Abstract
Description

ここで、さらなる実施形態において、薬学的に活性な化合物は、糖尿病、または糖尿病性網膜症などの糖尿病関連の合併症、深部静脈血栓塞栓症または肺血栓塞栓症などの血栓塞栓症、急性冠症候群(ACS)、狭心症、心筋梗塞、がん、黄斑変性症、炎症、枯草熱、アテローム性動脈硬化症および/または関節リウマチの処置および/または予防に有用であり、
ここで、さらなる実施形態において、薬学的に活性な化合物は、糖尿病または糖尿病性網膜症などの糖尿病に関連する合併症の処置および/または予防のための少なくとも1つのペプチドを含み、

Claims (14)
- 薬物送達デバイスの動作を監視するための監視デバイスであって:
該監視デバイスを薬物送達デバイス(10)の軸方向に細長いハウジング(12)に解放可能に取り付ける締結部材(32)と、
該締結部材(32)に対して軸方向(1、2)でシフト可能であり、ハウジング構成要素(12)に対する用量設定構成要素(17、18、26)の軸方向変位に従うように薬物送達デバイス(10)の少なくとも1つの用量設定構成要素(17、18、26)と動作可能に係合するように適合された摺動部材(40)と、
締結部材(32)に対する用量設定構成要素(17、18、26)の回転を検出するための第1のセンサ配置(36、46)と、
締結部材(32)に対する摺動部材(40)の軸方向変位を検出するための第2のセンサ配置(38、48)と、
該第1および第2のセンサ配置(36、38)に連結された、薬物送達デバイス(10)によって投薬された用量のサイズを決定するために第1および第2のセンサ配置(36、38、46、48)から取得可能な第1および第2の信号を処理するための処理部材(34)とを備える前記監視デバイス。 - 第1のセンサ配置(36、46)は、ハウジング(12)に対する用量設定構成要素(17、18、26)の回転変位を定量的に決定するように適合され、第2のセンサ配置(38、48)は、ハウジング(12)に対する用量設定構成要素(17、18、26)の軸方向変位を定量的に決定するように適合される、請求項1に記載の監視デバイス。
- 第1および第2のセンサ配置(36、38、46、48)の少なくとも一方は、スケール(46、48)と、該スケール(46、48)と共働するセンサ(36、38)とを備え、該センサ(36、38)および対応するスケール(46、48)は、用量設定構成要素(17、18、26)が、ハウジング(12)に対する運動を受けたときに相対変位を受ける、請求項1または2に記載の監視デバイス。
- 第1のセンサ配置(36、46)は、薬剤送達デバイスの回転可能な用量ダイヤル部材に取付け可能な第1のスケール(46)を備え、摺動部材(40)上に配置され該第1のスケール(46)と共働する第1のセンサ(36)を備える、請求項3に記載の監視デバイス。
- 第2のセンサ配置(38、48)は、摺動部材(40)に取付け可能な第2のスケール(48)を備え、締結部材(32)に配置され第2のスケール(48)と共働する該第2のセンサ(38)を備える、請求項3または4に記載の監視デバイス。
- 摺動部材(40)は、薬物送達デバイスの近位端部にある用量ボタン(17)と軸方向で当接する係合部材(42)を近位端部に備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の監視デバイス。
- 第1および/または第2のスケール(38、48)は、第1および/または第2のセンサ(36、46)に対する運動の方向に増分的に符号化される、請求項3〜6のいずれか1項に記載の監視デバイス。
- 処理部材(34)は、第1および第2のセンサ配置(36、38、46、48)それぞれから取得可能な第1および第2の信号の比較に基づいて薬物送達デバイス(10)の用量設定手順と用量投薬手順とを見分けるように適合される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の監視デバイス。
- 第1の信号と第2の信号の間の非同期性は、薬物送達デバイスの用量投薬手順の開始および/終了を示す、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の監視デバイス。
- 第1と第2の信号間の一時的なずれは、用量投薬手順の開始および/または終了を示す、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の監視デバイス。
- 処理部材(34)は、第2の信号と同期して第1の信号を受けたときのみ、薬物送達デバイス(10)によって投薬された用量のサイズおよび/または時期または他の特性を記録しおよび/または記憶するように適合される、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の監視デバイス。
- 薬剤の用量を設定し投薬するための薬物送達デバイスであって:
ほぼ管形状の、薬剤を含むカートリッジ(22)のピストンと動作可能に係合するピストン・ロッド(25)を有する駆動機構(20)を収容するためのハウジング(12)と、
用量の設定のために近位方向(2)に軸方向で変位可能であり、その後、用量投薬手順を行うために反対の遠位方向(1)に変位可能である、少なくとも1つの用量投与配置(17、18、26)と、
請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の監視デバイス(30)であって、その締結部材(32)によってハウジング(12)に解放可能に装着され、少なくとも1つの用量設定構成要素(17、18、26)に動作可能に係合された摺動部材(40)を有する、監視デバイス(30)とを備える前記薬物送達デバイス。 - 用量投与配置(26、18、17)は、用量設定中および用量投薬中に回転動作および軸方向運動の組合せを受ける、回転可能な用量ダイヤル部材(18)および遠位方向(1)に押し下げ可能な用量ボタン(17)を備える、請求項12に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- ハウジング(12)の遠位端部に配置され、薬剤が少なくとも部分的に充填されたカートリッジ(22)が中に配置されたカートリッジ・ホルダ(16)をさらに備える、請求項12または13に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
