and moving them between the carts. Can be shortened.

In an automated warehouse that uses a transport medium such as a pallet or container for the stored goods, the goods to be transferred between the trucks can be transferred by using a double deck system for either the luggage compartment transport cart and the entry / exit transport cart. The exchange time of the pallet (conveyance medium) and the empty pallet (conveyance medium) can be exchanged to reduce the collection time of the empty pallet (conveyance medium) and the dedicated collection and storage equipment. It is possible to solve the problem of increasing the storage time for transporting and storing the transport medium and transporting the transport medium such as an empty pallet at the time of storage.

[Goods movement operation]
Next, the operation at the time of warehousing will be described based on FIGS.
FIG. 4 shows the vicinity of the loading / unloading lift 3, and the loaded material 9 is loaded on the pallet 6 of the loading / unloading lift landing device 10 to start loading, and the loading can be performed by all the loading / unloading lifts 3. . The loading / unloading lift 3 vertically conveys the loading / unloading floor (first floor) and the luggage room floor (second floor). In this embodiment, the luggage room floor is a single-layer floor having only the second floor. Even if the room floor is a plurality of floors, it can be applied by extending the vertical distance of the loading / unloading lift 3.

At the time of warehousing, an identification medium (not shown) such as a solid identification code attached to the conveyed product 9 is automatically read or operated by a reader (not shown) of an operation panel installed on the warehousing lift 3. An operator manually inputs it and recognizes it in the automatic warehouse control system.

The loading / unloading lift landing device 10 is a lift assisting device that is installed when the lowering position of the loading / unloading lift 3 is higher than the floor surface and a level difference from the floor surface is generated, and makes the loading / unloading work easier by raising and lowering the transported goods a little. This is not necessary if the loading / unloading lift 3 can be installed by digging in the floor pit.

When a work 9 is mounted on the pallet 6 of the loading / unloading lift landing device 10 and the operation panel is started, the loading / unloading lift landing device 10 rises to the lowering position of the loading / unloading lift 3 and is an internal chain conveyor type. The pallet 6 on which the conveyed product 9 is loaded is transferred to the loading / unloading lift 3 by the horizontal feed transfer machine 10a. In addition, the lateral feed transport machine 10a can be a transport mechanism of another type such as a roller type in addition to the chain type.

The transporting machine of the loading / unloading lift 3 is internally equipped with a roller-type lateral feed transfer machine 3a, and the pallet 6 carrying the transported goods 9 that have been transported horizontally from the loading / unloading lift landing device 10 is continuously provided. When the transportation is completed, the loading / unloading lift 3 rises and arrives at the second floor luggage room floor of the automatic warehouse. In this embodiment, it is a single-layer floor with only two floors, but it is also possible to use an automatic warehouse with a multi-layered luggage room, in which case the automatic warehouse control system moves up to the designated floor. In addition, the roller-type lateral feed transfer machine 3a installed in the carrying machine of the loading / unloading lift 3 can be a transfer mechanism such as a chain type.

On the second floor luggage room floor of the automatic warehouse, a loading / unloading transport path 4 is installed in front of the loading / unloading lift 3, and the loading / unloading lift 3 that has been lifted in a state where the loading / unloading transport cart 5 is in a standby state is equipped with a pallet on which a load 9 is loaded 6A is transversally transferred. The loading / unloading transport cart 5 has a double deck structure capable of mounting two pallets 6A at the same time, and a roller-type lateral feed transport machine 5a capable of transporting the pallet in the lateral direction is installed in the mounting portion on which the pallet is mounted. In the embodiment, the position of the loading / unloading lift 3 is arranged in parallel with the loading / unloading conveyance path 4, and thus the transverse feed conveyor 5 a is arranged in a direction orthogonal to the loading / unloading conveyance path 4.

In addition, in the loading / unloading conveyance trolley | bogie 5 of this embodiment, since the height has restrictions, it is set as the plane type double deck, but when there is no restriction | limiting, it can be set as the double-deck structure of a two-stage top and bottom type.

