Description

The present invention relates to a binding tool capable of binding paper sheets.

A ring binding tool (see, for example, Patent Document 1 below) capable of binding paper sheets such as loose leaves and clear book refills is known. In this type of binding tool, an annular binding rod element can be opened and closed through a rotation operation, and paper sheets can be arbitrarily replaced.

In many conventional binding tools, a claw is formed at each end of a binding arcuate element that forms a pair of partial arcs. The engagement of the claw prevents the binding claw elements from separating, and the binding claw is closed. maintain. Therefore, in order to release the binding rod, the engagement of the claw must be canceled by, for example, relatively displacing the binding rod element on one side relative to the binding rod element on the other side in the axial direction. In particular, in the case where a large number of binding rods are arranged, it is necessary to open all of them at once, which makes the operation cumbersome.

Therefore, at present, it has a pair of binding rod members having a binding rod element that is capable of relative rotation around a predetermined axis while being supported by the base, and that opens and closes through the rotation operation. And the paper sheets can be inserted / extracted from the binding rod element so that the binding rod element can be opened from the binding position where the sheet can be bound by forming a closed loop. There has been proposed a binding tool that can be used as an open position.

Such a binding tool can be easily opened by sliding the base, so that paper sheets can be inserted and removed, so that the operation is less complicated than the conventional one and can be handled easily by the user. It can be done.

However, in both the conventional binding tool and the binding tool described in Patent Document 2, both ends in the axial direction are particularly susceptible to external impacts when the binding tool is housed in a bag or the like. . In particular, when a strong impact is applied to any end portion of the base in the axial direction, a force may act in a direction in which the base is separated from the pair of binding rod members. In the case where the impact is more than a certain level, there is a possibility that the base is separated from one of its ends so as to be gradually peeled from the pair of binding rod members. Further, when the above-described separation occurs at the end portion, not only the base and the pair of binding rod members are separated from each other, but also different parts attached to them are separated, and then only the base and the binding rod member are assembled. It is possible to assume a situation in which different parts remain dropped and the original function as a binding tool cannot be reproduced.

Japanese Patent No. 5590142

The present invention pays attention to such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a binding tool in which a pair of binding rod members and a base are not easily detached and can operate stably.

In order to achieve such an object, the present invention takes the following measures.

That is, the binding tool according to the present invention is capable of relative rotation about a predetermined axis, and has a pair of binding rod members having a binding rod element that opens and closes through the rotation operation, and the pair of binding rod members. A binding position that supports the pair of binding rod members while being relatively displaceable in the axial direction, and is capable of binding sheets by forming a closed loop of the binding rod element, and the binding rod element from the binding position. A base that can selectively take an open position in which the paper sheets can be inserted / removed from the binding rod element, and an intermediate position sandwiched between one end edge and the other end edge in the axial direction of the base An elastic member that elastically biases the base toward the binding position or the open position with respect to the pair of binding rod members, and the binding position of the base or the pair of binding rod members. And a separation prohibiting portion that prohibits the axially opposite ends of the pair of binding rod members from separating in the direction intersecting the axially opposite direction with respect to the axially opposite ends of the base in the operating range from the open position to the open position. It is characterized by that.

In such a case, by providing the separation prohibiting portion, even when a strong impact is applied to any end portion of the base in the axial direction, the base is separated from the pair of binding rod members. It is possible to effectively eliminate the possibility that the force is applied in the direction of separation and the pair of binding rod members are separated so as to be gradually peeled off. As a result, it is possible to stably maintain the bound state of the paper sheets in all situations during normal use. That is, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a binding tool in which a pair of binding rod members and a base are not easily detached and a stable operation can be maintained.

Moreover, in order to make it possible to easily assemble the binding tool, it is desirable that the elastic member is provided at substantially the center in the axial direction of the base.

Then, by stabilizing the binding tool in the open position, the base and the pair of binding rod members are simultaneously grounded on the same plane in the open position as a configuration in which the paper sheets can be easily added and removed. The shape of the pair of binding rod members may be allowed.

In order to achieve both a smooth operation between the binding position and the opening position and a smooth operation in the opening / closing direction of the binding element while maintaining a simple configuration, the elastic member is a coil spring, and this coil spring is the binding position. The pair of binding rod members are elastically biased by the reaction force in the expansion and contraction direction against deformation caused by the axial movement of the pair of binding rod members to the open position, and at least one binding rod member of the pair of binding rod members Preferably, the one binding rod member is elastically biased by a reaction force in the torsional direction of the coil spring itself with respect to the movement in the opening / closing direction.

