Abstract
Description
試験方法は以下を含む。
1=切れ込み、コーティングを溶解、亀裂/剥離する。
2=水が基材を腐食する。
3=重度の白化、気泡/しわを形成する。
4=軽度の白化/黄化、指触変化なし。
5=可視的または他の点で影響なし。
6=影響なし、白化さえ全くない。
Claims (16)
- 2以上の官能価を有するポリ尿素と、
アルデヒド、またはそのアセタールもしくはヘミアセタールと、
任意で1つ以上の有機溶媒と、を含む、非水性架橋性組成物。 - 前記アルデヒドがポリアルデヒドである、請求項1に記載の前記非水性架橋性組成物。
- 前記ポリアルデヒドがシクロヘキサンジカルボキシアルデヒドである、請求項2に記載の前記非水性架橋性組成物。
- 7未満のpKaを有する酸触媒を更に含む、請求項1に記載の前記非水性架橋性組成物。
- 硬化阻害剤を更に含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の前記非水性架橋性組成物。
- 前記硬化阻害剤が、水、アルコール、またはこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項5に記載の前記非水性架橋性組成物。
- 前記架橋性組成物が80℃以下の温度で反応して硬化して、架橋された組成物を形成することができる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の前記架橋性組成物。
- 前記組成物が、架橋前に2:1〜0.5:1のアルデヒド基対尿素基のモル比を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の前記架橋性組成物。
- 前記ポリ尿素がポリエーテル尿素である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の前記架橋性組成物。
- 前記組成物が、レオロジー改質剤、湿潤剤、レベリング剤、流動添加剤、安定剤、界面活性剤、顔料、分散剤、及びワックスからなる群から選択される1つ以上の添加剤を更に含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の前記架橋性組成物。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の前記架橋性組成物の前記架橋生成物を含む、架橋された組成物。
- 請求項11に記載の前記架橋された組成物を含む、コーティング。
- 前記コーティングが、コンクリートコーティング、複合物コーティング、木材コーティング、または金属コーティングである、請求項12に記載の前記コーティング。
- 基材と、前記基材の1つ以上の表面に少なくとも会合させられる、請求項12に記載の1つ以上のコーティングと、を含む、物品。
- 架橋性組成物を生成するための方法であって、
少なくとも2の官能価を有するポリ尿素を選択することと、
アルデヒド、またはそのアセタールもしくはヘミアセタールを選択することと、
任意で1つ以上の溶媒を選択することと、
前記ポリ尿素、アルデヒド、及び存在する場合、前記1つ以上の溶媒を混和し、それにより前記架橋性組成物を生成することと、を含む、前記方法。 - 7未満のpKaを有する酸触媒を、前記ポリ尿素、アルデヒド、及び存在する場合、前記1つ以上の溶媒と混和することを更に含む、請求項15に記載の架橋性組成物を生成するための前記方法。