FIG. 5 shows a transfer procedure of the pallet 6A loaded with the conveyed product 9 which is raised from the loading / unloading lift landing device 10 by the loading / unloading lift 3 to the loading / unloading conveyance carriage 5. FIG.

When the transfer of the pallet 6 </ b> A loaded with the conveyed product 9 to the loading / unloading transport cart 5 is completed, the loading / unloading transport cart 5 moves slightly to a position where the empty pallet 6 </ b> B mounted on the other side faces the loading / unloading lift 3. The empty pallet 6B is transferred to the loading / unloading lift 3.

In this way, by transferring and transferring the pallet 6A and the empty pallet 6B of the transported goods 9 of the loading / unloading lift 3 and the loading / unloading transport carriage 5, the transfer and transfer of the transported goods 9 and the recovery of the empty pallet 6B can be performed in a short time. Yes.

In the embodiment, the loading / unloading lift 3 is a single-deck carrier, but by using the same double-deck system as the loading / unloading carriage 5, the transfer and transfer of the pallet 6 on the transport object 9 and the transfer and recovery of the empty pallet 6 </ b> B can be performed. It becomes a system that can be performed at the same time, and the time can be further reduced.

FIG. 6 shows that the pallet 6 loaded with goods 9 is transferred from the loading / unloading lift 3 to the loading / unloading carriage 5, and the empty pallet 6 mounted on the loading / unloading carriage 5 is transferred to the loading / unloading lift 3. The procedure to perform is shown.

The loading / unloading transport cart 5 having received and transferred the pallet 6A carrying the transported product 9 travels to the luggage compartment transport path 1 as instructed by the automatic warehouse control system. On the other hand, the loading / unloading lift 3 that has transferred and recovered the empty pallet 6B is mounted with the empty pallet 6B and descends in the reverse procedure of FIG. 5, and transports the empty pallet 6B to the loading / unloading lift landing device 10 for the next warehousing operation. Proceed to the process.

In the present embodiment, the traveling system of the loading / unloading transport cart 5 receives power from a power supply trolley (not shown) laid on the side surface of the loading / unloading transport path 4, and the control signal uses a bidirectional communication system using optical transmission. It is an autonomous self-propelled trolley, but other methods such as a battery-powered or wireless communication type self-propelled trolley or a chain or wire rope traction are also possible.

Next, as shown in FIG. 7, in the luggage compartment conveyance path 1 instructed by the automatic warehouse control system, the luggage compartment carriage 2 is on standby with an empty pallet 6B mounted thereon. The incoming / outgoing transport cart 5 stops at a position where the deck on which nothing of the double deck is mounted faces the luggage compartment transport cart 2. A roller-type transporter 2a capable of laterally transporting in the direction of travel of the luggage room transport path 1 is installed at the pallet mounting portion of the cargo room transport cart 2, and the incoming and outgoing goods arrived by transporting the transported empty pallet 6B laterally. Transfer to the transport cart 5.

Further, as shown in FIG. 8, the loading / unloading transport cart 5 on which the empty pallet 6B is transferred from the luggage compartment transport cart 2 is the pallet 6A mounted with the transported product 9 mounted on the other deck, and the cargo compartment transport cart 2 is installed. The pallet 6A loaded with the conveyed product 9 is moved laterally and transferred to the empty luggage compartment carriage 2 so that the pallet 6A loaded with the conveyed product 9 and the empty pallet 6B are almost At the same time, it is exchanged and transferred. The loading / unloading transport cart 5 is loaded with an empty pallet 6B, returns to the loading / unloading lift 3, and proceeds to the next loading process.

Further, in the present embodiment, the luggage compartment transport carriage 2 is of a single deck system, but like the loading / unloading transport carriage 5, the luggage compartment transport carriage 2 is also of a double deck system, so The empty pallet 6B can be exchanged and transferred simultaneously.

