Claims (15)
- 障壁を有する可燃性熱源の製造方法であって、
キャビティを定めるモールドを準備する準備ステップと、
前記モールドのキャビティ内に粒子成分を導入する導入ステップと、
前記モールドに隣接させて前記キャビティの開口部を覆うように層状要素を配置する配置ステップと、
前記粒子成分を圧縮して前記可燃性熱源を形成する圧縮ステップと、
を含み、前記圧縮ステップ中、パンチ及び前記モールドを用いて前記層状要素を打ち抜くことによって前記障壁が形成され、前記パンチは、前記障壁に対し、前記粒子成分を圧縮して前記障壁を前記可燃性熱源に固定するように作用する、
ことを特徴とする製造方法。 - 前記可燃性熱源と前記障壁の間に接着剤を与えるステップをさらに含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。 - 前記接着剤は、前記層状要素が前記モールドに隣接して配置される前に前記層状要素に適用される、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の製造方法。 - 前記接着剤は、スプレーガン、ローラ及びスロットガンのうちの少なくとも1つによって適用される、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の製造方法。 - 前記粒子成分は、結合剤を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の製造方法。 - 前記結合剤は、前記可燃性熱源を前記障壁に結合するように構成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の製造方法。 - 前記障壁は、前記可燃性熱源の側面に沿って少なくとも部分的に延びてキャップを形成する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の製造方法。 - 前記パンチの輪郭は凹状である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の製造方法。 - 前記障壁は熱伝導性である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の製造方法。 - 前記障壁の熱伝導率は、少なくとも約200W/m.k.である、
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の製造方法。 - 前記障壁は不燃性である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の製造方法。 - 前記障壁は、実質的に空気不透過性である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の製造方法。 - 連続回転マルチキャビティプレス機を利用する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の製造方法。 - 前記粒子成分は、可燃性炭素質材料を含む、