As an example of the separation prohibiting portion that can be configured with a simple configuration, an embodiment in which the separation prohibiting portion is a shaft accommodation hole that can accommodate insertion shafts provided at both ends of a pair of binding rod members can be exemplified.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, a binding tool which can maintain a stable operation | movement which a pair of binding rod member and a base cannot remove | deviate easily can be provided.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The binding tool T of the present embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 16 is a so-called ring binding tool including a plurality of binding rod elements 12 and 22 that can be opened and closed. These binding rod elements 12 and 22 are configured to be able to bind the paper sheet S by being inserted through a binding hole that has been made in the paper sheet S in advance.

In particular, as shown in FIG. 1, by binding paper sheets S such as a plurality of leaves as a cover sheet of a notebook or a refill of a clear book (and also a front cover and a back cover), a ring notebook is used. Can be used for This ring notebook can be in a spread state where the page is opened at an angle of 180 °.

The binding tool T of the present embodiment is a first binding rod member 1 and a second binding rod having binding rod elements 12 and 22 that rotate relative to each other around a predetermined axis and open and close through the rotation operation. While binding the saddle member 2 and the binding saddle members 1 and 2, the binding saddle element forms a closed loop by binding relative to the binding saddle members 1 and 2 in the axial direction. Binding position (P1) where the sheet S can be opened from the binding position elements (P1) and the binding position elements (P1) can be opened from the binding position (P1). And a coil spring 4 as an elastic member that elastically biases the base 3 to the binding position (P1).

Here, the binding tool T according to the present embodiment is provided with the coil spring 4 as an elastic member at an intermediate position sandwiched between one end edge and the other end edge in the axial direction of the base 3, and further from the binding position (P1). In the operating range extending to the open position (P2), both ends in the axial direction of both binding rod members 1 and 2 are separation prohibiting portions that prohibit separation from the axial direction of the base 3 in the direction intersecting the axial direction. One end side shaft accommodating portion 37 and the other end side shaft accommodating portion 38 are provided.

Hereinafter, each component of the binding tool T will be described with reference to the drawings.

The shape of the first binding rod member 1 and the shape of the second binding rod member 2 are generally similar. The first binding rod member 1 includes a rod-like base 11 that is long in parallel with the axial direction, a binding rod element 12 that extends from the base 11, and a rotation of the binding rod member 1 that is separated from the base 11. A shaft body 13 serving as a center, an arm portion 14 connecting the shaft body 13 to the base body 11, an opening / closing side hook 16 for latching the coil spring 4, and one end edge and the other end edge are pivotally supported by the base. One end side insertion shaft 17 and the other end side insertion shaft 18 are provided. In the present embodiment, the base body 11, the binding rod element 12, the shaft body 13 and the arm portion 14, the open / close side hook 16, and the both insertion shafts 17 and 18 are integrally molded with resin.

There are a large number of binding rod elements 12, and they are arranged at regular intervals, for example, 26 along the axial direction. The individual binding rod elements 12 protrude straightly from the outer surface 112 of the base body 11 outward in the direction perpendicular to the axial direction, and are curved and rise from the outer end so as to draw an arc. The upper surface of the straight portion of the binding rod element 12 is substantially flush with the top surface 113 of the base body 11. The cross section of the curved portion of the binding rod element 12 has a flat shape slightly expanded in the axial direction, a substantially oval shape, or a substantially rounded square shape. In this embodiment, the number and interval of the binding elements 12 are set to match the JIS standard (JIS Z 8303) of the binding tool (binding hole) for the so-called B5 size paper. The size of the sheets S to be printed and the position of the binding holes are not limited, and the number and arrangement of the binding rod elements 12 can be arbitrarily set.

The shaft body 13 has a cylindrical outer periphery and extends along the axial direction. There are a plurality of shaft bodies 13, and they are arranged on a concentric shaft with a predetermined gap therebetween. The shaft body 13 is biased slightly inward from the base body 11 so that the axial center thereof is substantially flush with the inner surface 111 of the base body 11.

A concave portion 131 is formed on one end surface of the shaft body 13 and a convex portion 132 is formed on the other end surface thereof. The concave portion 131 and the convex portion 132 are joined to the second binding rod element 2 so as to be rotatable around the axis. I am trying to get it. The convex portion 132 is a hemispherical protrusion that overlaps the axial center of the shaft body 13. The concave portion 131 is a concave groove that extends outward from the axial center position of the shaft body 13 and reaches the outer periphery of the shaft body 13, i.e., opens outwardly. (View) It forms the semi-cylindrical shape of the diameter equivalent to the diameter of the convex part 232 provided in the convex part 132 and the 2nd binding rod element 2. FIG. The groove width is also substantially equal to the diameter of the convex portions 132 and 232. Furthermore, the inner edge of the recess 131 is also a semicircle having a diameter equivalent to the diameter of the protrusion 132 and the second binding rod element 2 provided in the cross-sectional view (or viewed from the axial direction). It is arcuate.