In this embodiment, the traveling system of the luggage compartment transport carriage 2 receives power from a power supply trolley (not shown) laid on the side surface of the luggage compartment transport path 1, and the control signal is an autonomous type using a bidirectional communication system using optical transmission. Although it is a self-propelled trolley, other methods such as an electric self-propelled trolley using a battery charging method or a wireless communication method, and traction by a chain and a wire rope are also possible.

Next, as shown in FIG. 9, the luggage compartment carriage 2 loaded with the pallet 6 </ b> A carrying the article 9 travels to the luggage storage shelf 7 designated by the automatic warehouse control system, and the pallet 6 </ b> A loaded with the article 9 is moved. It is transferred and stored in the storage shelf 7.

The pallet 6 mounting portion of the luggage compartment transport carriage 2 is provided with the roller-type transporting machine 2a that can be laterally transported in the traveling direction of the luggage compartment transport path 1, but is further orthogonal to the luggage compartment transport path 1 in the same portion. There is also an up-and-down roller type transporter 2b that can be transported laterally in the direction in which the baggage compartment transport carriage 2 moved to the designated storage shelf 7 is in a direction perpendicular to the load compartment transport path 1 The pallet 6A loaded with the conveyed product 9 is transferred and stored in the storage shelf 7. On the storage shelf 7, free rollers that can move in the conveyance direction are installed at two places on both sides in the pallet width direction, and the pallet 6 loaded with the conveyed product 9 is laterally conveyed by the above-described conveyance device 2 b of the luggage compartment conveyance carriage 2. .

Since the pallet support part of the storage shelf 7 is a free roller having no driving force, it is difficult to move the pallet 6 to the end with the roller-type transfer machine 2b of the luggage compartment transfer carriage 2, and the roller-type transfer machine 2b Is provided with a push-in (and pull-out) mechanism that protrudes slightly toward the storage shelf 7 side. In addition, in order to prevent the pallet 6 stored in the storage shelf 7 from moving naturally due to traveling vibrations or earthquakes of the transport cart and falling or colliding with the luggage compartment transport cart 2, a lock (not shown) is provided in the storage shelf 7. A mechanism is installed, and a mechanism for locking and unlocking is installed.

Next, as shown in FIG. 10, the luggage storage carriage 2 that has transferred and stored the pallet 6 </ b> A loaded with the goods 9 to the designated storage shelf 7 is stored in the storage shelf designated by the automatic warehouse control system in preparation for the next warehousing. After moving to 7 and emptying and storing the empty pallet 6B, it is moved to the connection point between the luggage compartment conveyance path 1 and the entry / exit conveyance path 4 to prepare for the next entry.

[Outgoing operation]
The operation at the time of delivery can be performed by an arbitrary entry / exit lift 3 at all locations. In the embodiment, identification is made by inputting an identification code or the like of a requested item on the operation panel of the loading / unloading lift 3.

By inputting a delivery command from the operation panel of the shipping loading / unloading lift 3 in the vicinity of the truck berth 11, the pallet 6A with the conveyed product 9 stored in the storage shelf 7 of the automatic warehouse is sequentially delivered.

The luggage storage carriage 2 in the luggage compartment designated by the command of the automatic warehouse control system moves to the designated storage shelf 7 and draws and transfers the pallet 6A loaded with the stored goods 9. The drawer transfer procedure is performed by the reverse operation of the storage procedure shown in FIGS.

The luggage compartment carriage 2 loaded with the pallet 6A carrying the article 9 travels to the loading / unloading conveyance path 4 designated by the command of the automatic warehouse control system. In the designated loading / unloading conveyance path 4, the loading / unloading conveyance cart 5 is on standby with an empty pallet 6 </ b> B mounted on one deck of the double deck, and by the reverse procedure of the receiving and delivery operations shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, The pallet 6A loaded with the conveyed product 9 is transferred to the loading / unloading conveyance cart 5, and the luggage pallet conveyance cart 2 receives the empty pallet 6B for exchange. The luggage storage carriage 2 returns to the storage shelf 7 that has left the store, transfers the stored empty pallet 6B to the empty storage shelf 7 and stores it when there is a next output command. If it moves to 7 and performs a leaving work and there is no command, it moves to the home position and ends.

