Claims (8)
- 果実から砂糖製品を製造する方法であって、
a)グルコースおよび果糖を含む果実ジュースを与える工程と、
b)浄化しかつ脱塩した果実ジュースを得るべく、前記果実ジュースを脱塩しかつ脱色する工程と、
c)濃縮された浄化しかつ脱塩した果実ジュースを得るべく、前記浄化しかつ脱塩した果実ジュースを濃縮する工程と、
d)少なくともグルコース豊富なフラクションおよび少なくとも果糖豊富なフラクションを得るべく、クロマトグラフィーによって前記濃縮された浄化しかつ脱塩した果実ジュースを分離する工程と、
e)前記グルコース豊富なフラクションおよび前記果糖豊富なフラクションをカーボンフィルタで濾過する工程と、
を備え、
前記工程d)およびe)は、50℃から70℃の温度で実行されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記温度は、57℃から65℃である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記温度は、工程d)およびe)において一定に保たれる、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 工程e)の後に、f)前記グルコース豊富なフラクションおよび前記果糖豊富なフラクションを結晶化する工程をさらに備えること特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記工程f)は70℃から25℃の温度勾配の下で実行される、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記工程d)は、イオン交換樹脂上で実行される、ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記イオン交換樹脂はカチオン樹脂である、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記カチオン樹脂は、スルホン酸基で誘導されたスチレンジビニルベンゼン樹脂である、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