Two arm portions 14 exist for one shaft body 13, and both end portions along the axial center direction of the shaft body 13 are respectively joined to the base body 11. An inner side surface 141 that is continuous with the inner side surface 111 of the base body 11 in the arm portion 14 is inclined with respect to the inner side surface 111 of the base body 11. On the other hand, the outer side surface 142 of the arm portion 14 that is continuous with the outer surface 112 of the base body 11 is substantially flush with the outer surface 112 of the base body 11 and hangs down to a position that slightly protrudes from the bottom surface 114 of the base body 11. ing. The outward projecting portion 143 of the arm portion 14 has, for example, a curved shape in which both end edges along the axial direction are rounded as viewed from the outer side.

Further, a slit-like gap 15 is formed in a region between the pair of arm portions 14 between the base body 11 and the shaft body 13 so as to form a ring around the axis of view in the cross section. The corners of the outer surface 112 and the top surface 113 of the base 11 are rounded.

Further, the corner angle between the inner side surface 111 of the base 11 and the end surface on one end side is a shape slightly cut off so as to be an inclined surface 116 intersecting the axial direction.

The opening / closing side hook 16 is provided in the vicinity of the center of the base 11 of the first binding rod member 1 as shown in FIG. The opening / closing side hook 16 is for supporting a twisting operation end 42 described later of the coil spring 4, and protrudes from the bottom surface 114 of the base 11.

As shown in FIGS. 4, 5, 7, and 10 to 13, the one end side insertion shaft 17 and the other end side insertion shaft 18 are further provided at both end portions of the first binding rod member 1 in this embodiment. It is projected in a cylindrical shape. Both the one end side insertion shaft 17 and the other end side insertion shaft 18 are always accommodated in a part of the base 3 in the operation range in the axial direction of the base 3. In the present embodiment, both the insertion shafts 17 and 18 are formed only on the first binding rod member 1 side. Of course, such a shaft is provided only on the second binding rod member 2, for example, a semicircle in cross section. It is good also as a structure which accommodates the shaft which makes a mutually different shape which makes a shape in the base 3 side, respectively.

The second binding rod member 2 has a rod-like base 21 that is as long as the base 11 on the first binding rod member 1 side, a binding rod element 22 that extends from the base 21, and a base 21 that is separated from the base 21. A shaft body 23 serving as a rotation center of the binding rod member 2 and an arm portion 24 connecting the shaft body 23 to the base body 21 are provided. The base body 21, the binding rod element 22, the shaft body 23, and the arm portion 24 are also integrally molded with resin.

The binding rod element 22 is paired with the binding rod element 12 on the first binding rod member 1 side to form, for example, 26 annular or closed loop binding rods in the axial direction. Each binding rod element 22 protrudes from the outer surface 212 of the base body 21 by going straight outward in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction, and is curved and rises so as to draw an arc from its outer end. The upper surface of the straight portion of the binding rod element 22 is substantially flush with the top surface 213 of the base body 21. The cross section of the curved portion of the binding rod element 22 has a flat shape slightly expanded in the axial direction, a substantially oval shape, or a substantially rounded square shape. In this embodiment, the shape is set so that the front ends of the binding rod elements 12 and 22 extend linearly. Accordingly, the page turning operation of the paper sheet S that is bound by inserting the binding rod elements 12 and 22 into the binding hole becomes smooth. In addition, the utility of facilitating the forming of the binding rod members 1 and 2 can be obtained.

The shaft body 23 has a cylindrical outer periphery having substantially the same diameter as the shaft body 13 on the first binding rod member 1 side, and extends along the axial direction. A plurality of shaft bodies 23 exist, and they are arranged on a concentric shaft with a predetermined gap therebetween. These shaft bodies 23 are disposed so as to fit in the gaps between the plurality of shaft bodies 13 on the first binding rod member 1 side. The axial center direction dimension of the shaft body 23 on the second binding rod member 2 side is substantially equal to the gap of the shaft body 13 on the first binding rod member 1 side, and the shaft body 13 on the first binding rod member 1 side has the same dimension. The axial direction dimension is substantially equal to that of the gap of the shaft body 23 on the second binding rod member 2 side. The shaft body 23 is slightly inwardly biased from the base body 21 so that the axial center thereof is substantially on the same plane as the inner side surface 211 of the base body 21.