(5) The loading / unloading carriage 5 loaded with the pallet 6A loaded with the conveyed product 9 moves to the loading / unloading lift 3 and transfers and receives the empty pallet 6B from the loading / unloading lift 3 by the reverse procedure of the above-described receiving and delivery operations. After moving the small pallet 6A loaded on the other deck of the loading / unloading transport cart 5 to the loading / unloading lift 3, the pallet 6A moves to the loading path 1 specified by the automatic warehouse control system. To do.

The loading / unloading lift 3 loaded with the pallet 6 loaded with the transported goods 9 descends to the first floor as the loading / unloading place, and the loading of the transported goods 9 mounted on the loading / unloading lift 3 is performed by the reverse procedure of the above-described receiving and delivery operations. After the pallet 6 is laterally fed to the loading / unloading lift landing device 10, the loading / unloading lift landing device 10 is lowered to the same level as the floor surface, and the automatic operation of loading is completed.

The unloading requester takes out only the transported material 9 from the transported product 9 mounting pallet 6 </ b> A and transports it to the track berth 11. At this time, when a continuous unloading command is issued, the loading / unloading lift landing device 10 ascends the empty pallet 6B, transfers it horizontally to the loading / unloading lift 3, and executes the next unloading process.

[Entry / exit outside the luggage compartment]
The automatic warehouse of the present invention is characterized in that a large number of loading / unloading lifts 3 can be arranged, and loading / unloading can be performed from all loading / unloading lifts 3. In the description of the above embodiment, the operation by the loading / unloading lift in the luggage compartment section. Although explained, the operation of crossing the baggage compartment and carrying it out will be explained.

For example, when the pallet 6A mounted on the transport object 9 stored in the storage shelf 7 of the first section (I) is discharged to the loading / unloading lift 3 at the end of the fourth section (IV), or a partition boundary adjacent to the section Even in the case where the transport path located at is a transport path that is not connected to the loading / unloading lift 3, a transport procedure that exceeds the partition boundary is required.

The procedure will be described below with reference to FIG. In FIG. 11, the entry / exit conveyance path 4 at the boundary between the first section (I) and the second section (II) in FIG. 1 is replaced with an entry / exit conveyance path 12 not connected to the entry / exit lift. An explanation will be given by replacing the unloading carriage 5 with the loading / unloading carriage 13. Further, the position of the pallet to be conveyed is indicated by a dotted line drawn from the code of each pallet.

First, the pallet 6A loaded with the goods 9 is pulled out and mounted from the designated storage shelf 7 designated by the automatic warehouse control system by the luggage compartment transport carriage 2 in the first section (I). The luggage compartment carriage 2 loaded with the pallet 6A loaded with the conveyed product 9 travels along the conveyance path 1 at the boundary of the entry / exit conveyance path 12 installed at the boundary between the first section (I) and the second section (II). Stop. In the loading / unloading conveyance path 12, the loading / unloading conveyance cart 13 instruct | indicated by the automatic warehouse control system mounts the empty pallet 6B on one deck of a double deck, and waits (FIG. 11 (a)).

Furthermore, the luggage compartment carriage 14 in the second section (II) commanded by the automatic warehouse control system is also located at the boundary of the loading / unloading transport path 12 installed at the boundary between the first section (I) and the second section (II). Mount the empty pallet 15B and wait.

The pallet 6A loaded with the article 9 loaded on the luggage compartment carriage 2 in the first section (I) is laterally fed and transferred to an empty deck without loading / unloading carriage 13 (FIG. 11 (b)). The loading / unloading carriage 13 loaded with the pallet 6A loaded with the transported goods 9 is moved so that one deck loaded with the empty pallet 6B faces the luggage compartment carriage 2 in the first section (I). The empty pallet 6B is transferred to the luggage compartment carriage 2 in the first section (FIG. 11 (c)).

