- 航空機エンジン用ブラケットであって、前記ブラケットを形成するために互いに接合された第1の副部品および第2の副部品を少なくとも備え、前記第1の副部品および前記第2の副部品のそれぞれが、熱可塑性樹脂母材中に連続繊維強化材を含む高分子マトリックス複合材から形成されており、前記副部品のそれぞれが、略一定の断面厚さを有し、前記副部品の少なくとも1つが、成形板であって、略一定の断面厚さならびに少なくとも第1の部分および第2の部分を有し、前記第1の部分および前記第2の部分が、異なる平面上にあり、前記第1の部分と前記第2の部分との間の少なくとも第1の湾曲部によって相互接続されるように熱成形された少なくとも1つの成形板から機械加工されている、航空機エンジン用ブラケット。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂母材が、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリエーテルケトンケトン、ポリエーテルイミド、およびポリフェニレンサルファイドからなる群から選択され、前記連続繊維強化材が、炭素繊維、ガラス繊維、高分子繊維、セラミック繊維、および金属繊維からなる群から選択される、請求項30に記載の航空機エンジン用ブラケット。
- 前記第1の副部品および前記第2の副部品のそれぞれが、C字形状、U字形状、L字形状、およびV字形状の断面からなる群から選択される断面形状を有する、請求項30に記載の航空機エンジン用ブラケット。
- 前記第1の副部品および前記第2の副部品のうちの少なくとも1つが、少なくとも第3の部分をさらに備え、前記第3の部分が、前記副部品の前記第1の部分および前記第2の部分とは異なる平面上にあり、少なくとも第2の湾曲部によって前記第1の部分および前記第2の部分のうちの少なくとも1つと相互接続されている、請求項30に記載の航空機エンジン用ブラケット。
- 前記第1の副部品および前記第2の副部品のうちの少なくとも1つが、前記高分子マトリックス複合材の複数の層の圧密および熱成形によって製造されている、請求項30に記載の航空機エンジン用ブラケット。
- 前記航空機エンジンのファンケーシングの外部に取り付けられ、構成部品を前記ファンケーシングに固定する、請求項30に記載の航空機エンジン用ブラケット。