A concave portion 231 is formed on one end surface of the shaft body 23, and a convex portion 232 is formed on the other end surface. The concave portion 231 accommodates the convex portion 132 of the shaft body 13 on the first binding rod member 1 side. Conversely, the convex portion 232 is inserted into the concave portion 131 of the shaft body 13 on the first binding rod member 1 side. The convex portion 232 is a hemispherical protrusion that overlaps the axial center of the shaft body 23. The concave portion 231 is a concave groove extending outward from the axial center position of the shaft body 23 and reaching the outer periphery of the shaft body 23, and the inner surface thereof has a diameter equivalent to the diameter of the convex sections 132 and 232 in the longitudinal section. It has a semi-cylindrical shape, and the groove width is substantially equal to the diameter of the convex portions 132 and 232. Further, the inner end edge of the recess 231 is also a semicircular arc having a diameter equivalent to the diameter of the protrusions 132 and 232 in cross section.

The arm portions 24 are joined to the base body 21 at both end portions along the axial direction of the shaft body 23. An inner side surface 241 that is continuous with the inner side surface 211 of the base body 21 in the arm portion 24 is inclined with respect to the inner side surface 211 of the base body 21. On the other hand, the outer side surface 242 of the arm portion 24 that is continuous with the outer surface 212 of the base body 21 is substantially flush with the outer surface 212 of the base body 21 and hangs down to a position that slightly protrudes from the bottom surface 214 of the base body 21. ing. The outward projecting portion 243 of the arm portion 24 has a curved shape in which both end edges along the axial direction take a rounded view when viewed from the outside.

In the present embodiment, a slit-shaped gap 25 that forms a ring around the axis of the transverse sectional view is formed in a region between the pair of arm portions 24 between the base body 21 and the shaft body 23. It is formed. The corners of the outer surface 212 and the top surface 213 of the base 21 are rounded.

Furthermore, the corner angle between the inner surface 211 of the base 21 and the end surface on one end side is cut off so as to be an inclined surface 216 that intersects the axial direction.

The base 3 includes side walls 31 and 32 extending parallel to the axial direction, side walls 31 and 32 connecting the side walls 31 and 32, a slide side hook 36 provided at a substantially central position in the axial direction, One end side shaft accommodating portion 37 and the other end side shaft accommodating portion 38 which are separation prohibiting portions provided at both ends in the axial direction are provided. In the present embodiment, the side walls 31 and 32 and the bottom wall 33 are integrally formed with resin, and the side walls 31 and 32 and the bottom wall 33 form a substantially C-shaped or U-shaped peripheral wall. The total length of the base 3 is larger than that of the bases 11 and 21 of the binding rod members 1 and 2.

Notches 311 and 321 are formed at a plurality of locations on the upper edge of each side wall 31 and 32. The number of notches 311 on the side wall 31 on one side is the same as the number of arm portions 14 of the first binding rod member 1, and the number of notches 321 on the side wall 32 on the other side is the arm portion of the second binding rod member 2. It is the same as the number of 24. The position of the notch 311 on the side wall 31 on one side corresponds to the position of the arm portion 14 of the first binding rod member 1, and the position of the notch 321 on the side wall 32 on the other side corresponds to the second binding rod member 2. This corresponds to the arrangement of the arm portions 24. Therefore, the notch 311 and the notch 321 are shifted in the axial direction. The opening width dimension along the axial direction of the notches 311 and 321 is slightly larger than the axial dimension of the arm portions 14 and 24. The lower ends of the notches 311 and 321 are formed so as to fall downward toward the outer side except for the vicinity of the inner side surfaces of the side walls 31 and 32. Thereby, in this embodiment, the contact surfaces 311a and 321a which can open the binding elements 12 and 22 more largely are formed.

Further, the projections 312 and 322 are provided on the side walls 31 and 32 at locations that are offset in the axial direction from the locations where the notches 311 and 321 are formed. The protrusions 312 and 322 protrude in pairs from the inner side surfaces of the side walls 31 and 32 inward.

The inner method of the side walls 31 and 32 is substantially equal to the diameter of the shaft bodies 13 and 23 of the binding rod members 1 and 2. The bottom wall 33 is a substantially partial cylinder having an inner diameter substantially equal to the diameter of the shaft bodies 13 and 23. Incidentally, the through-hole 331 formed in the bottom wall 33 immediately below the protrusions 312 and 322 is a die-cutting hole for forming the protrusions 312 and 322.

