Description

The present invention relates to a packaging box that can be opened with a breaking tape or the like and a blank for the packaging box.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is known a wraparound type packaging box in which a content is placed on a cardboard board and the cardboard is folded and wrapped so as to wrap the content. In this type of packaging box, a body portion is formed by a top plate, a bottom plate facing the top plate, and a pair of side plates standing on both sides of the bottom plate. Then, the packaging box is closed by bending a pair of left and right inner flaps connected to the side plate at both ends of the body portion and a pair of upper and lower outer flaps connected to the top plate and the bottom plate. The inner surface of the side plate and the inner flap is provided with a cut tape or a half-cut process on the cardboard back liner in the circumferential width direction, and is provided with a break starting knob by an H-shaped cut formed on the side plate. ing. When opening such a packaging box, it is common to divide it into a tray shape by tearing from the break starting knob to the side plate and the inner flap tip along the break assisting process. However, when tearing from the side plate to the tip of the inner flap along the break assisting process from the H-shaped cut formed in the side plate, the inner flap is covered by the outer flap, so the broken piece being opened becomes the outer flap. There is a case where it is broken and cannot be divided and opened. In addition, since two pairs of independent broken pieces are generated as garbage after the split opening, processing is troublesome and complicated.

Therefore, conventionally, a square cylinder is formed by the top plate, the bottom plate, and a pair of side plates connecting the top plate and the bottom plate, and the opening surfaces at both ends of the square cylinder are extended from the top plate and the bottom plate. In a wrap-around type cardboard box that is sealed with a pair of upper and lower outer flaps and a pair of left and right inner flaps that extend from the side plate, the entire width in the circumferential direction of the side plate and the left and right inner flaps At the leading edge of the inner flap, an opening knob is formed at the leading edge of the cutting tape to pull out the cutting tape, and at the leading edge of the pair of upper and lower outer flaps A notch having a predetermined depth and width is formed at a position opposite to the knob portion for use, and in the assembled state of the corrugated cardboard box, the notch formed at the end portion on the front end side of the pair of upper and lower outer flaps Opening knob portion formed on the tip edge of the inner flap from the opening formed I is known that so as to be exposed to the outside (for example, Patent Document 1).

According to such a packaging box, since it can be opened by inserting a finger from an opening formed between the pair of outer flaps and between the inner flaps, the broken pieces are not caught by the outer flaps at the time of opening. However, since the opening portion where the inner flap and the outer flap do not overlap is provided, the packaging box cannot be completely closed, and dust or the like may enter the packaging box. Moreover, since the broken piece connected from the unsealing part is separated from the packaging box after opening, a pair of broken pieces are generated as garbage.

Each of the inner flaps has a pair of break start cuts formed along the upper and lower sides of the cut tape at the tip of each of the inner flaps, and a contact provided at the tip of at least one of the pair of outer flaps. A packaging box is known in which a plurality of cuts directed to a knob provided at the tip of the inner flap are provided at both end portions of the contact portion (for example, Patent Document 2).
According to such a packaging box, it is possible to open along the cut tape from the knob provided on the side of the packaging box without providing a gap between the upper and lower outer flaps. Since the broken pieces connected to the are separated from the packaging box, a pair of broken pieces are generated as garbage after opening.

The present invention can be closed by the outer flap and the inner flap, and the broken piece connected from the breaking start knob can be broken up and down without being broken by being caught by the outer flap during opening, and independent breaking at the time of opening. An object of the present invention is to provide a packaging box in which fragments do not easily occur and a packaging box blank.

In the present invention, a body portion is formed by a top plate, a bottom plate facing the top plate, and a pair of side plates standing on both sides of the bottom plate, and each end portion of the pair of side plates at both ends of the body portion. A packaging box in which the body portion is closed by bending a pair of inner flaps connected to each other, folding a pair of outer flaps connected to respective end portions of the top plate and the bottom plate, and overlapping the inner flaps. A break assisting process is provided on the inner surfaces of the pair of side plates and the pair of inner flaps in the circumferential direction of the wraparound-type packaging box, and the breakage for pulling up the breakage assisting part on each of the pair of side plates Each of the pair of inner flaps has a start knob portion, and each of the pair of inner flaps has a split auxiliary cut that crosses the break assisting process and that only one end reaches the tip of the inner flap. It characterized in that it has an eye.

Since the break assisting portion connected from the break starting knob is traversed by a division assist cut in the vicinity where the outer flap and the inner flap overlap, the break assisting portion is divided in the middle of opening the packaging box, and further, Since the division auxiliary cut reaches the tip of the inner flap, the break auxiliary processing portion is caught by the outer flap and is not torn off, so that the packaging box can be divided into two vertically.
In addition, since only one end of the division assist cut reaches the tip of the inner flap, the break assisting processing portion can be left on the inner flap side at the time of the division opening, and it is possible to prevent the occurrence of independent fracture fragments.

The present invention also includes a top plate that forms a body portion of the packaging box, a bottom plate, and a pair of side plates, a pair of inner flaps that are connected to respective end portions of the pair of side plates, and the top plate. And a blank of a packaging box comprising a pair of outer flaps connected to respective end portions of the bottom plate, wherein the pair of side plates and the pair of inner flaps connected to the respective end portions, A break assisting process is provided over the flaps, each of the pair of side plates has a break starting knob for pulling up the break assisting part, and each of the pair of inner flaps has the break assisting process , And has one continuous split auxiliary cut that reaches only one end to the tip of the inner flap.

A packaging box formed of such a packaging box blank can exhibit the same effects as the packaging box described above.

