Abstract
Description
−長手方向に延在する上側被覆層と、長手方向に対して垂直な方向に上側被覆層から距離を置いて上側被覆層に平行に延在する下側被覆層と、上側被覆層と下側被覆層との間に延在する軽量中心層と、上側被覆層と下側被覆層との間に延在する、木質材料または木質系材料から成るバーとを有する軽量ボードを設けるステップと、
−切削工具を用いて前記バーから突条部および/または溝条部を機械加工するステップと、
−軽量ボードのバーに設けられた条部に対応する条部を有する別の構成要素に軽量ボードを接続するステップであって、この別の構成要素は、長手方向への、およびこの長手方向に対して垂直な方向への、機械的係止がもたらされるように、これら条部によって軽量ボードに接続されるステップと、
が、好ましくはこの順番で、実施される。
Claims (19)
- 軽量ボード(1)であって、
−長手方向(X)に延在する上側被覆層(1.1)と、
−前記長手方向(X)に対して垂直な方向(Y)に前記上側被覆層(1.1)から距離を置いて前記上側被覆層(1.1)に平行に延在する下側被覆層(1.2)と、
−前記上側被覆層(1.1)と前記下側被覆層(1.2)との間に延在する軽量中心層(1.3)と、
−前記上側被覆層(1.1)と前記下側被覆層(1.2)との間に延在する、木質材料または木質系材料製のバー(2)と、
を有する軽量ボード(1)において、
前記バー(2)は、別の構成要素(1、5、6、6’)の対応する条部(3’)との前記長手方向(X)および前記長手方向(X)に対して垂直な方向(Y)における機械的係止のために機械加工された突条部(3)および/または溝条部(4)を有することを特徴とする軽量ボード(1)。 - 前記突条部(3)は、断面が広がる第1の、特にフック形状の、突起(3.1)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軽量ボード(1)。
- 前記突条部(3)は、前記第1の突起(3.1)に隣接して延在する別の突起(3.2)を有し、前記別の突起(3.2)と前記第1の突起(3.1)との間に間隙(3.3)が形成され、前記別の突起(3.2)は、好ましくは特に同様にフック形状であり、断面が広がり、前記第1の突起(3.1)の前記形状に対して好ましくは鏡面対称の形状を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の軽量ボード(1)。
- 前記第1の、および/または別の、突起(3.1、3.2)は、前記軽量ボード(1)の幅狭側面(1.4)または上側(1.5)を形成する平坦面を越えて延在方向(E、E’)に延在することを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の軽量ボード(1)。
- 前記上側被覆層(1.1)および/または下側被覆層(1.2)の前記幅狭側面の端縁(1.11、1.21)は前記平坦面(1.4、1.5)と面一に延びるか、または前記突起(3.1、3.2)の一部であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の軽量ボード(1)。
- 前記溝条部(4)は溝底(4.1)と2つの相対する溝壁(4.2)とを有し、前記2つの溝壁(4.2)は、前記溝底(4.1)から溝開口部(4.3)まで延在し、前記2つの溝壁(4.2)の少なくとも一方は前記溝の内側に向かって突出する部分(4.21)を有し、前記部分(4.21)は、前記溝底(4.1)から前記溝開口部(4.3)の方向への当たり止め(4.22)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の軽量ボード(1)。
- 前記溝開口部(4.3)は、前記上側被覆層(1.1)の内側に、または前記上側被覆層(1.1)と前記下側被覆層(1.2)との間に、位置することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の軽量ボード(1)。
- 前記2つの溝壁(4.2)の進路は鏡面対称であることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の軽量ボード(1)。
- 前記突条部(3)および/または溝条部(4)は、前記長手方向(X)に対して垂直な方向(Z)に一様な横断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の軽量ボード(1)。
- 前記突条部(3)および/または溝条部(4)は、前記バー(2)の第1の端面端から第2の端面端まで前記バー(2)の全長にわたって延在することを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載の軽量ボード(1)。