The inner space surrounded by the peripheral walls 31, 32, 33 of the base 3 accommodates the one end side insertion shaft 17 and the other end side insertion shaft 18 so as to be closed at both ends along the axial direction of the base 3. One end side shaft accommodating portion 37 and the other end side shaft accommodating portion 38 are formed. The outer surfaces of the one end side shaft accommodating portion 37 and the other end side shaft accommodating portion 38 can also be used as a handle for the user to hold it. Further, an expanding portion 35 is provided on the upper surface of the one-end side shaft housing portion 37. The widened portion 35 is a block-like portion extending toward the other end of the base 3, and tapered surfaces 351 and 352 facing both outer sides are formed on the tip side so as to form a wedge shape in a plan view. The taper surfaces 351 and 352 of the expanding portion 35 intersect with each other with respect to the axial direction, and are substantially on the inclined surfaces 116 and 216 formed at one end of the bases 11 and 21 of the binding rod members 1 and 2. Parallel. The expanded portion 35 of the base 3 and one ends of the base bodies 11 and 21 of the binding binding members 1 and 2 constitute an operation force conversion mechanism described later.

The one end side shaft accommodating portion 37 and the other end side shaft accommodating portion 38 are openings provided along the axial direction at both ends of the base, as shown in FIGS. 4, 5, 7, and 10 to 13. There is a shape that can be used as a handle from the outside. The one end side shaft accommodating portion 37 and the other end side shaft accommodating portion 38 have different dimensions for accommodating the one end side inserting shaft 17 and the other end side inserting shaft 18 at the binding position (P1) and the open position (P2). The dimensions are set so that the housed state is always maintained. In other words, the sum of the dimensions of the insertion shafts 17 and 18 accommodated in the accommodation portions 37 and 38 is set larger than the dimension in which the pair of binding rod members 1 and 2 and the base operate in the axial direction. It is.

The coil spring 4 that is an elastic member is assembled substantially at the center of the base 3 in the axial direction. The coil spring 4 has a spring main body 40 in which a wire material is wound in a coil shape, and a fixed end 41 and a torsional operation end 42 that can be hooked on a hook-like portion at one end side and the other end of the spring main body 40, respectively. doing. In the present embodiment, the directions of the fixed end 41 and the twisting operation end 42 are different from each other by 90 °. When the base 3 is in the open position (P2), the coil spring 4 supported at both ends by the hooks 16 and 36 is stretched to exert an elastic repulsive force that pulls the base 3 back to the binding position (P1). In other words, the coil spring 4 as an elastic member is elastically biased in a direction in which the base 3 is displaced from the open position (P2) toward the binding position (P1).

In assembling the binding tool T of the present embodiment, first, the inner surface 111 of the base 11 of the first binding rod member 1 and the inner surface 211 of the base 21 of the second binding rod member 2 are brought into contact with or close to each other. The shaft body 13 of the first binding rod member 1 and the shaft body 23 of the second binding rod member 2 are arranged on a concentric axis. The convex portion 132 of the shaft body 13 is inserted into the concave portion 231 of the shaft body 23, and the convex portion 232 of the shaft body 23 is inserted into the concave portion 131 of the shaft body 13. The shaft bodies 13 and 23 of the both binding rod members 1 and 2 are arranged in an alternating manner in close proximity to each other or close to each other.

Next, the both binding shaft members 1 and 2 are housed in the shaft housing portions 37 and 38 provided on the base 3 while curving the binding rod members 1 and 2 slightly in the axial direction. After that, the base 3 is assembled so that the shaft bodies 13 and 23 of the both binding rod members 1 and 2 sandwiched between the both insertion shafts 17 and 18 are inserted. That is, the shaft bodies 13 and 23 of the both binding rod members 1 and 2 are fitted into the internal space surrounded by the side walls 31 and 32 and the bottom wall 33 of the base 3. As a result, the binding rod members 1 and 2 can rotate about the shaft bodies 13 and 23 as rotation axes. In addition, the base 3 can slide along the shaft bodies 13 and 23 in the axial direction. The protrusions 312 and 322 on the inner surfaces of the side walls 31 and 32 of the base 3 engage with the shaft bodies 13 and 23 of the binding rod members 1 and 2, and prevent the shaft bodies 13 and 23 from escaping from the base 3. The shafts 13 and 23 of the binding rod members 1 and 2 are covered with the base 3.

Note that the fixed end 41 and the twisting operation end 42 which are both ends of the coil spring 4 are respectively latched on the slide side hook 36 provided on the base 3 and the opening / closing side hook 16 provided on the second binding rod member 2 in advance. Keep it.