According to the present invention, when opening the packaging box, the break assisting portion connected from the break starting knob is divided in the vicinity of the overlap of the outer flap and the inner flap, and further, the division assist cut reaches the tip of the inner flap, The auxiliary processing part does not get caught by the outer flap and can be surely divided into two vertically.
In addition, since only one end of the division assist cut reaches the tip of the inner flap, the break assisting processing portion can be left on the inner flap side at the time of division opening, and it is possible to prevent the occurrence of an independent fragment.

Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In the description after the second embodiment, the same constituent elements as those in the first embodiment or elements having the same functions are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted or simplified.
1, FIG. 3, FIG. 4 and FIG. 6 are plan views showing blanks for forming the packaging box of each embodiment according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a front perspective view of the packaging box of the first embodiment. It is. FIG. 5 is a schematic view when the packaging box of the third embodiment is opened.

[First Embodiment]
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a blank 2 that forms a packaging box 1 of the present embodiment. As shown in FIG. 1, the top plate 3, the bottom plate 4, the side plate 5, and the body pasting portion 6 are integrally connected, and outer flaps 7 are extended on the upper and lower sides of the top plate 3 and the bottom plate 4, respectively. Inner flaps 8 extend on the upper and lower sides of the side plate 5. The packaging box 1 has a body portion formed by bending the top plate 3, the bottom plate 4 and the side plate 5 of the blank 2 shown in FIG. 1 and combining the body pasting plate 6 and the side plate 5 shown at both ends of FIG. And the packaging box 1 is obstruct | occluded by bend | folding the inner flap 8, and bend | folding the outer flap 7 after that.

When the packaging box 1 is divided and opened at the center in the vertical direction, the height (h) of the outer flap 7 is such that the upper and lower flaps overlap in the state in which the packaging box 1 is boxed as shown in FIG. It is preferable that the height is half of the height (H) of the packaging box 1 at the time of box making so that no gap occurs between the upper and lower flaps.

Inner flaps 8 extend on the upper and lower sides of the side plate 5. The height of these inner flaps 8 is approximately the same as the height (H) of the packaging box 1 in the boxed state.

On the back side of the side plate 5 and the inner flap 8, a break assisting process 9 made of a cut tape is affixed across the circumferential direction of the side plate 5 and the inner flap 8 at a position where the packaging box 1 is divided vertically. The side plate 5 is provided with a break starting knob 10 that divides the break assisting process 9 and causes the break assisting process 9 from the side plate 5.

The break assisting process 9 provided on the back side of the side plate 5 and the inner flap 8 is not limited to a cut tape. For example, half-cut processing to the side plate 5 and the inner flap 8 or on the back side of the side plate 5 and the inner flap 8 is possible. The structure which stuck the thread | yarn to the circumferential width direction may be sufficient.

The packaging box 1 according to the present embodiment has a good box-making suitability in a structure of a wrap-around type packaging box having a break assisting process 9 for upper and lower divisions on the back side of the side plate 5 and the inner flap 8, and has a hermeticity. It is possible to divide the packaging box into upper and lower parts reliably at the time of opening while maintaining the above.

A continuous split auxiliary cut 12 is formed at the front end edge of the inner flap 8 so as to cross the fracture assisting process 9 and reach the inner flap front end 11.

Further, the outer flap 7 is formed with notches 13 on both sides of the tip. In the state where the blank of FIG. 1 is folded and the packaging box 1 is boxed, when the packaging box 1 is opened from the breaking start knob 10, the break assisting process is continued from the breaking start knob 10 by a pair of notches 13 facing each other. 9 is prevented from being caught on the upper and lower outer flaps 7 in the middle of reaching the vicinity of the tip of the inner flap 8 (in this embodiment, the position where the division assist cut 12 crosses the break assisting process 9). The

As shown in FIG. 2, the structure of the notch 13 is such that the relationship between the gap width a of the pair of notches 13 and the width b of the break assisting process 9 in a state where the packaging box 1 is boxed is a ≧ b. It is preferable that the depth c of the gap is shorter than the length d of the inner flap 8 (c <d).
That is, the notch 13 may be configured such that when the outer flap 7 and the inner flap 8 are overlapped, both side portions of the front end of the outer flap 7 cover the division assist cut 12. FIG. 2 shows a case where the depth c of the break assisting process 9 is slightly shorter than the length d of the inner flap 8, but the depth c is sufficiently shorter than the length d, and the split assist cut 12 is broken. You may provide the position which crosses the auxiliary process 9 in the vicinity of the position which the inner flap 8 and the side plate 5 connect.

[Second Embodiment]
FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a blank of the packaging box 1 of the present embodiment. In the first embodiment, the split auxiliary cut 12 formed at the front edge of the inner flap 8 is a continuous cut, but in the present embodiment, the inner flap of the split auxiliary cut 12 is shown in FIG. A part near the tip 11 is constituted by a zipper or a perforation 14.

In the case of this embodiment, since the vicinity of the inner flap tip 11 of the division assist cut 12 is not completely cut, when the packaging box 1 is boxed using the blank of FIG. It is possible to prevent a part of 8 from dripping and can be easily torn off when opened.

[Third Embodiment]
FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating a blank of the packaging box 1 of the present embodiment. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the split auxiliary cut 12 is provided obliquely with respect to the inner flap front end 11, and the split auxiliary cut 12 is a break auxiliary process in a state where the packaging box is boxed. 9 is formed as a straight line reaching the inner flap tip 11 above 9.

FIG. 5 shows a schematic view when the packaging box 1 of the present embodiment is opened. As shown in FIG. 5, when opening the packaging box 1, the broken piece 15 is divided in a state where the division assist cut 12 is cut only on the side closer to the root of the inner flap 8. Therefore, when the packaging box 1 is divided into two, the broken pieces 15 remain in a state of being connected to the upper side of the divided packaging box 1, and the troublesomeness that the broken pieces 15 remain as independent garbage can be eliminated.

[Fourth Embodiment]