- 前記バー(2)の前記第1の、および/または第2の、端面端は、前記上側被覆層(1.1)と前記下側被覆層(1.2)との間に同様に延在する、前記バー(2)に直角に延びる別のバー(2)によって覆われることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の軽量ボード(1)。
- 前記バー(2)は、前記上側被覆層(1.1)および/または下側被覆層(1.2)に接触し、特に、前記バー(2)が前記それぞれの被覆層(1.1、1.2)に接触する領域における前記上側被覆層(1.1)と前記下側被覆層(1.2)との間の距離は別の領域における距離より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1〜11の何れか1項に記載の軽量ボード(1)。
- 接続構成(7)であって、
−請求項1〜12の何れか1項に記載の軽量ボード(1)と、
−前記軽量ボード(1)の前記バー(2)に設けられた前記条部(3、4)に対応する条部(3’)を有する別の構成要素(1、5、6、6’)と、
を有し、
前記別の構成要素(1、5、6、6’)は、前記長手方向(X)および前記長手方向(X)に対して垂直な方向(Y)に機械的係止が存在するように、前記条部(3、4、3’)によって前記軽量ボード(1)に接続される、
接続構成(7)。 - 請求項13に記載の接続構成(7)を製作する方法であって、
−長手方向(X)に延在する上側被覆層(1.1)と、前記長手方向(X)に対して垂直な方向(Y)に前記上側被覆層(1.1)から距離を置いて前記上側被覆層(1.1)に平行に延在する下側被覆層(1.2)と、前記上側被覆層(1.1)と前記下側被覆層(1.2)との間に延在する軽量中心層(1.3)と、前記上側被覆層(1.1)と前記下側被覆層(1.2)との間に延在する木質材料または木質系材料製のバー(2)とを有する軽量ボード(1)を設けるステップと、
−切削工具を用いて前記バー(2)から突条部(3)および/または溝条部(4)を機械加工するステップと、
−前記軽量ボード(1)の前記バー(2)に設けられた前記条部(3、4)に対応する条部(3’)を有する別の構成要素(1、5、6、6’)に前記軽量ボード(1)を接続するステップであって、前記別の構成要素(1、5、6、6’)は、前記長手方向(X)に、および前記長手方向(X)に対して垂直な方向(Y)に、機械的係止がもたらされるように、前記条部(3、4、3’)によって前記軽量ボード(1)に接続される、ステップと、
が実施される方法。 - 前記軽量ボード(1)を設けるステップにおいて、最初に、長手方向(X)に延在する上側被覆層(1.1)と、前記長手方向(X)に対して垂直な方向(Y)に前記上側被覆層(1.1)から距離を置いて前記上側被覆層(1.1)に平行に延在する下側被覆層(1.2)と、前記上側被覆層(1.1)と前記下側被覆層(1.2)との間に延在する軽量中心層(1.3)とを有する軽量ボード(1)が設けられ、次に、前記軽量ボード(1)の前記被覆層(1.1、1.2)の間に切り抜き(8)が設けられ、次に、前記バー(2)が前記切り抜き(8)に挿入され、その後に、前記バー(2)から前記突条部(3)および/または溝条部(4)を機械加工するステップが行われることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記バー(2)から前記突条部(3)および/または溝条部(4)を機械加工する前記ステップにおいて、前記切削工具は前記上側被覆層(1.1)および/または下側被覆層(1.2)の形削りも行うことを特徴とする請求項14または15に記載の方法。
- 前記突条部(3)および/または溝条部(4)は、前記バー(2)の第1の端面端から第2の端面端まで前記バー(2)の全長にわたって設けられることを特徴とする請求項14〜16の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記被覆層(1.1、1.2)の間の前記バー(2)から前記溝条部(4)を機械加工する前記ステップの後、前記バー(2)に直角に延びる切り抜き(8)が前記軽量ボード(1)に設けられ、次に、前記バー(2)に直角に延びる別のバー(2)が前記溝条部(4)付きの前記バー(2)の前記端面端の一方を覆うように、前記別のバー(2)が前記切り抜き(8)に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記バー(2)から突条部(3)および/または溝条部(4)を機械加工する前記ステップの後、前記軽量ボード(1)の少なくとも1つの幅狭側面(1.4、1.4’)、好ましくは全ての幅狭側面(1.4、1.4’)、に縁取りおよび/または被膜(9)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項14〜18の何れか1項に記載の方法。