The base 3 is displaced relative to the binding rod members 1 and 2 in the axial direction, and the binding position (P1) shown in FIGS. 8, 10, 12 and 16 and the open position (P2) shown in FIG. And can be taken selectively.

When the base 3 is in the binding position (P1), as shown in FIGS. 8, 10, 12, 15 and the like, the notch 311 formed in the side wall 31 on one side is The arm portion 14 is displaced in the axial direction, and the notch 321 formed in the other side wall 32 is also displaced in the axial direction with respect to the arm portion 24 of the binding rod member 2 on the same side. Therefore, as shown in the figure, even if both the binding rod members 1 and 2 are rotated in the direction in which the binding rod is opened, the arm portions 14 and 24 are attached to the edges of the side walls 31 and 32 of the base 3. It collides and cannot be rotated. In other words, the edge not cut out in the side walls 31 and 32 of the base 3 serves as a stopper and prohibits opening of the binding rod. Thereby, the extraction of the paper sheet S that is bound to the binding rod is prevented.

At this time, the base 11 of the first binding rod member 1 and the base 21 of the second binding rod member 2 are in a state where the inner side surfaces 111 and 211 are in contact with or in close proximity to each other. The expanding portion 35 provided on one end side of the base 3 does not necessarily contact one end of the base bodies 11 and 21 of the binding binding members 1 and 2 (although they are close to each other). The hook 36 provided on the base 3 is located relatively close to the hook 26 provided on the second binding rod member 2, and the coil spring 4 hung on both the hooks 16 and 36 does not exert tension.

Here, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 14, the coil spring 4 before being assembled has its fixed end 41 and the twisting operation end 42 directed in directions different by 90 °. As particularly shown in FIG. 15, the slide side hook 36 of the base 3 and the opening / closing side hook 16 of the first binding rod member 1 face the same direction in the opening / closing direction at the binding position (P1).

That is, when the coil spring 4 is in the binding position (P1) as shown in FIG. 15 and the like, it is in a non-extended state (Q1) that is not extended, and the binding element 12 moves toward the open position (P2). The twisted posture (R1) in which the reaction force due to the twist of the spring is accumulated in the direction is taken.

In turn, when the base 3 is slid from the binding position (P1) toward the open position (P2), as shown in FIGS. 9, 11, and 13, a notch 311 formed in the side wall 31 on one side. The position along the axial direction of the notch 321 matches the arm portion 14 of the binding rod member 1 on the same side, and the position along the axial direction of the notch 321 formed in the side wall 32 on the other side also binds on the same side. It matches the arm 24 of the heel member 2. Accordingly, the arm portions 14 and 24 can enter the notches 311 and 321. In addition, the gaps 15 and 25 sandwiched between the pair of arms 14 and 24 connected to the same shaft 131 and 23 are sandwiched between the pair of notches 311 and 321 in the side walls 31 and 32 of the base 3. The part can also enter. As a result, as shown in FIGS. 9, 11, and 13, it is allowed to open the binding rod elements 12 and 22 by relatively rotating the binding rod members 1 and 2.

At the same time, in the process in which the base 3 is displaced from the binding position (P1) to the open position (P2), the taper surfaces 351 and 352 of the expanding portion 35 provided on one end side of the base 3 become The bases 11 and 21 are in contact with the inclined surfaces 116 and 216 formed at one end of the bases 11 and 21, and further, the bases 11 and 21 are pushed away from each other. Finally, the expanded portion 35 of the base 3 enters between the inner side surfaces 111 and 211 of the base bodies 11 and 21 of the binding binding members 1 and 2. That is, the expanding portion 35 and one end of the bases 11 and 21 function as an operating force conversion mechanism, and the operating force for sliding the base 3 in the axial direction is applied to the binding rod members 1 and 2 and the binding rod elements 12 and 22. Is converted into a force that rotates in the direction of opening. Generally speaking, by displacing the base 3 from the binding position (P1) to the open position (P2), the stopper is retracted along the axial direction from the arm portions 14 and 24 of both binding rod members 1 and 2. The expanding portion 35 spreads both the binding rod members 1 and 2 to open the binding rod.

