Abstract
【解決手段】平均粒径0.1〜100μmの銅粉の表面が5質量%以上の銀で被覆された銀被覆銅粉を熱プラズマ尾炎部に噴霧して、銅粉の表面の銀を銅粉の内部の銅の結晶粒界に拡散させて、断面における銀が占める面積の割合が3〜20%の金属複合粉末を製造する。

Description
まず、アトマイズ法により製造された市販の銅粉(日本アトマイズ加工株式会社製の純度99.9質量%、平均粒径5μmの球状のアトマイズ銅粉)を用意した。
比較例で得られた銀被覆銅粉を熱プラズマ装置(日本電子株式会社製のナノ粒子合成実験装置)のプラズマ尾炎部に噴霧して熱処理することより、金属複合粉末を得た。このプラズマ尾炎部は紫色であり、その温度は3000〜5000Kであると判断することができる。なお、この工程では、熱プラズマ装置の出力を6kW、プラズマ用アルゴンガスの流量を20L/分、銀被覆銅粉供給用キャリア窒素ガスの流量を2L/分、装置内の圧力を50kPa、銀被覆銅粉供給量を2.5g/分とした。
Claims (9)
- 銅粉の表面が銀で被覆された銀被覆銅粉を熱プラズマ尾炎部に噴霧して、銅粉の表面の銀を銅粉の内部の銅の結晶粒界に拡散させることを特徴とする、金属複合粉末の製造方法。
- 前記熱プラズマ尾炎部の温度が2000〜5000Kであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の金属複合粉末の製造方法。
- 前記銅粉をアトマイズ法により製造することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の金属複合粉末の製造方法。
- 前記銅粉の平均粒径が0.1〜100μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の金属複合粉末の製造方法。
- 前記銀被覆銅粉に対する銀の含有量が5質量%以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の金属複合粉末の製造方法。
- 銅粉の内部の銅の結晶粒界に銀が拡散していることを特徴とする、金属複合粉末。
- 前記銅粉の平均粒径が0.1〜100μmであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の金属複合粉末。
- 前記金属複合粉末に対する銀の含有量が5質量%以上であることを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の金属複合粉末。
- 前記金属複合粉末の断面における銀が占める面積の割合が3〜20%であることを特徴とする、請求項6乃至8のいずれかに記載の金属複合粉末。