At the same position, the empty pallet 15B mounted on the luggage compartment carriage 14 in the second section (II) is transferred to the loading / unloading carriage 13 (FIG. 11 (d)). If the process of FIG. 11C and the process of this item are performed simultaneously, the time can be shortened.

The loading / unloading transport carriage 13 moves slightly to a position where the transported article 9 mounting pallet 6A faces the luggage compartment transporting carriage 14 in the second section (II) (FIG. 11 (e)). It is transferred and mounted on the luggage compartment carriage 14 in the two sections (II) (FIG. 11 (f)).

The luggage compartment transport carriage 14 in the second section (II) that has received the pallet 6A loaded with the transported article 9 travels to the entrance / exit transport path boundary located at the boundary with the third section, and the above-described FIG. In the same procedure as in the item (f), the pallet 6A to be loaded 9 is transferred to the luggage compartment carriage in the third section (III).

[Other Embodiments]
(1) In this embodiment, an automatic warehouse is set up on a single floor, and the transported goods sorted into the shipping category are received from the loading / unloading lift on the first floor. Although it was an automatic warehouse that issues goods to the first floor shipping area and transports them to the truck berth for shipping, as another embodiment, it is a multi-tiered automatic warehouse. It is also possible to store the goods and take out from the entry / exit area on the first floor, and it is possible to further rationalize.

In this embodiment, the transported object is mounted on a pallet and transported and stored. However, as another embodiment, a three-dimensional transport medium such as a container can be used.
In addition, without using transport media such as pallets and containers, the loading / unloading lifts and loading / unloading transport carts, luggage storage carts, and pallet mounting parts of storage shelves should be configured using transport elements such as slat conveyors. It is also possible to directly handle the transported object without using a transport medium such as a pallet or a container.

FIG. 12 is a simulation of the work process at the time of warehousing. The upper figure (A) shows the continuous warehousing process by the transfer transportation according to the present invention, and the lower figure (B) shows the continuous warehousing process by the reciprocating conveyance of the single carriage which is the conventional method. The working time is compared under the same conditions.

The simulation conditions are as follows: transfer distance: 50 × 3 sections = 150 m, luggage room transfer carriage traveling speed: 1.5 m / sec, transfer time from the entry / exit transfer carriage: 10 sec, transfer time between the luggage compartment transfer carriages: 20 sec, entry Time: 10 sec.

In the conventional reciprocating conveyance by one carriage, the time required for transit can be omitted, so that the first warehousing time is short, but the second and subsequent warehousing times are long due to a loss of waiting time for the carriage.

On the other hand, in the transfer transportation of the transport cart according to the present invention, the first warehousing time is long because it includes the time of two transits, but each transport cart transports the transported material at the connecting section. If it is transferred to the carriage, the next warehousing operation is possible, so that the process loss is small and the warehousing time after the second can be shortened.

That is, in the present invention of FIG. 12 (A), the luggage compartment carriage (I) in the first section to which the incoming goods are transferred from the loading / unloading carriage is transported 50m in the first section and is separated at the section boundary. If the warehousing goods are transferred to and returned from the two compartment luggage carrier carriage (II), the second warehousing goods can be transferred from the warehousing carriage truck, and the loading / unloading carriage truck is waiting to be transferred. The time is 87 seconds (a).

Luggage compartment transport cart (II) and luggage compartment transport cart (III) are the same as above. Each process cycle time can be shortened by shortening.

On the other hand, in the conventional method shown in FIG. 12B, the luggage storage carriage to which the incoming goods are transferred from the incoming / outgoing transport carriage transports a distance of 150 m for three sections and enters the incoming storage goods into the incoming storage shelf. The second incoming / outgoing goods cannot be transferred from the incoming / outgoing transport cart until it returns, and the transfer waiting time of the incoming / outgoing transport cart is 210 seconds (b).

From the simulation results of FIG. 12, in the method of dividing the conveyance path according to the present invention, the second and subsequent warehousing times are executed at an interval of 97 seconds (c). The warehousing time is executed at intervals of 220 seconds (d), and the effect of the present invention is shortened by 123 seconds (55%).