Here, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 16, due to the displacement of the base 3, the slide side hook 36 provided on the base 3 moves away from the opening / closing side hook 16 provided on the first binding rod member 1. Instead of accumulating the elastic repulsive force in the direction in which the coil spring 4 hung on 36 is stretched to the extended state (Q2) and shortens, the reaction force in the twisting direction accumulated at the binding position (P1) is released and is not The twisted posture (R2) is elastically biased in the direction in which the first binding rod member 1 is opened. That is, the coil spring 4 is formed by a reaction force in the expansion / contraction direction against the deformation caused by the axial movement of the pair of binding rod members 1 and 2 to the binding position (P1) and the open position (P2). 2 is elastically urged, and the first binding rod member 1 is elastically urged to the open position (P2) by the reaction force in the torsional direction of the coil spring 4 itself with respect to the operation in the opening and closing direction. In the open position (P2), an elastic biasing force in a direction for displacing the base 3 from the open position (P2) toward the binding position (P1), that is, a tensile tension of the coil spring 4, works. Since the two arm portions 14 and 24 engage with the opening edges of the notches 311 and 321 of the side walls 31 and 32, the base 3 is maintained in the open position (P2).

That is, when the coil spring 4 is in the open position (P2), as shown in FIG. 16, the coil spring 4 is in the extended extended state (Q2), and the binding element 12 is in the non-twisted posture (R2) in which the reaction force due to twisting is released. It will be taking.

In this open position (P2), the outward protrusion 143 of the arm portion 14 of the first binding rod member 1 is formed by the notch 311 provided in the base 3 by the elastic biasing portion of the coil spring 4 described above. It is energized until it comes into contact with the contact surface 311a. The second binding rod member 2 is caused by its own weight so that the outer protruding portion 243 of the arm portion 24 abuts against the abutting portion 321 a of the notch 321 provided in the base 3.

As a result, particularly as shown in FIG. 9, at the open position (P2), the base 3 and the pair of binding rod members 1 and 2 are simultaneously grounded on the same virtual plane Z at the open position (P2). The open position (P2) is stably maintained by the elastic biasing force of the coil spring 4 and the weight of the binding rod members 1 and 2.

After that, when the user performs an operation of grasping both the binding rod elements 12 and 22 with their fingers and closing them in this open position (P2), the binding rod members 1 and 2 are rotated in the direction where they are close to each other. The parts 14 and 24 escape from the notches 311 and 321 of the side walls 31 and 32 of the base 3. Accordingly, the base 3 is allowed to return to the binding position (P1).

Since the bases 11 and 22 of the binding rod members 1 and 2 are long, even if a portion of a large number of binding rods are picked up and closed, twisting occurs between the portion and other portions, and the binding is performed. There is a possibility that the entire scissors members 1 and 2 may not rotate in the direction of closing the binding scissors. However, the elastically biased base 3 tends to be displaced toward the binding position (P1), and the force is applied to the arm portions of the binding rod members 1 and 2 via the opening edges of the notches 311 and 321 of the side walls 31 and 32. Since it is going to push back 14 and 24 inward, the twist of the base | substrates 11 and 21 is suppressed, the binding hook members 1 and 2 whole can rotate, and all the binding hooks can be closed simultaneously.

With the configuration as described above, the binding tool T according to the present embodiment is provided with the one end side shaft housing portion 37 and the other end side shaft housing portion 38 that function as a separation prohibiting portion at both ends in the axial direction and between them. By providing the coil spring 4 as an elastic member on the base 3, even when a strong impact is applied to any end of the base 3 in the axial direction, the base 3 is against the pair of binding rod members 1 and 2. This effectively eliminates the possibility that the force acts in the direction of separation and the pair of binding rod members 1 and 2 are separated so as to be gradually peeled off. As a result, it is possible to stably maintain a state in which the paper sheet S can be bound in any situation during normal use. That is, according to the present embodiment, the binding tool T is realized in which the pair of binding rod members 1 and 2 and the base 3 are not easily detached and can maintain a stable operation. In particular, in the present embodiment, the coil spring 4 is not provided at the other end edge in the axial direction, so that when the base 3 is pressed from the binding position (P1) to the open position (P2), the one-end side shaft accommodating portion 37 is pressed with fingers. In addition, unnecessary deflection of the base 3 is effectively avoided even when the size of the base 3 is bent over the entire base 3.

Further, in the present embodiment, the coil spring 4 that is an elastic member is provided at substantially the center in the axial direction of the base 3 so that the binding tool T can be easily assembled.

In the present embodiment, the base 3 is connected to the base 3 and the pair of pairs at the open position (P2) as a configuration in which the binding tool T is stabilized at the open position (P2). The notches 311 and 321 are formed so as to allow the pair of binding rod members 1 and 2 to operate on the virtual plane Z (FIG. 9), which is simultaneously on the same plane. The shapes of the contact surfaces 311a and 321a are set.

