- 多層型自動車用パイプ、特に、自動車用の燃料系パイプであり、その際、該パイプ(1)は、少なくとも二つの層、好ましくは、合成樹脂からなる少なくとも三つの層(4、5、6)を有しており、その際、別の層に接合されている少なくとも一つの層の少なくとも一つの表面がプロフィル化されて形成されており、その際、そのプロフィル体が、最高部分(9)及び最低部分(10)を有し、そしてその際、該最高部分(9)と、該最高部分(9)のすぐ隣にある最低部分(10)との間の高低差Δhが、1〜100μm、好ましくは1〜50μm、特に好ましくは1〜25μmである、上記の自動車用パイプ。
- 前記プロフィル化された表面を有する第一の層と結合する表面が、別の又は第二の層に、同様にプロフィル化されて形成されており、その際、好ましくは、該第二の層のプロフィル体が、同様に、最高部分(9)及び最低部分(10)を有し、そして、その際、該最高部分(9)と、該最高部分(9)のすぐ隣にある最低部分(10)との間の高低差Δhが、1〜100μm、好ましくは、1〜50μm、特に好ましくは1〜25μmである、請求項1に記載の自動車用パイプ。
- 前記第一の層のプロフィル化された表面の最高部分(9)が、ぴったり合うように−そして好ましくは力により−前記第二の層のプロフィル化された表面の最低部分(10)中へ、はまり込み、そしてその逆である、請求項1又は2に記載の自動車用パイプ。
- 前記少なくとも一つのプロフィル化された層及び/又はこの層の少なくとも一つのプロフィル化された表面が、前記パイプ(1)の周囲の長さの少なくとも80%にわたって、好ましくは、少なくとも90%にわたって、特に好ましくは、少なくとも95%にわたって存在して、そして、就中、該パイプ(1)の周囲長さ全部にわたって存在する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の自動車用パイプ。
- プロフィル化された表面の一つの最高部分(9)と、その最高部分(9)のすぐ隣にある最低部分(10)との間の距離が、1〜100μm、好ましくは1〜50μm、特に好ましくは1〜25μm、そして就中2〜20μmである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の自動車用パイプ。
- 前記少なくとも一つのプロフィル化された表面が設けられた少なくとも一つの層が、前記パイプの一つの(中間の)層であり、これが、それら二つの表面を介して、前記パイプの更なる層とそれぞれ結合されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の自動車用パイプ。
- 前記一つのプロフィル化された表面が設けられた少なくとも一つの層が、前記パイプ(1)の粘着剤層(4、6)であり、該粘着剤層が、前記パイプ(1)の別の層、好ましくは前記パイプ(1)の中間の障壁層(5)において、少なくとも一つのプロフィル化された表面と接合されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の自動車用パイプ。
- 前記少なくとも一つのプロフィル化された表面が設けられた少なくとも一つの層、及び該プロフィル化された表面に接合された少なくとも一つの層が、共押し出しによって製造される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の自動車用パイプ。
- 前記少なくとも一つのプロフィル化された表面のプロフィルが、その横断面において波形に又は波状に形成されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の自動車用パイプ。
- 前記少なくとも一つのプロフィル化された表面のプロフィル体が、ブリッジ部及びノッチ部の形態に形成されており、その際、該ブリッジ部及びノッチ部自体は、前記パイプ(1)の長さ方向に延びている、請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の自動車用パイプ。
- 前記最高部分(9)と、該最高部分(9)のすぐ隣にある最低部分(19)との間の高低差Δhが、1〜20μm、好ましくは2〜15μmである、請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の自動車用パイプ。
- 少なくとも二つの、好ましくは二つの粘着剤中間層(4、6)が設けられ、そして、その際、それぞれの粘着剤層(4、6)の少なくとも一つの表面にプロフィル体が形成される、請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の自動車用パイプ。
- 二つの粘着剤層(4、6)の間に、少なくとも一つの障壁層(5)が介在しており、そしてその際、該二つの粘着剤層(4、6)が、それらのプロフィル化された表面によって、好ましくは同様にプロフィル化された障壁層の表面又は障壁層に直接接合されている、請求項12に記載の自動車用パイプ。