In particular, in order to achieve both a smooth operation between the binding position (P1) and the opening position (P2) and a smooth operation related to the opening and closing directions of the binding elements 12 and 22 while maintaining a simple configuration, The elastic member is a single coil spring 4 as an example, and this coil spring 4 expands and contracts with respect to the deformation caused by the axial movement of the pair of binding rod members 1 and 2 to the binding position (P1) and the open position (P2). The pair of binding rod members 1 and 2 are elastically biased by the reaction force in the direction, and the torsional elastic reaction force of the coil spring 4 itself of the first binding rod member 1 of the pair of binding rod members 1 and 2 is used. The first binding rod member 1 is elastically biased.

In this embodiment, the coil spring 4 elastically biases the first binding rod member 1 toward the open position (P2), and stabilizes the first binding rod member 1 at the open position (P2). And position it.

In particular, in the present embodiment, the coil spring 4 is assumed to be elastically deformed in the extending direction at the open position (P2), and the elastic repulsive force in the torsional direction is further increased, and the acting force that urges the open position (P2) is applied. By increasing the number, the smooth binding element 12 can be opened.

As an example of the separation prohibition portion that can be configured with a simple configuration, in this embodiment, the separation prohibition portion can accommodate both insertion shafts 17 and 18 provided at both ends of the pair of binding rod members 1 and 2. The aspect which is 37 and 38 is applied.

Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the specific configuration of each unit is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

For example, in the above-described embodiment, the first binding rod member and the second binding rod member are separate members, but both may be integrally formed via a resin hinge. Moreover, although the coil spring was applied as an elastic member in the said embodiment, an elastic member is not limited to the said coil spring. Other embodiments such as a leaf spring, a resin spring, and a rubber spring may be employed. Further, when a coil spring is used as the elastic member, the elastic biasing force due to the expansion / contraction direction of the coil spring may be a direction in which the binding tool is set to the binding position. Of course, the elastic biasing force that causes the coil spring to act as a torsion coil spring may be in the direction for opening or closing the binding rod element.

Furthermore, the operating force conversion mechanism (the expanding portion on one end side of the base) is not an essential component. (After placing the base in the open position) In order to open the binding rod by relatively rotating both binding rod members, the binding rod element may be pulled or bound via the bound paper sheets. The weight of the paper sheet may be used. Alternatively, the binding rod element may be opened by urging by a coil spring.

On the other hand, conventionally, a binding tool having an elastic member used for an operation for setting the binding tool to the binding position or the open position has a function of urging in the opening / closing direction for opening or closing the binding element. When necessary, it was necessary to add different components.

And in the conventional binding tool which used the coil spring as an elastic member, the coil spring used for said internal operation will be twisted according to the winding of a coil according to the opening / closing operation | movement of a binding element. As a result, an unnecessary elastic repulsive force is accumulated, which may hinder the opening and closing operation. Of course, this problem can be solved by using a rotary joint at the coil spring mounting site, specifically, at the base of the hook for hooking the spring. However, the use of a mechanism such as a rotary joint for the part in the binding tool invites new waste and defects, such as reducing the number of parts as it is or requiring local precision only at the part during molding. Will end up.

Therefore, the binding tool according to the above-described embodiment can achieve both a reliable operation from the binding position to the open position and a smooth opening / closing operation of the binding element with a simple configuration.

That is, the binding tool according to the above-described embodiment is capable of relative rotation around a predetermined axis, and a pair of binding rod members that open and close the binding rod element through the rotation operation;
A binding position that supports the pair of binding rod members while being relatively displaceable in the axial direction with respect to the pair of binding rod members, and can bind the sheet by forming a closed loop of the pair of binding rod members and A base that can selectively take an open position in which paper sheets can be inserted and removed so that the binding rods can be separated from each other;
A binding tool provided on a base and having a coil spring that elastically biases the base toward one or the other of a binding position and an open position with respect to a pair of binding rod members,
The coil spring elastically biases the pair of binding rod members by the reaction force in the expansion and contraction direction against the deformation caused by the axial movement of the pair of binding rod members to the binding position and the open position. A configuration is disclosed in which at least one binding rod member is elastically biased by a reaction force in the torsional direction of the coil spring itself with respect to an operation in the opening and closing direction.

With this configuration, the binding tool according to the above embodiment can contribute not only to the switching of the binding position and the opening position, but also to the opening and closing operation of the binding element, so that one coil spring can be operated. Therefore, it is not necessary to separately assemble a special elastic member for controlling, and it is possible to easily and easily reduce the number of parts.

In addition, the specific configuration of each part is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

The present invention can be used as a binding tool capable of binding paper sheets.
